Hi there,

IBS is an uncomfortable disorder characterized by dramatic changes in bowel movements. Some people experience diarrhoea, while others have constipation and other associated symptoms. Cramps and abdominal pain are the commonest symptoms.

While a person with IBS should adjust your diet according to the daily health condition because of the gut movements. See to it that your food doesn't cause further complications.

1.High-fibre diet

• Fibre adds bulk to your stools, which helps aid in movement. Fibre-rich foods such as fresh fruits, dark green leafy vegetables, and whole grains like brown rice, brown bread, cereals and oats help prevent constipation because of their rich soluble fibres.

• Increase the amount of fluid intake such so as to keep your body hydrated. Dehydration is one of the major factor responsible for constipation.

2. Low-fibre diet

• While fibre can help some people with IBS, increasing fibre intake can worsen symptoms if you frequently have gas and diarrhoea. Do not completely eliminate fibre from your diet, concentrate on sources of soluble fibres such as apples, berries, carrots, and oatmeal. This low fibre food gives rest to your guts.

3. Always go for a gluten-free diet which means eliminate barley, rye, wheat. These goods worsen the condition.

 4. Eliminate or cut off coffee, chocolates, alcohol, smoking and other cold beverages. This will help relieve IBS from worsening and prevent gastric ulcers. Also, avoid spicy and oily foods.

 5. Prepare fresh cabbage juice and drink three times a day. It'll help in the healing process.

 6. Garlic and ginger are known for their antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. Consuming them will help improve your guts function.

 7. Stress is also one main factor responsible for gastric ulcer and related problems. Practice yogasana and pranayama to stay stress-free.

8. Prolonged used if painkillers and other NSAIDS medication will further damage the guts lining and worsens the condition. Make sure that you adopt a healthy and natural method.
