I'm 22 yrs M, since my birth my immunity has been very weak, i caught jaundice after my birth and many problems i faced and even till this date i catch cold, flu and fever very easily. In a period of 12 month I'm 11 months on medicine and due to which i feel weakness and I want to increase my immunity, help please, thank you.

Although you have been facing so many Heath issues since child birth you don’t need to get disheartened. Being constantly sick or unhealthy is a sign of the body trying to throw out toxins and bring itself into balance. When you take medicines you are actually trying to suppress the body’s natural actions of cleansing itself. So instead of thinking that you are low in immunity you need to look at your health from a different angle. Your body’s vitality is still good enough to be able to try to cleanse the body of toxins by bringing your body in a state of dis- ease.

Now let’s think on the lines of how can you support your body in eliminating the toxins and cleansing and healing it self. It is not very difficult.  You just need to follow certain lifestyle changes and food habits. And soon you will see that you are thriving and flourishing well and are happy too.

I would say we must look into what things we should remove from our diet to improve your over all health first:

Foods to be removed

1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances.

2 Refined flour and refined oil

3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped.

4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food.

5 Remove meat, eggs, fish and dairy 

Foods to be included

1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake

2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake

3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake

4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake

And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of health but many other things too matter equally. 

1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.

2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 

3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.

4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.

5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.

6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.

7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality

8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive.

Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health.

* Do 1 hour exercise
* Stop having junk food
* Have food that contains more amount of  Vit. A, C. 
* Consume more amount of fruits and green leafy vegetables. 
* Be stress free.

Vitamin C is known to be one of the key ingredients for building up immunity. It is time that you include these things in good amount to make a part of your diet,

Orange, Indian gooseberry, grapes, cranberries are the few important food items which help you to build up your immunity. One more good way of increasing your immunity is by adding flax seeds powder with buttermilk make it a part of your lunch.

Since you are facing immunity related problems from birth so in this age firstly start yoga 
1 Add some good sources of vitamins and minerals specialy vitamin c
2 ginger, turmeric, garlic are some of good foods which helps to gain immunity 
3 citrus fruits are good source of vitamin c 
4 take proper rest and sleep 
5 avoid fast food and street food

Namaste Ji,

Attention should be paid to avoid indigestion. Heavy, spicy, fried food is prohibited. Non-veg items, dairy products and eggs are also not allowed. 

Light meals, rice, lentils, soups, vegetables and fruits like pomegranate and melons are particularly recommended.

Foods cooked in iron pots and mud pots like our olden days tradition are good.

Take half cup of apple juice and half cup of beet root juice. Mix apple juice with beetroot juice. Add honey to this and stir well to mix. Have this juice twice a day.

Join Yoga centre and start basic yoga to improve stamina in your body.

Eat seasoanl fruits and vegetables.

Spend more time with nature.

Hi Karthik, at 22 I see young boys sitting in front of the TV munching a pack of chips or sandwiches endlessly and not really bothering about their health despite the fact that they visit the doctors frequently. I am quite proud to see a young gentleman like you at your age coming to natural forum and ask questions on natural healing.kudos !

All the conditions that you mentioned are lifestyle related. As a baby you were sick because your mother wouldn’t have taken care of her lifestyle ( not plant based). Over time the lifestyle that your parents followed will continue as children. Your solution to the problems is very simple. You will need to remove all kinds of animal products from your life containing dairy eggs meat fish packaged foods, Foods deep-fried sugary sweets et cetera. Focus on eating more fruit vegetables and leafy greens in all forms such as juices salads and whole throughout the day. Consume cooked food only for dinner. Avoid bakery foods and maida-based products. Ask your mom not to cook with refined oil. You can google oil free cooking which is also available on Wellcure . As a young man you will have to focus on moving your body. Hence join a yoga class or work under a functional expert and build muscles. Your focus on fruits and leafy greens will ensure that will also be able to bulk yourself..
Initially your cold and cough will continue as you go on this healthy lifestyle until toxins in your body clear. Do not medicate at any cost. Yes Karthik absolutely you must not be having any traces of animal products in your diet anymore any time in your life. Animal products such as dairy are meant for the calf to grow into a big cow . Human beings lose the ability to digest their own mother‘s milk before the age of five. Since we do not have any enzymes to digest animal milks, they turn the body acidic and body collects them as toxins. The milk is also loaded with cows own female harmones, extra objected harmones, antibiotics to keep her disease free and other chemicals to increase the supply of milk. The milk also contains cortisols and adrenaline the cow generated when it was stressed. Adrenaline burns the insides if we are frequently exposed to it. It’s only a emergency harmone generated in traumatic situations. The cow however is always under trauma in the dairy industry. The life of a cow in the diary industry is extremely pitiable and cruel with bearing the weight of pregnancy all its life done using artificial insemination. Hence the milk that it will give is literally poison. Hence any products generated from milk are equally poisonous. Do not get carried away by various marketing slogans saying A2/ Desi cow and such. They are all commercial and against the law of nature. Any violation of nature laws comes with its own consequences

Dear Kartik 

First of all, it is very much possible to live a life free of medicine. Most of our expert here on this forum have made their life possible without medicine. 

You can also know more on same by reading the heal journey section. 

The first thing which is required is your belief that the body can heal itself.

By moving completely to the natural lifestyle you can heal yourself. I will advise take baby steps and first bring below changes. 
 

By creating an environment which helps the body to release all these toxins. 

 

1. Start your day with being grateful. 

2. Eat only fruits in your breakfast. Preferably mono fruits. Means one type of fruit on one day. 

3. Have vegetables juices like beetroot, carrot, spinach etc around 11 am. 

4. Eat Salads before cooked food. There are many interesting recipes in the Recipe section of Wellcure. 

5. Drink water made from adding lemon and mint. It will help you to increase the alkalinity of the body. 

6. Eat dinner very light and eat it before 8 PM 

7. Do little exercise like yoga, Pranayam or go for walks. 

8. Enjoy each moment of life as it comes. 

9. Write your thoughts. 

10. See positive in every situation. 

11. Avoid eating out and stop milk and milk products.

निष्कासन ठीक प्रकार से और सही माध्यम से ना हो तो शरीर ग़लत माध्यम से शरीर में पनप रहे विषाक्त कणों को निकालता है क्योंकि शरीर का एक लक्ष्य है अनचाहे विषाणुओं को शरीर से निकाल बाहर करना है। शरीर को यह ज्ञान है कि ख़ुद को स्वस्थ कैसे रखना है। हम इस बात से अनभिज्ञ हैं। जब हमारी प्राणशक्ति हमें ऊर्जा दे रही होती है तो वह स्वास्थ्य की स्तिथि है। जब हमारी प्राण शक्ति हमारे शरीर के अंदर विषाणुओं (toxic) को साफ़ करने में लग जाती है तो वह अस्वस्थ होने की स्तिथि होती है।

प्राण शक्ति ने सिर्फ़ अपना काम बदल लिया क्योंकि हमने अपनी ग़लत आदतों के वजह से उसे ऐसा करने पर मजबूर किया है। अब उसको सही खुराक से मदद करें और उसपर विश्वास बनाए रखें। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में 1बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो की फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा।

1 आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। गोमुख आसन करें लिवर के मज़बूती के लिए।

2 वायु तत्व - लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नितत्व - सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व - खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

पेट पर खीरा और नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट 20 मिनट के लिए रखें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी - पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते और बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। इन (alkaline) जूस को र

रोज़ बदल बदल कर लें।

सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

 

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।
