I'm 22 years I'm facing hairfall from few months. What should I do?

This is clearly indication of urine infaction, water shortage and harmonal disturbance.
Strart taking 2-4 Glass of water early morning 
Walk on heal atleast ten minutes a day for hormonal balance
Coconut water during the day 
Avoid tea coffee and beverage
Rub your nails five minutes daily twice a day
Have more magnesium or black salted lemon juice

Before doing hair wash boil the gingelly oil in low flame and gently massage into scalp & leave it for half-hour or 1hr and wash ur hair with a mild shampoo 
Drink curry leaves the juice in empty stomach 
Eat drumstick spinach 
Drink plenty of water, fruits and vegetables to hydrate ur body & to reduce the body heat

Hair fall in this age is not common but there is some factors which may be responsible for your hair fall this factors can be 

  • Environment change 
  • Fungal infection 
  • Dandruff 
  • Hereditary 
  • Lack of proper nutrition 
  • Improper life style. 

Some tips I recommend you for healthy growth of hairs like 

  • If it's due to infection then use nimb swaras in hair it definetly helps you 
  • For dandruff you can use lemon juice and onion juice 
  • If it's due to nutrition deficiency then go for Proteincious diet and green vegetables and fruits 
  • Yoga aasans like shirshasan and anulom vilom helps you 
  • Shiroshara has tremendous effect it hair fall

Hi,
Hair fall occur mainly due to the following reasons:

  • Hereditary/ Genetic,  hypothyroid, any allergies in scalp, iron deficiency, pcod etc.
  • To prevent Hairfall first focus on your diet. 
  • Regularly take fruits and vegetables to get all the minerals, micro and macro nutrients which are necessary for your health. 
  • Then do regular physical activities like Yoga, exercise, swimming and keep stress away from you. 
  • Keep your scalp away from dryness and too much moisture. Keep your scalp ph by applying coconutoil sesame oil etc. 
  • Keep your hair away from pollution. 
  • Massage you scalp with oil then rinse.
  • Avoid using chemical shampoos and conditioners. 
  • Use soapnut or shikakai or herbal hair cleansers.

Hi,
  The life span of hair is 6 years,but due to lack of nutrition,skin disease of head,high fever, exessive stress the hair becomes thin & started to fall.

*take two towels,dip in hot water and wrap it on head for 2 minutes,then take second one dip it cold water and wrap it on head for one minute.Follow it three times,

* Take Lemon juice ,rub & massage carefully on the pore of hair.

*Drink lukewarm water with lemon and honey everyday early in the morning.

*Pomegranate juice 7:00am - 9:00 a.m.

*Take cucumber , reddish , tomato  , Onion in salad form.
 

* Pranayama- kapalbhati, Anuloma viloma ,Bhramari . 

 

* Avoid- tea-coffee, fried , spices , packed food, soft drinks etc.

 

* Be happy,laugh,

नमस्ते

 

बाल भी हमारे शरीर का ही हिस्सा है। सिर में ऑक्सिजन की कमी और mineral की कमी से ये समस्या होती है, रासायनिक शेम्पू एवं साबुन से ऐसा होता है। अर्धशीर्षासन करें। अनुलोम विलोम, भ्रामरी प्राणायाम करें। लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

शरीर के हर हिस्से में जो पोषक तत्व पहुँचना चाहिए,

वो नहीं पहुँच रहा है। 

आपके आहार में सब्ज़ी का जूस शामिल करने की ज़रूरत है।

फल, सब्ज़ी और सलाद को अपने खाने में शामिल करें।सेंधा नमक लें और चीनी के जगह गुड लें। पाचन तंत्र पर अम्लीय (acidic food) का भारी कम डालें।

सुबह की शुरुआत 1/2 खीरा + करी पत्ता पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, फल एक घंटे बाद लें। 12 बजे दोपहर में पालक 10पत्ते + पुदीना10पत्ते पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे तक में कर लें। रात का भोजन में सलाद ही लें तो बहुत अच्छा होगा।

मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।बालों को नींबू या रीठा से साफ़ करें।कपूर और नारियल तेल से मालिश करें।

The health of our hair is the reflection of our body's internal health. Improper lifestyle, eating wrong foods, lack of sleep, increased stress levels are the reasons which lead to toxic accumulation and result in issues like split ends, hair fall, etc. External factors like exposure to dust, chemicals and pollution are also the reason for hair fall and damaged hair. 

Foods to eat- 

  • Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water early in the morning on an empty stomach. This will help to eliminate the toxins out of the body. 
  • Drink green tea twice a day, one in the morning on an empty stomach and the other at night before sleeping. 
  • Eat soaked dry fruits and sprouts in the breakfast to get easily absorbable nutrients. 
  • Eat fresh, seasonal, and locally available fruits and vegetables. 
  • Include salads, nuts, and beans in your diet. 
  • Have whole grains like barley, millets, oats, etc.
  • Use cold-pressed oil to cook instead of refined oils. 

Local application 

  • Mix amla powder with warm water. Keep it for around 2 hours. Then, apply it on your hair and leave it for half an hour and then wash your hair.
  • Don't use any chemical-based products on your hair.
  • Apply fresh aloe vera gel on your hairs.
  • Protect your hair from dust, smoke, etc.

Sleep 

A correct sleeping pattern is important for the circadian rhythm. It also helps to reduce stress. Hence, taking a proper quality of sleep is very important. 

Take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning. Avoid using electronic gadgets atleast 1hour before sleeping. Read books before sleeping to improve the quality of sleep.

Hairfall is a symptom of imbalanced healtg of your body. I suggest you follow these steps:
Reduce stress and always remain rested and relaxed
Maintain a healthy diet
Maintain proper hygiene of your scalp
Also apply rejuvenating hair packs for healthy scalp

Hello Smitha,

There are many factors that result in hairless, some of the detailed factors is been explained by one of the experts here already. Therefore, I would like to suggest natural remedy which has proven to correct hairfall issues.

As a natural treatment please apply organic coconut oil along with organic almond oil and crushed kasuri methi leaves overnight to your scalp every night. Please repeat this treatment every night till you visibly see changes to your hairfall. 

Also please eat dry fruits, fresh green vegetables and melon seeds..which will help in your hairfall treatment. 

Also try positive visualisation (mindfulness) which will help you to visualise healthy hair which you desire. While you begin your treatment have the faith that you can have healthy hair back.

Rapid aging of the cells/ poor quality is due to toxaemia or accumulation of toxins also affects the hair because they multiply rapidly compared to other cells in the body. It depends on the internal health of the individual. The way to improve the quality is to ensure to eat foods that don’t consume a lot of digestion ( raw food ) and lead a holistic life that does not have stress / negativity emotionally. Balanced exercises, exposure to natural elements like sun / ground / good breathing etc. This is a lifestyle and it tAkes time to see the effect on hair. It takes few yrs. Take bath with cold water on the head and not hot
