Anxiety is the result of your current and past lifestyle. Due to imbalanced lifestyle which is not at all in sync with nature our body starts accumulating a lot of toxins. The toxins also result in a toxic blood which in turn nourishes our brains. So when the brain is fed by toxic blood it lacks in proper nourishment. So the undernourished brain is not able to function normally or think clearly. This results in confusion, sadness, helplessness anxiety, depression, or any negative trait. So the cure would be a complete change to a healthy lifestyle. The changes should be such that you live completely in sync with nature. Let’s see what changes you need to make in your routine: 

1 Go out in the nature. Get sun exposure every morning and evening. The sun lightens your mood. Nourishes your cells. Enriches your blood. Nourishes your nervous system. 

2 Breath in fresh air and practice deep breathing. Learn pranayam. This will nourish your blood with pure oxygen. The deeper the breath the lesser the stress or worry or depression.

3 Spend time in nature. Grow some plants and work with your bare hands. The more time you spend with the plants and trees, you will start feeling more relaxed and less depressed.

4 Eat lots of fresh locally grown seasonal ripe fruits and vegetables. Break your fast first thing in the morning with seasonal juicy fruits and do it as late in the morning as possible. You may have a simple lunch which consists of more veggies and less of whole grains. Dinner could be finished by 6 pm with either fruits or salads with sprouts and greens. Don’t eat after sunset.

5 Get physically active. Learn and practice yoga. It will help you move your toxins faster and help your body in eliminating and healing. The energy flow gets better through the body.

6 Be relaxed. Accept what ever is as it is and strive to make your self better. Let go of things and people, you can’t change or are of no use to you.

7 Declutter at all levels. Your home. Your life. Your gadgets, your body. Etc.

8 Sleep well. Rest well. Relax. 

9 Keep an eye on your bowel movements. Eliminate more than you consume. 

10 You will have a liking for something very much or you may have a certain unique talent. Practice giving back to the society in some form or the other. Do something for others that will make a difference in their lives. Whether you get something in return or not. Just do it. Giving away happiness brings it back to us manufold. 

These are just basic guidelines. Try to follow them and you will certainly see changes in your self.

Anxiety Disorder is psychological condition in which the patient panics, suffers from social anxiety, feel excessively self-conscious and is worried about unrealistic problems.

Anxiety disorders can last for six months or more and can affect normal activities, job performance and relationships. Patients with anxiety disorders worry excessively about their health, money & career among other things. Some common symptoms of anxiety disorder are restlessness, fatigue, irritability, muscular aches, insomnia/sleep disorders, abdominal upsets, dizziness, irritability and poor concentration.

Modify your lifestyle and Diet.

Fresh fruits, fruit juices, vegetables (raw or cooked or boiled), vegetable juices, sprouts, nuts, dry fruits to be included more in your diet.

Try to cut down, or if possible stop, the use of black tea, coffee, white flour products, chocolates, white sugar products, deep fried foods, hot spices, meat, fish, and eggs. Such restrictions benefit in anxiety disorders.

Do Breathing exercises: Mind has a very close relation with breathing. A person has short and shallow breathing when anxious or stressed and has deep breathing when relaxed and happy. Next time you become stressed, watch your breathing. Try to slow it down. Take a relaxed position and breathe deep using the abdomen muscles. Let the diaphragm expand while breathing in, and contract while breathing out. This will immediately relax you and reduce anxiety attacks. Exercise, meditation, relaxation techniques and Yoga postures are also recommended.

First of all anxiety is state of mind  its not illness so you dont need to take med to remove anxiety . meds only works on physical level . you just need to shift your mind anxiety to current state. anxiety occurs when u continuously think abt future related subjects and act accordingly. So need to shift your focus to the present time. for that you can give positive affirmation 2 ur subconscious mind. when u feel anxious that time u need to ask questions 2 urself what is important for you at present ? ingaze in a productive work set your goals. make to do list n most imp take care of your health. Dear Bodugam,

It’s good that you wish to know that you wish to cure anxiety without medication. Yoga can effectively help in curing it. Besides the Asanas and pranayama I’ll share, mental practice of registering the anxiety pattern, reflection on it will help. Observe your anxiety pattern. Identify the triggers. Our unpreparedness or memory of downplaying in an anticipated situation may lead to anxiety, at mental and psychological level. At the latter level it can be more deep rooted. 

