I have cold and cough most of the time.. And that cause asthma... And most of time cough is accumulated in chest nd doesnt come out.. What shuld i do?

Have herbal tea.
Accumulation of cough shows that you are overdose and constipation is there.
Detox body with black salted three to four Luke warm water.
Jalneti of Tulsi or Ginger water.
Panch Tulsi oil one two drops in each nostril and suck them to throat.
Put same in throat after each meal so that digestive system improve.
Half your diet but chew it properly so that cough is released by pitta formation.

Just few minutes back I discussed a remedy that can be effective in treating cold and cough.
Well first thing in the morning, that is empty stomach, please take a mixture of dry ginger powder, turmeric and honey...take one tea spoon of it followed by one cup of warm water. This mixture taken for 5 days can take away your allergies.
For the cough..I am not sure if your sputum is yellow or clear, however to clear away your throat do the ajwain water gargling, take ajwain and boil it in the water, once the water is cool, however, it should be a little warm, then you can use it to gargle..keep the ajwain water in your throat for few seconds before you spit out. Kindly repeat this for until your chest gets rid of all the accumulated sputum.

Due to Dust allergy, pollution, outside drinking water lungs gets congested and falls sick often.
1. Mix equal amounts of raw honey, ginger juice and pomegranate juice. Consume 1 tablespoon of this mixture 2 or 3 times a day. It should be around 50ml per time.
2. Add ½ teaspoon of salt to 1 cup of warm water.
Stir it until the salt mixes in properly.
Gargle with this solution for a few seconds, then spit it out.
Do this at 2 or 3 times a day for a few days.
3. Cut fresh ginger into small slices and crush them slightly. Put 1 teaspoon of the slices and 1 cup of water in a pan and bring it to a boil, then strain it. Drink it up to 3 times a day.
4. Give lots of nourishing warm soups, focus a lot on his sleeping, take him out dedicatedly in the sun every morning.

In addition to that sugar maida and all kinds of medications. This step itself will eventually heal you from your issues. If you want to speed up the process, You can include fruits breakfast in the morning. Had one vegetable juice per day. Start yoga and pranayama and expose yourself to the sun for 30 minutes.

हाज़मा ख़राब होने से त्वचा, आँख, कान, मानसिक रोग, फेफड़ों और हड्डियों से सम्बंधी रोग होते है। निष्कासन में अवरोध होता है. निष्कासन ठीक प्रकार से और सही माध्यम से ना हो तो शरीर ग़लत माध्यम से शरीर में पनप रहे विषाक्त कणों को निकालता है क्योंकि शरीर का एक लक्ष्य है अनचाहे विषाणुओं को शरीर से निकाल बाहर करना है।एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।
आहार शुद्धि और सही स्वाँस लेने के तरीक़े से हम इस बीमारी पर नियंत्रण पा सकते हैं।
गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के हल्का रुकें, और फिर सहज साँस लें तो एक चक्र पूरा होता है। ऐसे 10 चक्र करें, मेरुदंड को सीधा रखें और पेट ख़ाली रखकर इस अभ्यास को करें। जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें।
सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के 1 घंटे बाद पानी पीएँ खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन से बचें।
तेल, मसाला, और (wheat) गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें और सेंधा नमक या काला नमक का प्रयोग करें।
सुबह 5 बेल पत्ते को पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल खाएँ, दोपहर 12 बजे पालक 10 पत्ते+पुदीना 10 पत्ता पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। इसके 1घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी या सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।
रात के खाने में सलाद लें और सलाद 8 बजे से पहले लें, सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। ताजे नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ।नमक की मात्रा dopahar के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें।नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।
ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।
जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद।
