I have anxiety problem.. At that time have to eat melzep tablet to relax my brain.. Have miagraine also and going through acidity problem too.. My morning starts with medicines.. Is there any natural therapy or remedy.. Want to come out of anxiety part

One can come out of Anxiety with some efforts. You need to work diligently on yourself.

How does one get into depression or anxiety or any such negetive mind set?

The most important reason is, the brain stops functionig normally when the blood that nourishes it starts becoming more toxic and is unable to give the brain the required nourishment. And what is the reason for the the blood to carry so much of toxins? It is our unhealthy lifestyle and food habits.

So how can you change or improve the quality of your blood?

Firstly start getting your bowels clean with the help of a clean diet. And a clean diet means consuming lots of locally grown, fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables. Decrease the intake of cooked food to as minimum as possible. Eliminate processed, packaged foods complertely from your diet. Remove white sugar, white salt, Maida and refined oil too from your diet. Remove milk, milk products, meat and eggs too completely.

Secondly go out in the nature. The suns rays have so much energy that it can drive away any level of depression and anxiety. Soak in the suns rays every morning and evening, Soon you will start experiencing changes in your mood.

Deep diaphramatic breathing will go a long way in helping your blood get more oxygen.This in turn will enrich your blood and nourish your brian cells, resulting in better thought process and clarity of mind.

Next would be grounding or getting in touch with mother earth. Do some gardenning everyday. The positivity from the sun, air, space, water and the plants themselves will slowly remove all negetivity. 

Do some physical activity regularly, like partricipate in some outdoor sport, or practice yoga or even go for long walks. Bare foot walking would be more beneficial.

Sleep and rest well.

Last but not the least share your knowledge or skills with others. Either for money or for free. But sharing is important. Because sharing is caring and once you start sharing it gives you a feeling of fulfilment and joy.

I have been able to guide many people to give up medications and get back into a healthy and happy mindset. Thanks to my experience in my fathers nature cure sanatorium and  my experiences at my own Center Kayakalp.

stop taking meds. anxiety is mental stress n meds works physically. you should work on mental level. anxiety take place when you continuously think abt future so better start live in the present gor make goals enjoy your present time accept your self . most imp make changes in your diet.

Mr. Charanjeet, first you have to know about the causes of anxiety and migraine. It is basically due to the disbalance of our life style. Migraine is due to constipation in many cases. No matter how is your life going on but you should take care of yourself as a master of your body. Each and every moment you have to be aware of what you are eating or doing. Definetely you may try to live naturally.

I suggest to start your day with some additions in your daily life style.

1.  Start your morning with minimum two or three glasses of warm water

2. Apply a wet towel on your stomach for fifteen minutes

3. Go for a walk for more than two kms in the beginning with a smile on your face

4. After walk just stretch your body

5. Now it's breakfast time, so have a very healthy breakfast of your choice

6. Have more fruits and salad to alkaline your body in afternoon

7. Drink more than three lts of water in a day

8. Try to have your dinner as early as possible

9. Go for a short walk after dinner with your head phone and listen music of your choice

10. Feel the music and try to receive the frequencies of musical notes

11. Now just relax and keep counting your breath after going to bed.

12. Avoid oily, packed, junk food as much as you may. 

 After few days definetely you feel better and will win over yourself and realise that unnesessarily you were in tention.

Once I went on a natural lifestyle, my water intake substantially reduced, maybe it became almost nil because I used to get all the hydration from fruits, vegetables, coconut water, etc. I would not feel thirsty. Earlier I was used to keeping a bottle by my side & gulp down litres of water just as a matter of routine.

We should drink water only when thirsty. Plus we should take thirst as a signal from our body to getter better hydrated eating the right kind of foods.......The day I eat heavy foods, outside food, more cooked food, body gets tired working hard on digesting it & I feel more thirsty.

It is not advisable to drink so much water without thirst. The best form of water is got from fruits.

If patient is suffering from kidney disease then we cannot suggest more water but he is suffering from anxiety so water is the best media for detoxification.