While dealing with an unfriendly situation please equip yourself with all the resources (set of information) which will help you gain confidence and express yourself effectively. 

At physiological level, check your rest, sleep and food habit. Avoid foods that affect gut movements, impede digestion. Caffeinated drinks, dark chocolate, sweets or smoking though seem to help us relieve it but they don’t. Avoid these drinks along with baked items, refined flour, oil, sugar laden food items. Increase your raw items in food. Begin your day with alkaline juice 150-200 ml, followed by mono fruit after an hour. Have salad as one full meal. Keep your cooked food to the minimum. Include the food rich in chronic food Pranic energy like raw salad, fruits, sprouts, steamed food. Avoid fried, oily food or food laden with sugar or refined flour or oil, dairy and non veg. These items slow down the digestion, affect gut activity. It also alters the chemistry of brain and leads to inertia or after the quick dash of energy we feel we are slowly led to a state of confusion and inertia. 

Invest time in nurturing your creative faculties. Discover your favourite pastime that makes you happy.

Take up a new task, new challenge everyday. It’ll nurture your cognitive faculties and equip you to deal with anxiety well. Go out and meet do something which is not part of your routine; something which beats the mundane.

Accept yourself in totality (that means accepting your weaknesses, and limitations along with strength and potential. Ignorance of our skills, creative and intellectual faculties may lead to anxiety. Tratak on sun in early morning or evening time will be very helpful discovering and nurturing your strengths.

You may practice some of asanas like vyaghrasana (tiger pose), bhadrasana and shashank asana. Shambhavi mudra practice will also help. Nadi Shobhan pranayama and bhramari pranayama will help. Learn it from a trained yoga teacher/ trainer. Practice yoganidra visualising ideal way in an anticipated situation you would like to act. In some time you will be able to transform this response positively. 

If you get time do the sun gazing in early morning or evening, practising Tratak (keeping your gaze fixated at the sun). All the best.

प्रतिदिन आप ख़ुद को प्यार दें अपने बारे में 10 अच्छी बातें कोरे काग़ज़ पर लिख कर और अपने रुचिकर काम को ज़रूर करें।

प्रकृति को अपने होने का धन्यवाद दें।

मानसिक समस्या भी इसी शरीर की समस्या है सब कुछ इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि हम किसी भी परिस्थिति में सकारात्मक सोंच रखते हैं या नकारात्मक।

प्राकृतिक जुड़ाव आपको सकारात्मक सोंच प्रदान करेंगी क्योंकि प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली अपने आप में पूर्ण भी है और जीवंत भी है। पाँच तत्व से प्रकृति चल रही है और उसी पाँच तत्व से हमारा शरीर चल रहा है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। वाद्य यंत्र शास्त्री संगीत (instrumental classical music)सुनें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

अपने कमरे में ख़ुशबू दार फूलों को रखें।

3 अग्Iनि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। सेंधा नमक का प्रयोग खाने में करें। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें। मीठे का उत्तम स्रोत सुखा फल है तो मीठे की तलब होने पर इनका सेवन करें।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

The best way is practice Tratka meditation on water bed atleast for half an hour.
While meditating just concen on releasing the thoughts but not accumulating new one. Be careful that you have to sit for release not to create.
Head and Pad sanan regularly will help you lot.
Just take care of your get to fill it easy way as easy is abdomen so easy will be mind. Take light and slightest foods preferably started with seasonal fruits and juices.
Clean your guts by natural means like trifla.
Practice ease and calm in life without concentration on pretty matters since ignorance is best policy.
