Dear Neelam I suffered from same pain, afer my first delivery. Though it was not a C section but I had the same pain. What has helped me to get rid of this pain is completely avoid dairy products, no eating out, only fruits for breakfast, salads for lunch and dinner before 7PM. Feel gratitude and being positive has also been a part of my life.
Epidurals sometimes if not done right tends to cause some injury in the back. But I think with some focus on the right lifestyle it should be ok.
First focus on elimination of animal products as it causes more damage in the body and hampers repairs and regeneration of cells. Dairy eggs meat fish etc.
Avoid sugar , refined oils, processed foods
Stay on raw as much as possible for atleast till 2-3pm starting with green and vegetable juices and followed by fruits. End the day with a oilfree millet based dinner.
Do this for 2-3 months and then join yoga classes and then start off a slow regime. Body must have recovered from some blocks and stiffness by then and will be open for healing.
Someone I know had slip discs issue and now does 108 suryanamaskaras per year on a single day at one shot. One more case healed from chronic UTI and varicose veins plus a back issue. She also is able to do Yogasanas with ease now.
Try this and let me know if you have any questions
be blessed
