Got sinus polyps surgery in july 2015 from right side. Bt now still there is cold I feel bad, smell from nose. I wash both nostrils with water through nasowash. Bt smell is there. Taken antibiotic s What to do?

नमस्ते

 

निष्कासन ठीक प्रकार से और सही माध्यम से ना हो तो शरीर ग़लत माध्यम से शरीर में पनप रहे विषाक्त कणों को निकालता है क्योंकि शरीर का एक लक्ष्य है अनचाहे विषाणुओं को शरीर से निकाल बाहर करना है।  एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में 1 बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। 

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

आहार शुद्धि और सही स्वाँस लेने के तरीक़े से हम इस बीमारी पर नियंत्रण पा सकते हैं।

गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के रुकें, और फिर सहज साँस लें तो एक चक्र पूरा होता है। ऐसे 10 चक्र करें, मेरुदंड को सीधा रखें और पेट ख़ाली रखकर इस अभ्यास को करें। जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें। अनुलोम विलोम करें।

जल नेति किसी योग शिक्षक के निरीक्षण में करें।

खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के 1 घंटे बाद पानी पीएँ खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन से बचें। 

तेल, मसाला, और (wheat) गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

सुबह 5 बेल पत्ते को पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर  पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल खाएँ, दोपहर 12 बजे पालक 10 पत्ते+पुदीना 10 पत्ता पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। इसके 1घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम5 बजे नारियल पानी या सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

रात के खाने में सलाद लें और सलाद 8 बजे से पहले लें, सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। ताज़े नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। चीनी के जगह पर गुड़ लें नमक कम लें और सेंधा नमक का प्रयोग करें।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते।

When the sinuses are blocked for a long time it could lead to nasal polyps. And surgery is not a long term solution. Even after surgery the issue can persist. A long term solution can be got by understanding how the mucous is formed and how you could stop that.

Mucous is formed when the body is not able to digest all that you have eaten and so toxins start forming as a result of matter which has been retained in the system for a long time. The old matter starts decomposing and producing toxins. How could you improve your digestion and assimilation? By avoiding foods that take long time to be processed and broken down and consuming all that is easiest on your digestion and save on our vitality.

Foods to be removed

1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances.

2 Refined flour and refined oil

3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped.

4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food.

5 meat eggs fish and dairy

Foods to be included

1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake

2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake

3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake

4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake

And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of your digestion and assimilation but many other things too matter equally.

1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.

2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset.

3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.

4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.

5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.

6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.

7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality

8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive.

Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health.

There a couple of more things that you can do to clear your sinuses and feel some temporary relief

1 You can inhale steam with some eucalyptus leaves or Vitex Nigundo (nochi in tamil, Nirgundi in hindi) in it.

2 A swim in the ocean or a good bath under the water falls or swimming in the river or lakes until all the mucous comes out can be relieving.

3 A warm hand and foot bath could be beneficial too for temporary relief.

Hello Surinder. Sinus polyps, cold, smell & any other health issues - all point out that there is toxaemia in the body. Toxaemia refers to accumulated waste which the body was unable to get rid of due to improper or suppression of elimination. Surinder, nasal polyps are again extra growth that happen when the body is consistently pushed to “suppress” cold cough and other eliminations from the respiratory organs. So the consistent accumulation of all the mucus and other toxic substances that could not be released, leads to small ulcers and hardening and mutation. Via the polyps the body is storing those toxins in the form of those extra growth and trying to collect it. To heal from it no form of medication will help. No surgery will help in the long run. Since the body still holds the condition to create the polyps, it will continue to keep growing them unless drastic lifestyle changes are adopted. The bad smells are because of the past accumulation inside your nasal cavity. You may not be able to release the pus Or get rid of the smell until the polyps naturally heal. No amount of nasal sprays are going to help. Any form of medication to make any small discomfort go away it will only make the problem worse.

For any form of respiratory issues which I myself was suffering from, to be healed quitting animal products such as dairy eggs meat fish is key to taking the first step in the right direction. Next comes all the processed, junk, sugar, oily foods, maida, ready to eat packaged foods also contributes to the deterioration of the body’s health condition. 

Practice yoga and Pranayam, learn jal nethi. 

Focus on eating fruits vegetables and leafy greens all through your day in various forms until dinner. For dinner you can have a gluten free oil free millet-based dinner with 30% millets and 70% vegetables.
Expose yourself to sunlight for 30 minutes per day.

Hi Surinder,  lifestyle is the primary factor which decides the health of your body. Let's look at how you spend your day, what you eat, how you rest and what sort of attitude you have. 

Our body cells work better in an alkaline environment. Whatever you eat it leaves either acidic ash or alkaline ash in your body. Highly protein-rich foods like milk, meat and fried products leave an acidic residue in the body. 

Our body is very intelligent and it heals itself. When body gets the acidic ash from the foods as I have mentioned above, as it is not suitable for body so it elimanates through your nostrils.

Now it is your responsibility to take care of your body as our body is the temple of your soul. 

How to take care, by making changes in the lifestyle. 

By creating an environment which helps the body to release all these toxins. 

1. Start your day with being grateful. 

2. Eat only fruits in your breakfast. Preferably mono fruits. Means one type of a fruit on one day. 

3. Have vegetables juices like beetroot, carrot, spinach etc around 11am. 

4. Eat Salads before cooked food. There are many interesting recipe in Recipe section of Wellcure. 

5. Drink water made from adding lemon and mint. It will help you to increase the alkalinity of the body. 

6. Eat dinner very light and eat it before 8PM 

7. Do little excercise like yoga, pranayam or go for walks. 

8. Enjoy each moment of life as it comes. 

9. Write your thoughts. 

10. See positive in every situation. 

11. Avoid eating out and stop milk and milk products.
