Everyday I lose plenty of hairs during bathing. Can I get any solutions to stop the hair loss. My hairline on forehead is getting decreased. So what can I don't for it?

If you are having the habit of taking hot water bath, u should avoid hot water, stop all spicy foods, drink more water, apply gunja crused powder in coconut oil and apply over the scalp... Eat dates and fruits...

stop using chemical shampoo. stop consuming whey protein or any powder. stop doing over exercise in gym . Do yoga instead of gym exercise. stop over consumption of extra carbs sugar . eat plenty of fruits . listen music .stop eating oily food.

Hello Guarav,

Sorry that you are facing this issue, evernight use organic cold pressed coconut oil boiled with methi leaves on your hair, massage your scalp till the oil is evenly applied on your scalp. In the morning you can wash your hair. You can do this every other day. It will take few weeks till you find your hair being restored. 

Also eat lot of vegetables and fruits to enhance the quality of your hair. Avoid Dairy products and processed foods as they affect the pH balance which ultimately affects our hair.

Hairs get nourishing from kidney so taking care of the regeneration system is a must.
The nectar for the kidney is water. Overall 80 per cent of the body is water.
Elementary color of water is black.
So take plenty of water early morning suggested 4 to 5 glasses of water before evacuation.
Take fruits rich of calcium and vitamin K
Figs black pepper, walnuts, groundnuts and black salt are best sources for hair growth.
Use Tulsi oil for hair growth but not to rub with a towel.
Oil used with water easily observed into the body or skin.
Take food rich of calcium, magnesium, and iron. Suggested one lime squeeze over lunch and mix it before eating. Lime seed can help in digestion if chewed.
Apple cider vinegar is helpful in hair fall. Take it (two TEa spoon) empty stomach before breakfast.
Walk on foot palm or jump for ten minutes to rejuvenate supply to forehead
Rub your fingernails till they get heat.
Surya bhedi Pranayam (blowing air through ears) is beneficial.
Sit in meditation and visualise the flow of energy to head.
Get a picture of yourself with full hairs and see yourself like that and tell your mind I want to look like that and repeat this process morning and evening.

The Fact of losing hair is due to present lifestyle and diet.
Hair loses causes due to : Vitamin B12 Defiency, Genetics, Lack of Nutrition, Hydrogen Peroxide.

Remedy:
a. Boil 1 cup of coconut oil with Handful of curry leaves for 8 minutes.
b. Allow it to cool and settle then massage your scalp with the mixture regularly.

Along with thisAvoid refined foods, refined sugar, junk food, and alcoholic and carbonated drinks.

Increase intake of fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, and vegetable juice prepared from lettuce, carrot, capsicum, and amla.

Avoid using chemical products on the hair.

Dos

- eat foods that don’t consume a lot of digestion ( raw food ) - fruits veggies and greens for the entire day except for dinner.

-Balanced exercises, exposure to natural elements like sun / ground / good breathing etc.

- ensure that u pass motions regularly and if u struggle here, that’s the root cause

-yoga pranayama 

-Massage your scalp with warm castor oil every week.

-Take bath with cold water on the head and not hot

 

-Practice inverted headstand yogasana that helps in blood flow tothe brain 

 

Donts

- stop consuming packaged ready to eat, refined flour, sugar, greasy foods, caffeine, alcohol etc

- don’t eat cooked for all 3 meals

- avoid fried

- avoid refined and polished grains

-avoid all forms of chemicals from Touching the hair and skin like soaps shampoos of all forms and stick to home made products.

 

 This is a lifestyle and it tAkes time to see the effect on hair. It takes few yrs. Hair unlike other organs are not so Essential for survival .. so body tends to focus on healing the most important ones and come to the less imp ones later .

नमस्ते

 

बाल भी हमारे शरीर का ही हिस्सा है। सिर में ऑक्सिजन की कमी और मिनरल की कमी से ये समस्या होती है। आपके खाने में उन पोषक तत्व को लें जो की पाचन तंत्र को स्वस्थ रखें। अधिकांश समय यह समस्या हमारे पाचन तंत्र के स्वस्थ नहीं रहने पर भी होता है। रासायनिक शेम्पू एवं साबुन से भी ऐसा होता है।

शरीर के हर हिस्से में जो पोषक तत्व पहुँचना चाहिए,

वो नहीं पहुँच रहा है। 

आपके आहार में सब्ज़ी का जूस शामिल करने की ज़रूरत है।

फल, सब्ज़ी और सलाद को अपने खाने में शामिल करें।

सुबह की शुरुआत 1/2 खीरा + करी पत्ता पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, फल एक घंटे बाद लें। 12 बजे दोपहर में पालक 10पत्ते + पुदीना10पत्ते पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे तक में कर लें। रात का भोजन में सलाद ही लें तो बहुत अच्छा होगा।

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।बालों को नींबू या रीठा से साफ़ करें।कपूर और नारियल तेल से मालिश करें।

Add moringa leaves, hibiscus leaves & flowers, curry leaves in ur oil. Massage the oil in ur sclap before washing ur hair. 
Apply mild shampoo or shikakai for washing ur hair. 
Eat dry fruits, almond. 
Add spinach in ur diet. 
These all will reduce ur hair fall & make ur hair stronger.

  • 20 - 20 नीम व बेर के पत्तों को 1 लीटर पानी में उबालें जब चौथाई शेष रह जाए तो उसे उतारकर ठंडा कर ले उसके बाद बालों की जड़ों में अच्छे से मालिश करें !
  • तुलसी के पत्ते व आंवले का चूर्ण समान मात्रा में मिलाकर अच्छी तरह सिर पर मले व 10 मिनट बाद सिर को धो ले !
  • चना,मूंग व सोयाबीन के बीज को अंकुरित करके खाएं ,
  • पीले फल व हरी सब्जियों का पर्याप्त मात्रा में सेवन करें
  • क्रोध व ईर्ष्या से बचें !
