I hv got acne vulgaris and takin meds also. Trying high end products but no reduction in acne. It's just been 3weeks of taking meds and applying serums. Is it too early to get result? Any natural remedies that can help or any particular brand? I have sensitive oily skin.

Hi,To get rid of acne please do follow good diet first for internal cleansing ,include fresh fruits,salads avoid fried and preserved foods,carbonated drinks,junk foods and take facial steam once in a week and for 1 week do neem leaves poultice and dab it on the affected area this reduces the bacterial growth and helps in clearing your skin .

I had been through same problem,
First of all acne is due to harmonal imbalance and use if creams or other  applications can damage your skin cells.
so first avoid all external applications wash your face only with water. second change your diet stop eating pickles ,spices,vinegar,oily food dairy food. eat more salads fruits. avoid sun exposure in afternoon.
apply homemade mud pack made with neem water n multani mitti. 3 days in a week. 
give steam to your face once in a week.

* Apply aloe vera gel. 
* Stop having junk and oily food. 
* Be on raw diet, fruits and vegetables without spices for a month. 
* If you are having constipation, then increase water intake.

Diet:Short fasting of 2-3 days(Juice fasting)

  • High protein and low carbohydrate foods can be advised  based on whole, unprocessed foods
  • Lot of green vegetables and fruits
  • Removing refined sugars
  •  Taking milk and dairy products out of your diet will lower your intake of tran-fats. This will also mean cutting out fried foods, margarine and other hydrogenated vegetable oils and hydrogenated oil products.
  •  Increase the amount of other foods such as those containing Omega-3 fatty acids.
  •  Using ground flaxseed in cooking, or whole flaxseeds on salads, increasing healthy dark meat fish such as salmon and sardines will help balance your dietary needs.
  • cut out junk foods and carbonated drinks
  • Herbs such as garlic, amaranth, aloe, lemon, coriander, basil, cucumber, grape, chickpea and beet might be a part of the herbal supplement
  • Tea tree oil is an anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory
  • Flaxseed oil capsules internally helped to improve Omega-3 fatty acids.
  •  That increase helps to be healthier throughout your entire body and also results in great skin texture, tone and uniform colour.

Acne and Hydrotherapy

  • Alternate hot and cold compresses on with the affected area.

Acne is a skin condition which results in pimples, rashes, etc. It usually occurs on the forehead, neck, upper chest but it may also occur in other parts of the body.
Acne results when skin pores are blogged by the dirt or oil. So, to get rid of acne it is necessary to treat the root cause. 

Possible causes for acne are -

  • Unhygienic conditions. 
  • Any infection. 
  • Use of chemical-based products. 
  • Exposure to dust, dirt and pollution. 
  • Having oily and spicy foods.

 Diet

  • Start the day with 3 to 4 glasses of warm water. This will help to flush the toxins out of the body.
  • Drink coconut water. 
  • Vitamin C is essential as it has antioxidant properties. Have lemon juice or orange juice or amla regularly. 
  • Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. 
  • Eat soaked nuts and raisins.
  • Cook oil free.
  • Avoid alcohol.
  • Say no to deep fried, spicy, processed and packaged foods. 
  • Avoid tea and coffee.

 Local application 

  • Mix besan and turmeric to make a paste. Apply this paste on the affected part. Keep it for 10 minutes and then rinse it with cold water.
  • Apply fresh aloe vera gel and gulab jal on the affected part.
  • Avoid using any chemical-based products. 
  • Protect yourself from dust and dirt.

 Exercise 

Exercising is essential for an improved metabolism which will help to flush out the toxins out of the body. 

  • Start the day with a short morning walk. 
  • Do plank for 5min. 
  • Practice pranayam regularly specially anulom-vilom and kapalbhati pranayam. 

 Sleep

Sometimes stress also triggers the acne issues and proper sleep is important to relieve the stress. So, take proper sleep of at least 7-8 hours daily. Sleep early at night and also wake up early in the morning.

