For wet- warmer salty water before you go to bed.
During cough attacks- place a pinch pinch of pepper powder on the tongue.
All these remedies are to be taken just before going to bed and not drink or eat anything after that. And these are not permanent solutions.
For permanent solutions internal cleansing is must. Like no dairy and oil products etc.

Here are some temporary solutions to your itchy throat and dry cough, do try the given remedies. For a permenant solution there many other changes and additions you will need to make in your life style.
There are certain simple things that you can do to get relief from throat dryness
1 Eat Freshly salted and roasted almonds just before going to bed and dont drink any water after that.
2 Do a hot and cold fomentation around your neck for 30 minutes every day.
3 Boil a couple of liquorice sticks in a glass of water. When there is only 3/4 left you may drink it. Do this every day until your throat gets cleared.
4 Rest and relax your throat. Don’t talk much
5 Sleep well and rest well.
6 Eat more of fresh fruits and vegetables
7 Remove all deep-fried foods from your diet.
8 Remove all packaged and processed food from your diet.
9 connect with nature.

Hi dear lets first understand what is cough and cold.
There is something unfavorable to body and its throwing it out through cough and cold.
Have a check on yourself.
1. What is your diet. Is it heavy on cooked, fried and processed food?
2. Is your body producing more mucus than its needed?
Food diet heavy on milk and milk products, fried food etc produces acid residue ash in our body. Body gets at dis- ease and show us the symptoms by cold cough and pain in different parts. Pain is nothing but the inflammation in body which follows acidity.
Our body has five elimintatory organs
1. Skin
2. Kidney
3. Liver
4. Lungs
5. Colon
Body throws these toxins through these organs and cough and cold is elimination through our lungs and signal us towards these toxins. When the layers of toxins is more on the lungs to take care, they throw it out through cough and cold.
Body is very intelligent and can heal itself in favourable conditions. Once you believe in this that body can heal itself and make following changes in your diet and life you will be improve. Basically folllow a lifestyle where your intake of fruits and vegetables is more than 50 percent and gradually increase to 70 percent.
I suggest below changes.
1. Completely avoid milk and milk products
2. No fried food and anything which comes in a packet.
3. Start everyday with this belief that body can heal itself.
4. Start your day with cinnamon, ginger tea in winters and luke warm honey water in summer . You can also add few drops of lemon to same.
5. Your breakfast should be only fruits and preferably mono fruits.
6. Till 12 PM you should only consume fruits except a vegatable juice made from Beetroot, orange and carrot etc at 11AM.
7. Eat Salad before you eat cooked food in lunch. There are many interesting recipes at Wellcure Recipe Section. You may like to include them in your diet.
8. Evening tea should be a herbal tea.
9. Dinner should be very light and eaten before 8PM

निष्कासन में अवरोध होता है. निष्कासन ठीक प्रकार से और सही माध्यम से ना हो तो शरीर ग़लत माध्यम से शरीर में पनप रहे विषाक्त कणों को निकालता है क्योंकि शरीर का एक लक्ष्य है अनचाहे विषाणुओं को शरीर से निकाल बाहर करना है।
एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में 1 बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।
पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।
1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।
2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।
खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।
3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।
नीम के पत्ते और खीरा का पेस्ट अपने गले पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।
मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।
ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।
जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ का प्रयोग करें। सेंधा नमक का प्रयोग खाने में करें।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद।
