Is there any solution for grey hair. I have grey hair n its increasing every month. How can i control it. Its getting worse. Plz suggest.

Curry leaves and red colour multi petal hibiscus and mehendi leaves have a great effect in prevention
Take a100 ml of gingly oil and 100 ml of cocnut oil and make it boil, add few leaves of dried lemon leaves, dried multipetal red colour hibiscus, dried mehendi leaves, dried curry leaves, all about 10-15 leaves or flowers and boil the oil for sometime. Then cool it down and store it in a clean container.
You may apply this oil before bath and nicely massage while you apply the oil and then take sun bath for almost 40-50 minutes and take shower. Use some natural or non-chemical shampoos or shikakai powder to clean the hair.
Using a combination of castor oil and coconut oil will surely help you.
Use it thrice a week and massage well, massaging will improve blood circulation and will give good results.

बाल भी हमारे शरीर का ही हिस्सा है। सिर में ऑक्सिजन की कमी और mineral की कमी से ये समस्या होती है, रासायनिक शेम्पू एवं साबुन से ऐसा होता है।लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें।फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। अर्ध शीर्षासन करें सुबह ख़ाली पेट।
शरीर के हर हिस्से में जो पोषक तत्व पहुँचना चाहिए,
वो नहीं पहुँच रहा है।
आपके आहार में सब्ज़ी का जूस शामिल करने की ज़रूरत है।
फल, सब्ज़ी और सलाद को अपने खाने में शामिल करें।
सुबह की शुरुआत 1/2 खीरा + करी पत्ता पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, फल एक घंटे बाद लें। 12 बजे दोपहर में पालक 10पत्ते + पुदीना10पत्ते पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे तक में कर लें। रात का भोजन में सलाद ही लें तो बहुत अच्छा होगा।
मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।बालों को नींबू या रीठा से साफ़ करें।कपूर और नारियल तेल से मालिश करें।

- गन्ना, खीरा, लौकी के जूस का सेवन करें !

- आपके पीने के पानी में कुछ भारी धातुओं का समावेश हो सकता है अतः पानी को उबालकर के उसको रख दे उसके बाद छानकर पिएं !
- स्नान करते समय सिर की अच्छे से मालिश करें !
- परहेज - तली भूनी चीजें, पान- मसाला ,तंबाकू , गुस्सा, चिंता !

Grey hair usually results from the aggravation of pitta.
So ,avoid all the spicy foods and oily foods.
Try to avoid deep fried foods and packaged food items.
Be on a plant based diet.

The Fact is that Grey Hair is related to age but if it is under 20's or 25's is called premature grey hair.
Grey Hair causes due to : Vitamin B12 Defiency, Genetics, Lack of Nutrition, Hydrogen Peroxide.
The Direct answer is you cannot prevent or reverse graying hair but we can follow simple steps below to avoid premature greying.
a. Boil 1 cup of coconut oil with Handful of curry leaves for 8 minutes.