  • Kindly take enema to remove toxins
  • Then apply drumstick leaves extract over ur face and areas affected.... 
  • Drink more water
  • Try tz for a week results will be better
  • Wash ur face with neem soaked water

Skin is a reflection of the body’s  health inside. Health is always inside out and not outside in. Eliminations happens via the skin too. Since a child what ever toxins such as pollution, chemicals on skin, dairy meat eggs fish, all the harsh chemicals that would have been used in the household, toxic smells, medicines et cetera would have got collected in your liver and over a period of time when it maxes out, and it finds that the other excretory organs are also clogged, it tries to eliminate that from the skin. The more severe you are Acne the more accumulation of toxins in your skin and so in the body. The solution is to start focusing on cleaning your body. Lead a healthy whole food plant based diet with focus on raw till dinner and your skin will be ok overtime. 50% of fruits and greens, 30% of vegetables, 20% of cooked food is all that is necessary to clean your body. Avoid all forms of fat even nuts and seeds for this condition to heal. Over time you can include coconuts. Quit dairy meat fish eggs, sugar, all forms of oils including any fancy cold pressed oils, refined oils having food outside often (because of all the refined and processed food and + the chemicals to make it tastier), wheat and other grains contain gluten such as barley and oats. Avoid an hour and other forms of foods that contain wheat.

Include a lot of fruit and vegetable juices such as cucumber ash gourd which comes to at least 1 L per day.

Next, avoid all cosmetics and chemical application on the skin. Use natural products such as my recipes here below. Put things on your skin that you can put into your mouth too. As you continue to improve on the Raw intake in your life and quit all forms of medications, the skin will definitely pop out and overtime release all the toxins that are inside the body. You will have to allow it to happen for you are Acne to be completely healed in future. Pus is nothing but all the toxins that are coming out. I have seen friends who have been on antibiotics for an Acne and seen the worse once they quit it.

नमस्ते

 

त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है अम्ल (acid) को प्रतिबिम्बित करने का। शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। ख़राब हाज़मा और ग़लत आदतों के वजह से शरीर इस रूप में प्रतिक्रिया कर रहा है।

 एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। आहार शुद्धि भी करनी होगी।

सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।

जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। 

दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100ml पानी मिला कर लें।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है।सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट चेहरे पर 20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।

चेहरे को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें, साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अपने मेरुदंड को उस पर रखें।

Firstly, I would recommend treating your acne with natural food remedies and lifestyle. You said you are taking meds, at this point, I won't comment on it. However, I can give you little tips on healing your acne. You need to refrain from any kind of oily food for at least a month. You have to avoid processed and refined foods as well.

Try to cook your food in organic cold-pressed coconut oil, or organic groundnut or mustard oil. Drink at least 2-3 litres of water in a day. Eat a lot of green vegetables and eat fruits such as Apple, Papaya, Orange, Sweet lime, Banana, Kiwi and Melons.

Exercise for at least 45 minutes to sweat out the toxins from your body.

If you can please have bitter gourd juice once in the morning 

Please follow this routine for atleast 10 days to see the desired results.

Our body has five elimintatory organs 

 

1. Skin 

2. Kidney

3. Liver 

4. Lungs 

5. Colon 

 

Body throws these toxins through these organs.

Your body is throwing toxins out toxins through your skin..i.e. acne..

 

Its your responsibility to help your body naturally do this. 

 

Body is very intelligent and can heal itself in favourable conditions. Once you believe in this that body can heal itself and make following changes in your diet and life you will be improve. Basically folllow a lifestyle where your intake of fruits and vegetables is more than 50 percent and gradually increase to 70 percent.

 

I suggest below changes. 

 

1. Completely avoid milk and milk products 

2. No fried food and anything which comes in a packet. 

3. Start everyday with this belief that body can heal itself. 

4. Start your day with cinnamon, ginger tea in winters and luke warm honey  water in summer . You can also add few drops of lemon to same. 

5. Your breakfast should be only fruits and preferably mono fruits. 

6. Till 12 PM you should only consume fruits except a vegatable juice made from Beetroot, orange and carrot etc at 11AM. 

7. Eat Salad before you eat cooked food in lunch. There are many interesting recipes at Wellcure Recipe Section. You may like to include them in your diet. 

8. Evening tea should be a herbal tea. 

9. Dinner should be very light and eaten before 8PM 

10. Think positive and feel grateful for this beautiful life.
