Sleep has a direct impact on your daily life. The quality of sleep when your eyes are closed matters a lot.Tomeasure the sleep you may ask few questions yourself....
- How long does it take for meto fall asleep? ( One of the indicator to find the quality of sleep )
- How many times do I wake up in between the sleep? Look for total number of minutes you are awake after the intial bout of sleep.
- What percentage of time that you are actually asleep? You my spend about 8 to 10 hours but you may not have slept well still. It all matters if you have 85 percent of your time spent with eyes closed or deepsleep then you might say that you have had a good sleep.
Some natural ways if at all you have a sleep disturbance is Yoga Nidra in yoga which is also called a Consious Sleep state which has become a best tool for tackling Insomnia

9-11PM is best quality sleep
Quantity means time or duration of sleeping. 6-8 hours is required but according to Yogic Science sleeping between 9-11 only two hours are enough to copup the body functions subject to quality of sleeping.
The greatest example is our PM who takes quality and quantity sleep.

रात का खाना जल्दी लें। खाना में कच्चे सब्ज़ियों का सलाद लें। सलाद नमक के बिना लें क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। अनाज को पचाने में जितना परिश्रम लगता है उतना ही नमक को पचाने में लगता है। खुराक ग़लत ढंग से पका हुआ हो और देर से लेने से शरीर को अधिक नींद की ज़रूरत पड़ती है।
पाचन तंत्र को आराम देंगे और शरीर को जल से, सूर्य की रोशनी से, हवा से और आकाश से आराम दें ।आराम का मतलब केवल नींद नहीं है। रात की नींद 11 से 4 की ज़रूरी है इस वक़्त हमारा लिवर अपना काम करता है इसके बाद की नींद का कोई फ़ायदा हमारे आंतरिक शरीर को नहीं मिलता है। क्योंकि हमारा आंतरिक शरीर केवल सूर्य के उगने और अस्त होने के समय के हिसाब से काम करता है। सूर्य उदय के बाद भोजन लेना उसका पोषक तत्व को शरीर के सभी कोशिकाओं तक पहुँचना और ऊर्जा देने का काम करता है और अस्त होने के बाद अंधेरे के वक़्त जो ख़राब है उसको निकलना, जो ठीक हो सकता उसको ठीक करना। नए कोशिकाओं को जन्म देने का काम करता है। यह प्रति दिन करना होता है।
इस तरीक़े से अपने दिनचर्या और खुराक शुद्धि करके सुबह आप बिना किसी आलस के उठ जाएँगे पुरी ऊर्जा के साथ। नींद अच्छी भी आएगी और नींद की अनुपात भी ठीक रहेगा।

Quality of Sleeping can completely change your overall health, your every cell and nerve is positively charged when you get enough sleep. Sleep also helps in keeping you emotionally healthy. It helps you to rejuvenate and recharge your body. Good sleep renews your cells every morning.
It is one of the best medicine and therefore Medical experts and research scholars recommend atleast 7 hours of sleep, if your brain is expected to function properly.
Your quality of sleep depends on the quantity of sleep, so make sure you never deprive your body of the sleep it deserves.
Also 5-10 minutes of powernap in a day also helps to recharge your brain cells.
