Being slim is not a stigma. Most people struggle to be slim. but as you havent mentioned your height weight and age i cant actually guess how slim you are.
But still there are certain lifestyle changes you could make to improve your metabolism. Learn yoga and practice regularly to improve your digestion, physique and posture. you could train a little with experts to improve your muscles with the help of your body weight, not at a gym but with a functional fitness coach. Consume more of raw fruits and vehetables. Try to consume raw fats through nuts, avocado coconut etc. Connect with nature and spend time in nature.

यह जीवन शैली को अनुशासनबद्ध तरीक़े से पालन करके किसी भी तरीक़े के रोगी ठीक हुए हैं। हर बीमारी का मूल कारण होता है हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़।
प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली को अपनाने से हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ की समस्या ठीक होगा। आइए प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली में हम 5 प्रकार के आहार से अवगत हों।
1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें, रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।
2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार
3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें। खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें।
मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा1/2 + धनिया पत्ती पीस लें, 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
दोपहर में 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) को 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100ml पानी में लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। ताज़ा नारियल को पीस कर मिलाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते।

This could be some issues with your digestive juices...well I am not sure if you have tried Almond Milk and Soy Milk Shakes using Banana and Dry Fruits. These are rich in Vitamins and Minerals and more than normal milk, Almond milk has properties which can not only benefit you psychologically but also it can help you to gain weight.
Dry fruits especially cashews, pistachios, walnuts, raisins help you to gain weight. You have to increase your protein intake. Eat your meals every 3 hours. These should be small meals.

Akash, in today’s world, are you see are obese people. You are one of those blessed souls who has been blessed with a great body. If you were obese, you would find that people would comment about it. If you are slim people will comment about that too. So do you think you can really shut their mouth? Does it really matter? What matters is whether you are happy with yourself? If you are not happy with yourself then it’s time to put some effort to make yourself happy. If you look at the section of the journey of Wellcure, under the section called fitness you will find three journeys all of them are interesting because they all put on wait on the plant-based diet and why are a great fitness regime. My own husband is on his way to build a six pack on A raw food diet. So what really matters here is how clean your body is to absorb the raw materials that you are feeding. It doesn’t really have to be fats to accumulate fats. It is a misconception that eating fat whether it is good fat or animal fat is healthy for the body. You should never eat fat to put on fat. Eating fatty food to put on fat is only going to overload your liver and make you even sick. It is always best to get the body cleaned on a portion of highly RAw plant food and work under a trained teacher in a physical fitness regime or yoga to build your muscles and that is the only healthy way to put on my mass on the body.
