It’s a daily struggle to get my kids to eat dry fruits. Please share how you get your kids to eat them?

Some kids like to have soaked nuts, that’s a great starter for the day. Else, a couple of other ways that we have seen work are – nut paste added to soups or curries, nut powders added to vegetables or a simple dal-chawal meal or you could try making dry-fruit smoothie.

Hi.you can make mixed dryfruits powder and add it to their routine foods like veg, salad, curries, chutney, parantha etc.
You can also add this nut powder to their favourite food like pasta, sandwiches, muffins, fruit ceame, fruit custurd, yogurt and any type of dips like hummus, basil pesto, salsa

Don't insist if they don't want to. Fresh fruits are always better than dry fruits.

Howver, if you still want them to have dry fruits you can make some date paste and use it for plant milks, laddos etc
