Hi I'm 30 yrs old female im having dark circles underneath my eye from last 3 years and I have used many gels and creams but couldn't find any result. Please say what I have to do

The condition of Dark Circle can also be aggravated by excessive intake of oily, spicy, salty and sour foods.
Which leads to Whiteheads, Blackheads and Pimples.
These toxins cause contamination of deeper tissues, leading to the condition of Acne.
Avoid spicy, oily and sour foods.
Eat fresh, unprocessed food.
Increase the use of herbs that have cooling effects on the body like fennel, coriander seeds, Indian gooseberry (amla) and aloe vera.
Eat fresh fruits and drink vegetable juice to eliminate guts.
Wash your face frequently with mild herbal soaps.
Avoid irritant cosmetics.
Do not squeeze the acne lesions.
Prepare a powdered mixture of coriander seeds, fennel, basil, turmeric and Indian gooseberry (amla) in equal parts. Take ½ teaspoon of this powder 15 minutes before lunch and dinner.
Have 1 teaspoon of powdered Indian gooseberry fruit (amla) in morning and evening with water. or if you get fruit then drink the juice for additional benefits.

Peel a potato, cut it and put it in a juicer along with some water. Strain the potato juice and apply same on the dark circles twice a day. And also get adequate sleep. Wish you best.

आँखों की समस्या मिनरल की कमी को दर्शाता है।खुराक में कच्चे सब्ज़ी और फल को मुख्य आहार बना लें।
गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के रुकें, साँस लें ते एक चक्र है ऐसे 10 चक्र करें, जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें। अनुलोम विलोम भी10 मिनट के लिए करें और भ्रमरी प्राणायाम 10मिनट के लिए करें।
सुबह बेल्पत्रा5 को पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिलाएँ और पीएँ, 2घंटे बाद फल खाएँ, 12 सफ़ेदपेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, 1घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ शाम को5 बजे पालक10पत्ते+पान1/2 पीस कर100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, रात के खाने में सलाद खाएँ जिसमें हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ।
लाल,हरा,पीला शिमला मिर्च1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा।
जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं
तेल,मसाला, और (wheat) गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो बहुत जल्दी ही ये समस्या से मुक्ति मिल जाएगी।
मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।
आँखो पे सूती कपड़े को गुलाब जल में डुबो कर रखें और उसके ऊपर खीरा और धनिया का पेस्ट रखें 20 मिनट के लिए रखना है रोज़ दो बार ये करें।
