Namaste Ambrish

When your lungs become weak due to toxins accumulated there you start feeling difficulties in breathing. Environmental pollution, wrong food habits, wrong lifestyle, smoking, stressful lifestyle etc can lead to congestion in the lungs.

To clear the congestion you need to change your lifestyle and food habits.

where do you start? Start with your food. Start eating clean. Remove all refined flour ,oil, processed sugar, white salt etc from your daily diet. Stop eating outside food. Stop consumption of processed and packaged food like stuffs. Stop  milk and milk products, meat, fish, eggs etc

What can you eat? Lots of fresh ,locally grown, seasonal fruits. You can start your day everyday with it. Have more fruits for lunch. And let your dinner be a large bowl of salad withlots of greens, sprouted grains or soaked nuts. Finish eating before sunset, so that your body gets enough time to digest, assimilate the nutrients and send the waste towards the exit for elimination. If you continue eating late at night the body doesnt get enough time to do its functions properly.

Become active. Go for walks, do yoga or participate in some active sport daily so that you sweat well. This will also improve your metabolism. Learning pranayama will help your lungs get stronger and function better.

Connect with nature. Go out in the sun. Get enough exposure to the suns rays, breath fresh air and do some gardening too. Sleep well. rest well.

Look into your life for energy vampires. Do you have a stressfull life? Do you have a stressful job? Do you drink alcohol? Do you smoke? If yes for all then stop and change.

If you have breathing problem which is due to increase in pollution then make sure you never leave home without a mask The next thing you can start doing to increase your lungs vital capacity is that you start filling air in ballons which will make your lungs more stronger.

Learning intruments like flute is also good to improve your breathing.

Take care.

Hello Ambrish,

There are many reasons one can have breathing problem, however, here are some things you can do to get rid of it.

Every morning when the sun rises take a walk and breathe in the fresh air from the nature, this is the time when you can not only get exposed to the fresh air but you also get Vitamin D and moreover you are able to exercise or have a physical routine.

Drink fresh fruit juices instead of caffeine in the morning or you can choose to eat fresh fruits rather, this can help you unclog your internal system

If your job is a sitting job then try to take a break after every one hour, take a walk and breathe in and out for 10 times, if you can do this going out then great, if not do it where you are.

Your problem will be solved when you are out more in the nature and breathe in the natural oxygen that you get from the trees.

Regards

Hi I can completely understand how you are feeling. I had my half life growing through breathing problem.

Your lungs have a thick layer of toxins accumulating and that may be creating you a breathing problems.  A natural lifestyle is the most healthy thing for our life and body. With bad lifestyle and eating a food which is more in producing acid ash, our body toxin level goes higher than it can handle.. Food diet heavy on milk and milk products, fried food etc produces acid residue ash in our body.

Body gets at dis- ease and show us the symptoms by difficulty in breathing.

Our body has five elimintatory organs

1. Skin
2. Kidney
3. Liver
4. Lungs
5. Colon

Body throws these toxins through these organs and in your case through your lungs and signal you towards these toxins. When the layers of toxins is more on the lungs to take care, they throw it out through cough and cold. Body is very intelligent and can heal itself in favourable conditions. Once you believe in this that body can heal itself and make following changes in your diet and life you will be able to breathe normal

Basically folllow a lifestyle where your intake of fruits and vegetables is more than 50 percent and gradually increase to 70 percent. I suggest below changes.

1. Completely avoid milk and milk products
2. No fried food and anything which comes in a packet.
3. Start everyday with this belief that body can heal itself.
4. Start your day with cinnamon, ginger tea in winters and luke warm honey  water in summer . You can also add few drops of lemon to same.
5. Your breakfast should be only fruits and preferably mono fruits.
6. Till 12 PM you should only consume fruits except a vegatable juice made from Beetroot, orange and carrot etc at 11AM.
7. Eat Salad before you eat cooked food in lunch. There are many interesting recipes at Wellcure Recipe Section. You may like to include them in your diet.
8. Evening tea should be a herbal tea.
9. Dinner should be very light and eaten before 8PM
10. Think positive and feel grateful for this beautiful life.

11. Do some breathing exercises in morning and evening.

There are many factors that can lead to breathing issues. It could be stress-based, it could be based on what you inhale that will inflammate the bronchial passage, it could be due to nerve inflammations due to a bad lifestyle, It could also be due to a viral activity.Inhalers can help ease symptoms temporarily, but if you are suffering from chronic asthma and use your inhaler a lot, you may become immune to the steroids at some point.

See many of these irritants can get accumulated in the lungs and can cling to your bronchial walls and go up and down as you breathe irritating the bronchial tubes. This overtime causes inflammation of the lungs. Mucus is one of the bodies protective mechanisms to trap viruses and other irritants that are entering the body. However in places where the mucus must not be present if you can start accumulating, it can be very hard for the internal organs like the lungs to breathe. We eliminate healthy mucus when we have cold and cough this is because that is bodies natural response to eliminating the virus and accumulation in the body. However mucus starts getting excessively produced in the internal organs such as the gut,  the intestinal walls the lungs where it is unnecessary, If you eat foods that produces excess mucus. Excess mucus putrifies and hardens overtime and refuses to leave the body in all the attempts that the body makes. Such is the time when you will have also have breathing issues. The major root causes of all your problems is having excess animal foods such as dairy eggs meat fish. So elimination of these foods it’s self will ensure that the body makes way to clean itself. Secondly other foods that contribute to such issues are sugar, excess jaggery, the food with excess spices . Medicines play a key role in ensuring that more toxins accumulate because of the chemicals in the medicines.  Medicines are also alien to the body and the effort of suppression of the mucus from coming out leads to further deterioration and worsens the breathing issues and other respiratory issues.
The only way to permanently get a relief from these issues is to follow a wholefood plant-based lifestyle with each food coming only from plants. Gluten here is an exception that you will have to makealthough  it comes from plants we will still have to remove it from our diet. Gluten is present in wheat maida barley oats and all the Rawa that is made from wheat. Do not attempt to eat any of the bakery products which are loaded with transfat. Oil and any greasy foods must be absolutely removed from the diet.

Once you feel better join a yoga class and learn yoga and pranayama and practitioners.
Thanks and let me know if you’ve any questions,
Be blessed
