My aunty has lost taste of her mouth and saliva secretion has stopped,she thinks that her salivary glands are damaged.. What is it? Suggest something.

When one starts experiencing such things we should understand that the body has moved away from nature and has got laden with toxins. What we need to do now is get back in touch with nature at all levels and partake of its infinite source of energy and life.

Firstly stop the influx of all that is not needed or that which is more taxing on your body. The list of foods to be kept off is given in the diet section.

What is it that you need to include in your life style to support the body in its cleansing, healing and normal functioning.

1 Learn pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.

2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset.

3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or atleast walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.

4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.

5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.

6 Be well hydrated. Consume lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.

7 Get some regular physical activity in your daily routine like walking, yoga or swimming in some natural water body.

8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive. Let go of all that doesn’t serve you.

Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health.

Foods to be strictly kept off

1 milk and milk products
2 white maida, white sugar, white salt.
3 no packaged and processed foods. No outside food too from restaurants.
4 No meat, eggs, fish etc
5 no namkeens and sweets from the shops too

Foods to be included

1 fresh locally grown seasonal fruits 50%
2 fresh vegetables 35%
3 grains 10%
4 soaked nuts 5%

Just follow these simple guidelines and she will start connecting to nature and with her SELF. This way she will on the path to cleansing and healing and soon she will start enjoying youthful health.

नमस्ते

पान पत्ता चबाएँ और सलाइवा को निकलने दें।

नीम के पत्ते को चबाएँ और लार को निकाल दें।

आम का पत्ता चबाएँ और लार को निकलने दें।

पाचन रस शरीर कम स्त्राव कर रहा है।

पाचन तंत्र को आराम देना होगा। केवल 2 दिन तरल पदार्थ का सेवन करें। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। नारियल पानी, पेठे का जूस लें। खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। तरल पदार्थ को 40 गिन्ने तक मुँह में रख रख कर पीएँ। खाने पीने से जुड़े एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।
