Hello, My wife (29yrs) is having upper back swelling and a bump emerge at her upper back from last 3 yrs. We already visited all kind of doctors, physiotherapist. Doctors are saying she is having swelling due to muscles swelling. She is having extreme pain since then. From last 2 months she is visiting yoga practitioner but there is no as such effect. Please advise us what should we do now??

6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.
7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality
8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive.

Hy...i suggest you to take electro acupuncture therapy from a good physician and body balancing, alignment of the the spine should be done firstly.
After that pain management through acupuncture, vibration therapy and maintenance by a good calcium and magnesium rice diet can help.
Yoga is good for its maintenance in a long run.

It may be cervical so massge over T12 area where there is pain it is phulcrum point rub it three to four days.
Have Ipsum salt Luke warm water baths for ten minutes a day over swelling
Apply turmeric pweder mixed in Luke warm mustard oil over the swelling and leave it for night
Apply an ice pack on your back and leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes.
Do neck rotation exercise by touching all organs to body
Take light foods and avoid tea
Swelling from UTI may lead to form a bump so take care PCOS or PCOD

Have hot and cold both simultaneously for reducing bump and swelling

Sir, thank you for ur response, it was very formative.Spine doctors who have examined her physically found her spine perfect. They advised us that her swelling at upper back may be due to muscles swelling. Actually having soon many consultation with different doctors from last 3 years without any effect in her health , we are confused what to do and where to go? Can u suggest us any direction that may lead her to be cured .

Thank u sir....For ur reply, I can understand this can be due to toxin accumulated in her body. She is having acute pain over this area from last 2yr approximately 24×7. I can't touch her upper back due to serve pain. She has started yoga session from last 2months but still there is no relief as of now. May u suggest some medications to remove toxins and other treatments that can help her..

Sir bump is toxins accumulated over the cervical area pls try to detox the body.
2ndly apply ice pack and afterwards apply coconut oil over the bump.
Vibration therapy regularly surely help you in reducing swelling pain and bump.
नमस्ते
शरीर में अम्ल के अधिकता से प्रदाह (inflammation) पैदा होता है।
जो की इस समस्या का कारण है।
इस बीमारी का मूल कारण हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ है।
शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।
आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।
पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।
1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।
2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।
खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।
3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें। खीरा और नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट जंहा समस्या हो रही है वंहा पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। उसी हिस्से पर दिन में दो बार तिल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में
और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा dopahar के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।
ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।
जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद।

Hello Sir, any bump any swelling, any rest part of the body which is abnormal is because of collection of toxins in that area. Before collecting into that area, the body would have got overloaded in other organs such as the liver and other lymphatic systems. The blood which carries nutrition to all the parts of the body would be toxic itself and deposits fills up as it travels in the most vulnerable parts of the body.
To clean this place means that right from the stomach the blood has to be cleaned. I would suggest that you do the following. And I am hopeful that you will find relief from this as soon as possible. As you start following this I suspect that you might have fever, cold cough more pains from other parts of the bodies as well. Toxins come out only with symptoms. And the symptoms have to be expected and handled without any medication. The medication is themselves are toxins.
With animal products in your meals, acidity in the body increases and the body will suck all the alkaline enzymes to maintain homeostasis.
If high acidic foods ( not coming under category of fruits veg veggies greens majorly) are injested, their ph is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this ph level and bile from liver and gallbladder is called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, liver becomes tired. If liver and gallbladder are not in a good working condition, enough Bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. . As liver weakens, the body cleaning is also compromised and blood continues to carry acidic toxins that have the liver could not manage and have reached the intestines where nutrients get absorbed. If the acidity in the blood goes up, the blood first uses the alkaline buffers present in its blood plasma to bring the blood closer to an alkaline pH. Unfortunately because of continuous supply of acidic foods to the body, the level of alkaline buffers is often very low. If the blood pH value falls below this range, then all the bodily fluids such as urine, lymphatic fluid, semen, Cerebrospinal fluids, saliva everything starts becoming acidic. This disrupts all the cellular function in the body and disturbs the balance. To prevent such a state of decline, the blood starts reducing its acidity by neutralising it with one of the most alkaline substance in the body that is calcium from the bones. So blood starts dissolving the calcium from the bones in its self to reach an ideal pH level. This is also called leaching of calcium. Blood is a supplier and also a retriever . It will choose parts of the bone where it can leach very quickly such as the ends of the bones . As it continues to do so, that part of the joint weakens that’s producing a pain and inflammation. There will also be severe obstruction of blood flow, the viscosity of blood will be thicker. All these factors lead to the accumulation of toxins across the body.
- StArt the day with 500ml pure cucumber juice on empty stomach
- Followed by more veg juices from ashgourd pudina Palak coriander lemon ginger carrot beets etc till 12pm. In a day give her 2-3 lts of juices from veg or fruits in the entire day
- Fruits and greens for lunch 500-700gms. If she can’t eat as they won’t have a habit, start as much as she can and increase
- Vegetables for snacks
- Dinner only millets and veggies cooked without any oil. Avoid all forms of oil for her entire life. Her body is suffering majorly because of that
- Order enema kit and do water enema it daily after regular bowel movements. Consult an expert and take guidance if needed
- Take a wet towel and apply on the stomach for 30 mins daily and rest if possible. If she can’t, let her wear a pant and tuck this inside the pant and lie on her sides. Start with 5 mins of hot and 25min of cold. Ensure it’s cold by making it cold if it turns warm
- For the back, repeat the same on the bump. She can lie on her stomach. Keep it for 1-2hrs. She can also tie a thread to all corners and tie it to your front of the body and do your house work. The wet cloth as to keep touching the bump for few hrs daily.
Avoid dairy meat eggs seafood, all forms of oil even in tadka( learn oil free cooking) , any outside store bought ready to eat junk, white sugar , maida , ghee , alcohol
Dates, very limited organic jaggery, kishmish , figs are ok to consume
Exercise howmuch possible, Pranayam has to be done
Expose her back and body to morning sunlight for 30 mins
Mentally not holding any negativity towards anyone. Such feelings impact blood flow and causes toxin accumulation too.

Ayurvedic is also a medicine that must be avoided. Don’t look for pain killers and shortcuts. You are inviting more trouble
Hi. I also had a bump on my upper back for many years. It wasn't painful though. I had even got it checked by doctors & was told to ignore if it doesn't pain.
In 2015, I shifted to a natural lifestyle. A month or two after making this shift, one fine day I suddenly realised the bump had started hurting. I was wondering if something had gone wrong. But soon I realised the pain was because my body was preparing to get rid of the bump. An opening was getting made in the mouth & soon mucous started coming out. There was so much of filth that I was amazed. It continued to come out for a good 7-10 days. Beyond a point I had to even put a cotton dressing, else my clothes would get dirty. I did not apply or take any medicine. I just let the body do its work.
I realised that since so long this toxic waste was trapped inside my body & body didn't have the right inputs to remove it. So it just collected the toxic waste at one place. And now once I went on to a natural lifestyle, the body got what it needed to remove the waste :-). It was mind-boggling to experience the body's intelligence.