नमस्ते

 

प्रतिदिन आप ख़ुद को प्यार दें अपने बारे में 10 अच्छी बातें कोरे काग़ज़ पर लिख कर और प्रकृति को अपने होने का धन्यवाद दें।

मानसिक समस्या भी इसी शरीर की समस्या है सब कुछ इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि हम किसी भी परिस्थिति में सकारात्मक सोंच रखते हैं या नकारात्मक।

प्राकृतिक जुड़ाव आपको सकारात्मक सोंच प्रदान करेंगी क्योंकि प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली अपने आप में पूर्ण भी है और जीवंत भी है। पाँच तत्व से प्रकृति चल रही है और उसी पाँच तत्व से हमारा शरीर चल रहा है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। वाद्य यंत्र शास्त्री संगीत (instrumental classical music)सुनें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

अपने कमरे में ख़ुशबू दार फूलों को रखें।

3 अग्Iनि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

Hi dear, first of all please dont take any medicine. For every ill there is a pill and for every pill there is an ill. Make a list of the things you like to do and start doing one by one. Whenever you have any negative thoughts replace them with the positive one. Feel gratitude like start from your body parts. 
1. Feel grateful for your legs, for your hands etc. 
2. Feel grateful for things you have like house, jewelry and other things. 
3. For beautiful people around you..
When your mind will be occupied by positive things, you will do great. All the best.

Namaste Ji,

There are many restrictions and protocols you need to follow. Listing some:

Cut out inflammatory foods like dairy, egg, non-veg, sugar, corn, soy and some seeds and nuts.

Avoid all processed and packaged foods.

Increase turmeric and ghee/coconut oil in your diet.

Soak in an hour is sun every day.

Do yogasanas and pranayam for thyroid.

Make sure you are NEVER constipated.

To overcome Anxiety 

Breathing exercises: Mind has a very close relation with breathing. A person has short and shallow breathing when anxious or stressed and has deep breathing when relaxed and happy. Next time you become stressed, watch your breathing. Try to slow it down. Take a relaxed position and breathe deep using the abdomen muscles. Let the diaphragm expand while breathing in, and contract while breathing out. This will immediately relax you and reduce anxiety attacks. Exercise, meditation, relaxation techniques and Yoga postures are also recommended.

Fresh fruits, fruit juices, vegetables (raw or cooked or boiled), vegetable juices, sprouts, nuts, dry fruits are very essential to overcome Anxiety.

Keep engaging yourself with some Social activity. Spend more time with nature.

Hello 😊

I think I had answered some post related to Anxiety. As you are taking psychiatric meds, do not stop them immediately, they have to be tapered slowly, if you stop them, you will bounce back with 3 times more attack, so please ask your Doctor to cooperate with you in tapering the meds.

Secondly, you need to change your diet to completely plant based or only greens diet ..which will include all the Green leafy vegetables excluding vegetables with carbs.

Sunflower seeds, chia seeds, almonds, flax seeds are best in reducing and eliminating anxiety slowly and gradually. 

Change your pattern or lifestyle, you need to devout 45 mins for a work out routine or even Mindfulness ( you can do this with a help of a therapist).

I will advice you to replace your anxious thoughts with thoughts of gratefulness for everything that you have. Think about the happy times of your life and shift your energy.

दुश्चिंता- एक ऐसा रोग है जिसमें व्यक्ति अपना प्रतिदिन का कार्य सही तरीके से नहीं कर पाता !

 भोजन में अधिकतर तली भुनी चीजें, मांस ,ठंडे पेय पदार्थ ,मैदे की बनी चीजें ,अधिक चिंता, क्रोध ,आलस्य की अवस्था में भोजन का पाचन सही तरीके से नहीं हो पाता ,जिससे उसका अवशोषण और निष्कासन भी सुचारू रूप से नहीं हो पाता परिणाम स्वरूप मल  वहीं पर सड़ने लगता है, जिससे हमारे शरीर के रक्त का पीएच मान 7.36 है ,गड़बड़ हो जाता है इससे शरीर के किसी न किसी अंग की कार्य करने की क्षमता कमजोर हो जाती है !

 निम्नलिखित योग व प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा आपके लिए सहायक सिद्ध होगी -
