My maid is feeling dizziness everyday. She had a viral which she left untreated and feeling very weak now. She is not able to work. She says her head is spinning every night. I got her tests done they are fine. What shall I give her to make her better. I checked her blood pressure 2-3 times it was little low. Pls suggest. I want to help her

It's very good that you are thinking for your maid so for dizziness some of natural remedies are there that she can be follow at home and get ride of it 
1 drink plenty of water and keep body hydrated 
2 vitamin C and vitamin E plays very Imp role to cure dizziness so she can eat fruits like kiwi, nuts, lemon juice etc 
3 proper iron containing diet may also help her like spinach
4 advice Her for meditation and exercise daily 
5 avoid salt ,tobacco, caffeine, junk food like items

Hello, I would like to know when she is feeling dizziness? while she does forward bending works or so?? Because there are many causes for this may be due to viral attack weakness , vertigo,low blood pressure etc .so please do give a clarity when she is feeling so and if this is due to low blood pressure than you can give her lightly salted cucumber to relieve dizziness due to low B.P if the cause is vertigo or anything else then treatment varies .

If you have noticed the blood pressure being constantly low. You can give high potassium food like bananas which are rich in potassium and easily available.

You can even give more salty food like lemon water with high salt.

Rock salt is recommended.

Hi Shikha 

Your helper needs to take complete rest at least for a week and be on a diet of fruits and vegetables. This the primary requirement to heal naturally.

With all these symptoms body is signalling towards rest. 

Our body is a self - healing, self - regulating, unified creation that never makes mistakes.

As you said that she has dizziness and other symptoms. These are the signals to take rest, as the body can heal itself in the favourable conditions. 

I am not sure how will you be able to help her.

Firstly, its really kind of you to think about your maid and find remedial options for her to feel healthy again. Well there could be many reasons for her dizziness. You mentioned that she had viral which was not taken care of, well that could be partly the reason of her weakness, if her viral was not addressed at that specific time. In order to help her it is important she goes on fluids and takes plenty of rest.

She can have tulsi and turmeric tea, that is taking 4-5 basil (tulsi leaves) boiling in one cup of water and adding pinch of turmeric to it. She can also add a little bit of coconut oil and drink that as a tea. Alternatively, she can also have Almond Turmeric Milk, adding a pinch of turmeric to warm almond milk can help her to recuperate from post viral weakness.

She can have home cooked green vegetable soup, not over cook the vegetables but just cook it enough, as this will help her to get important nutrients and will boost her immune system to fight against the viruses internally.

She can have Apple, Bananas, Papaya like fruits to help her with her weakness.

Also if you could add dry fruits to her diet that can strengthen and boost her vitality and can give her the strength she needs.

नमस्ते

शरीर को यह ज्ञान है कि ख़ुद को स्वस्थ कैसे रखना है। हम इस बात से अनभिज्ञ हैं। जब हमारी प्राणशक्ति हमें ऊर्जा दे रही होती है तो वह स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति है। जब हमारी प्राण शक्ति हमारे शरीर के अंदर विषाणुओं (toxic) को साफ़ करने में लग जाती है तो वह अस्वस्थ होने की स्थिति होती है।

बुखार के बाद जो पोषक तत्व खुराक में मिलना चाहिए वो नहीं मिल रहा है। शरीर में मिनरल की कमी है सुबह ख़ाली पेट ये जूस पीने को दें। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें। खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

 लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

अगले 21 दिन तक केवल पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ।  रात का खाना 8 बजे से पहले खाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

There is always a time in people’s life when the last straw on the camels back makes it give up. Similarly incorrect lifestyles can only go so far without showing signs on a daily basis.  Chronic fatigue is again a sign of body fighting a battle constantly with scavengers who have come to eat the toxins stored in the body. Why did this even get stored in the first place you may ask. Well, that’s how the body is. If we don’t give it an opportunity to clean itself by giving a break on digestion, activities that consume energy , taking rest when it needs etc, it stores

So when toxins accumulate viruses sometimes that typically live inside us in an unhealthy environment eating foods that are available, waiting for an opportunity to become stronger, attacks when you are most vulnerable and body does its best to fight back and at such times you might feel extremely tired. That’s one of the first few stages of any disease as per nature cure. 

However if you are constantly under fatigue that does not go away with a sleep or rest, it only means you have a sluggish liver that’s overworkingto keep you clean, fight all the bad that it comes across from bad smells, perfumes, medicines, bad foods etc. Liver has to first hand filter al this before things reach the blood stream. So where do you think it will store all the garbage ? Deep inside it’s cells. It will hope that one day when I have plenty of time on the hands to clean up, I will do it. But guess what ? Fasting / clean eating is not a part of a known lifestyle and it continues to pile up. When liver is overworking, the bile  produced is not potent. This bile is responsible for ensuring there is no stone or clumps happening when adrenals are handling that. In such situations, adrenals also don’t work properly and is stagnant too. So with a stagnant liver and a toxic digestive tract your energy will constantly stay low. If you had a clean and high functioning liver, without enough food also you will be at high energy levels from morning to night. In many cases nervous fatigue can also be seen where people cannot focus because of fatigue. One cannot function normally even socially. 

Either way, she needs to take charge now and change her lifestyle to as close to natural as possible. 

See when the GUT is toxic due to a bad lifestyle, over a period of time the toxins are released into the blood stream as it can’t contain it. When this happens, there is a high alert in the body that something is about to hit the roof. The heart, the liver, the brain everything is constantly communicating and they don’t want toxins to enter critical areas like a flood. So this high alert sent will indicate to the heart to reduce the pressure creating a sudden Low bp. She might also be experiencing a low temperature than normal. U can check that too. It’s a viral infection due to the toxaemic conditions. She needs to slowly up her raw and not go like an overnight detox. This does not work in an overnight or a rapid detox. It has to be handled with care to ensure the toxins are handled slowly. What you must understand that when toxins are circulating in her blood because the liver could not handle that load anymore, almost twice the amount of adrenaline is released to protect the system from the impact until the body channels the exit. So that’s why she has a severe fatigue too. 

So follow a complete raw diet for the next 1 month and things will be ok and then add cooked innthe night if needed oilfree 

- Fruits , vegetables and greens as a major meal across the day. Having only cooked food per day in the night oilfree( extremely important to be oilfree / grease free). Absolutely no gluten based foods like wheat. Only unpolished grains are ok.

- remove Animal foods like meat eggs fish diary from ur life forever which are foods to the virus that’s sheltered ijnthe body

- start her day with 250ml of warm diluted lime water / cucumber juice without any honey or sweetners daily upon waking.  

- expose her to the morning sun for 30m to 1 hr

- include whole food plant based approach to food. Eating foods in its natural state and not broken state. Unpolished food instead of polished, seeds and nuts instead of its oils, while grated coconut, fruits and vegetables. Juices only when body needs to cut off from digestion absolutely and focus on healing full time. Things like this will help 

- water enema for a month . 

This will help her GUT recover. 

Practically if she can’t afford a lot of raw, thebest she must do is

 

  1. Quit all animal products 
  2. Morning Cucumber juice and fruits for breakfast
  3. No junk , maida , bakery products, ghee, sugar, no wheat only rice or ragi is ok

She will slowly heal just with the above

 

I have changed my maid and her son to become healthy in the last 2-3 yrs
