I am suffering from less blood platelet count. I. E. 100 approx inside me. Due to which I feel laziness, tiredness,sleepy.... How to increase them... What food should be avoided and what should eat...?

The less platelet count is due to enervation. The body becomes tired under the pressure of accumulated toxins and so some of the bodily functions start getting effected. Any one remedy doesnt work as the body parts dont work in isolation, they all work in unity. So to heal the over all body we need to cleanse it.... every affected part. So how do we support our body in its over all cleansing and healing?

As our body is a nature's master piece, nature has equipped it already with a self healing and cleansing soft ware. So to let the soft ware function normally one must remove all the unnecessary inputs and obstructions which dont let it function normally. lets start with what foods to avoid:

1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances.

2 Refined flour and refined oil

3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped.

4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food

5 No meat, eggs, Fish  or dairy products

Foods to be included

1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake

2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake

3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake

4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake

And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of blood but many other things too matter equally. 

1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.

2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 

3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.

4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.

5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.

6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.

7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality

8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive.

Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health.

नमस्ते

 

 शरीर में पनप रहे विषाणु (toxic) तत्व रक्त में संक्रमण पैदा कर रहे हैं। शरीर में अम्ल (acid) बढ़ गया और क्षरिए (alkaline) द्रव की ज़रूरत है।

रक्त बिंबानु (platelet) को ठीक करने के उपाए जाने।

एक या दो दिन केवल तरल पदार्थ पर रहें।

पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते और बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 

 खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

 सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें। खीरा और नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

Hi Namaste,

The best remedy to improve platelet count is take some fresh papaya leaf one to two and crush them and get its juice bay adding some warm water.

Filter the juice and add one to two spoon of organic honey and mix it well.

take 30ml morning empty stomach and evening 30ml for 3 days regularly.

This will improve your platelet count. Also morning expsoure to sunlight will be added advantage.

Blood is one of the most important fluid  we have in the body. To improve the vitals of the blood, good nutrition is extremely important. In correct lifestyle with eating cooked food for more than twice a day and absolutely not consuming any fresh produce, consuming dairy meat eggs fish  refined and processed foods   Can cause such issues. In my experience for an immediate relief you can go on a complete fruit diet and consuming more pomegranates  in the form of juices and consuming carrot juice on a daily basis so this will fix the issue within a week or two. To continue maintaining this, ensure that you eat fruits till 12 o’clock in abundance, have one vegetable juice, one  Green juice, expose yourself to the sun for 30 minutes a day, connect with nature barefoot. Avoid all kinds of animal foods such as dairy and things like that. Eat foods that are as close to nature as possible this will keep you healthy .
