Good morning Ma'am Today I wanna ask about my mother. She is 45 years old house wife. She is a patient of thyroid. She does regular exercises and walk since 10 years. Problems she is facing-: 1. Weak digestive system, whenever she eats something she has to go to freshroom. 2. She sweats too much and then feels weakness and bp low. 3. Low hemoglobin. 4. Poor diet. these are symptoms of chronic stress n unhealthy lifestyle. First of all she need rest n joy. she could travel that will help her to remove stress. she has to change the physical n mental diet. all we know that good diet can help u to stay health but mental diet is more imp. she must do chakra meditation . good music can help her a lot .she must go for social gatherings. NLP can help her to change the habits. use aroma therapy for that.

I m talking about chakra meditation ,yoga asana n chakra meditation both are different . asana work on physical.
नमस्ते
निष्कासन ठीक प्रकार से और सही माध्यम से ना हो तो शरीर ग़लत माध्यम से शरीर में पनप रहे विषाक्त कणों को निकालता है इसीलिए शरीर में पनप रहे विषाणु रक्त में अशुद्धि कर रहे हैं और हार्मोन में असमानता पैदा हो रहा है। शरीर का एक लक्ष्य है अनचाहे विषाणुओं को शरीर से निकाल बाहर करना है। सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा बेहतर होता है। निष्कासन में अवरोध नहीं रहता है।
आहार शुद्धि और सही स्वाँस लेने के तरीक़े से हम इस बीमारी पर नियंत्रण पा सकते हैं।
गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के रुकें, और फिर सहज साँस लें तो एक चक्र पूरा होता है। ऐसे 10 चक्र करें ऐसा करने से 72000 नाड़ी के द्वार खुलते हैं फेफड़ों को आराम मिलता है और हमारी प्राण शक्ति सुरक्षित होती है। प्राण शक्ति ही मुख्यतः शरीर को स्वस्थ रखती है।
मेरुदंड को सीधा रखें और पेट ख़ाली रखकर इस अभ्यास को करें। जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें। अनुलोम विलोम करें। मर्ज़ारी आसान करें। मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ। नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ। पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।
यह शरीर के विषाणु को बाहर त्वचा के ज़रिए करते है। इसको जल उपचार कहते हैं यह बहुत ही असरदार प्रक्रिया है।
खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के 1 घंटे बाद पानी पीएँ खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन से बचें।
तेल, मसाला, और (wheat) गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।
सुबह 5 बेल पत्ते को पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल खाएँ, दोपहर 12 बजे पालक 10 पत्ते+पुदीना 10 पत्ता पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। इसके 1घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम5 बजे नारियल पानी या सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।
रात के खाने में सलाद लें और सलाद 8 बजे से पहले लें, सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। ताज़े नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते।

I suggest that she moves away from white rice, wheat to millets
Stop sugar, tea, coffee and processed food
switch from refined oils to cold pressed oil or no oil
Include lots of salads and fruits in the diet. Reduce cooked food gradually.
Start spending more time in nature - sunlight, fresh air, trees etc
Last but not the least totally stop dairy, meat and eggs.
Develop a hobby to be away from toxic people and thoughts
Read literature which benefits the mind.
Rest when tired and sleep early everyday
This requires a step by step implementation and best done under guidance

The first foremost thing is 'Her Diet', you said she has poor diet well that explains why she is going through a lot of health challenges. She needs to be strictly on 'Plant based Diet' which will include all the Green Vegetables. It is a humble advice to refrain from any kind of grains, carbohydrates food and vegetables, refined and processed foods or oil.
She can include lot of fruits in her diet and everything should be organic because that can help her with a speedy recovery.
She needs to eat sunflower seeds or roasted flax seeds to help with her thyroid.
For one month if she follows this protocol, surely enough she will reap the results of it.

She needs to fix the eating times...breakfast at 8:30 , afternoon she needs to have lunch at around 12:30 p.m and dinner at 7:00 p.m, tea at night causes acidic issues and disturbs digestive system.
She has use Soya flour for her chapatis not wheat atta..she needs to refrain from rice, maida and sugar...

Then come back and does household work.
Prepares breakfast..
While preparing breakfast she starts feeling weakness and need to eat as soon as possible after that she takes rest for an hour.

Height is 5'4
In the morning at 9'o clock she have breakfast.
Afternoon she takes fruits generally.
In the evening around 8'o clock she have dinner.
At night tea before going to sleep.
Her stomach remains upset most of the time. Weaker digestive system.
Beal juice suits her but nowadays it's not available.
