I was suffering from cold and fever for last 3-4 days now I don't have have fever but my body become so lazy I have to take 2 break in just typing this what to do I do gym 6 days a week but I'm not going as I'm not feeling well

Please listen to your body. If you are feeling tired , take rest till you feel well. Give your gym a break :)

     Welcome  every  such  health  promotimg  activity  of the  organism  that  is  fever, nothing to  worry  about  the  fatigue  experinced  is  nothing  but  body's  warming  that  it  is  busy cleaning the  accumulated  waste  products  ,encumbrances  ,filth, toxins  and to  do  that  it  has  suspended  all  other  activities of  the  body to  perform  any  other  bodily  activity  .Live  on  juices  during this period and  thereafter  have  80 % fruits and  veggies  .You will be  much  healthier and  active  after  that. Live  hygienically  thereafter. Don't  drink  tea, coffee  soft drinks avoid  fried, animal  products, sugar  alcohol  smoke.

Take complete rest till the time you feel good.
Have natural foods in diet.

And have herbal tea.
Do pranayam regularly.

नमस्ते छाया जी,

 

बुखार शरीर में पनप रहे विषाणु को ख़त्म करने के लिए आया था। जैसे अशुद्ध पानी शुद्ध करने के लिए उबाल कर ठंडा करते हैं। ये ही उपाए शरीर शरीर की अशुद्धि को मिटाने के लिए करते हैं। आप अगर ऐसे बुखार को रोक थाम के उपाय करते हैं तो बुखार चला जाता है मगर अपना काम कर नहीं पाता है। अब जो विषाणु आपके शरीर में रह गया वह आपके तन को स्वस्थ नहीं होने दे रहा है।

उपाए इस समस्या का कुछ इस प्रकार है।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

 

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

 खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के 1 घंटे बाद पानी पीएँ खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन से बचें। 

तेल, मसाला, और (wheat) गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

सुबह 5 बेल पत्ते को पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर  पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल खाएँ, दोपहर 12 बजे पालक 10 पत्ते+पुदीना 10 पत्ता पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। इसके 1घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम5 बजे नारियल पानी या सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

रात के खाने में सलाद लें और सलाद 8 बजे से पहले लें, सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, ताजा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ।

Fever happens when you suppress fatigue , feverish feelings etc. body sends a lot of signals before it eliminates its toxins with a fever. Only when the minor ways don’t work because the person did not listen to the signs, Will the body decide to take the next step to raise the temp and tries to kill the virus. When the body accumulates toxins, it finds a way to eliminate it. Foods like dairy, meat eggs fish, eating out frequently, consuming processed foods that are spicy, salty, oily will irritate the body and it goes off balance. Avoid all that and focus on consuming raw fruits veggies greens and body will be relatively efficient. 

This is the time when you have to hear the call for rest and take rest . Give digestion a break and stay on juices and you will recover. Don’t worry about the gym. IF you rest now, your body will be more efficient later.  Conserve the body’s life energy to heal and avoid spending it on gym. Let us know if you have any questions

Dear Chhaya,

Fever, cold or any other discomfort is body‘s way of healing itself. So something some correction which was required has happened. Now for the re-energising, I would suggest that you don’t exert. At the moment do not go to gym. If gymming makes lifts your mood, makes you feel happy even then keep it to minimum for some time.

Focus on adding nutritive food, energiser to your meal. Start your day with alkaline juice (100-150ml). Sip it, don’t drink. Have mono fruit after an hour of having the alkaline juice. Chew it properly. 

Try some stretching, bending exercises and brisk walking with breath awareness instead of going to the gym for sometime. Observe your breathing pattern. After any sickness, during the recuperation, try to have light meal which is easy to digest. According to Nature Cure principles having raw food (if that’s not feasible then steamed) is advisable over cooked food. You may practice some of the static asanas like Bhujanasana, Makarasana, shaahank (rabbit pose) asana. These are very effective in healing fever and cold. 

To channelise the panic energy, Pranayam practice will also be very beneficial. Try practising 8 to 10 rounds of Nadi Shodhan pranayama (alternative breathing) and bhramri Pranayam (humming bee breathing practice). Do a lot of relaxation practises. After you feel better, you may practice 2 to 3 rounds of Surya Namaskar asana (static pose). Jal neti (using specially designed neti pot with extended beak or spout) is useful in curing cold.

Please note: Practice these asanas under the guidance of a trend yoga teacher or trainer from Sivananda Yoga, BSY, Kaivalyadham, Iyengar yoga or any other qualified yoga teacher you may connect with. It is very important while recuperating to not exert. Keep it in mind. Wishing speedy recovery.

Take adequate rest, and keep yourself hydrated by drinking clean water and organic lemons squeezed in it, you can also add some honey.
 Also stop exercising until you recover completely. Slowly add vegetables and food high in protein such as beans and legumes. 
You can start going to your gym when you are completely fine. Best wishes.

Hello,

You need to rest your body as this sounds like a viral which does last longer. Also, I would suggest that you drink 'dry ginger' tea. So you can boil water and add a teaspoon of dry ginger powder and a little bit of honey. You will find relief from cold after you have tried this remedy for atleast 3-4 times a day.

Additionally, kindly eat Vitamin C rich fruits as they help in the recovering of cold. You can also find a lot of strength and power with Vitamin C. Hope you are able to do this and you will definitely see difference in your overall health.

Immediately take warm steam inhalation mixed with ginger, Tulsi and eucliptus oil three two four drops.
Wonderful and immediate remedy is single drop of Panch Tulsi oil drops in each nostril early morning.
For fever you can use Tulsi drops in left ear as viruses stays there.

In addition get your Haemoglobin and Thyroid profile tested if you continue to feel so after giving rest and good nutrition to your body. Take care
