Massage your scapl with the suitable oil.It relaxes the scalp, stimulates the growth and helps in thickening of hair.
Application of aloe vera gel can prove to be fruitful.
If you can tolerate the smell of onion. You can go on for applying onion juices. It also helps in stimulating the hair growth.
Not only outsidal remedies would work but also the proper nutritional intake is important. Increasing the intake of almonds and other nuts, eating Amla on daily basis is good, Fenugreek seeds is good.

Hello Priya
The length and volume of your hair depends on the health of your scalp.
Please follow these simple steps:
1) Eat healthy

  • Consume plant based food and mainitain regular eating habits whenever you are hungry.
  • Replenish the vitamin and mineral intake by consuming more fruits and salads
  • Avoid junk, oily, spicy food and dairy products
  • Drink plenty of fluids to maintain optimum hydration.

2) Proper hygiene

  • Wash your hair with herbal shampoo twice a week
  • If your scalp is dry then oil application minimum twice a week, if it's oily then once is enough, this will keep the scalp moisturized.
  • Avoid use of hard chemicals in the form of shampoo, conditioner,  hair products or artificial heat.
  • Comb your hair daily, even that helps to improve the blood flow to your scalp.

3) Natural products for a healthy scalp every week

  • Gently scrub your scalp with methi powder
  • Apply mehendi or Amla or aloe vera paste and leave for 20 to 30 mins, this will rejuvenate your scalp and promote hair growth.

This should help you.

Namaste Priya

There could be a couple of reasons influencing your hair growth

1 Hereditary

2 Unhealthy lifestyle

3 Environmental pollution

4 Stress and tensions

What can you do to improve your internal health ?

I would say we must look into what things we should remove from our diet to improve our haemoglobin  or overall blood quality.

Foods to be removed

1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances.

2 Refined flour and refined oil

3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped.

4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food.

5 Meat eggs fish and dairy

Foods to be included

1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake

2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake

3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake

4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake

And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of blood but many other things too matter equally.

1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.

2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset.

3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.

4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.

5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.

6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.

7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality

8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive.

Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues your health will improve resulting in healthy hair

Be happy be healthy always

Try to add more protein to your diet. If you are vegetarian eating more of soya chunks will give you the best result. Pulses are another good source of protein. Keratin is another type of protein which is important for your hair growth. You can find good amount of keratin in orange coloured vegetables and fruits.

Take care.

Please read hair health listed in Wellcure’s Body Wisdom section.

Rapid aging of the cells/ poor quality is due to toxaemia or accumulation of toxins also affects the hair because they multiply rapidly compared to other cells in the body. It depends on the internal health of the individual. The way to improve the quality is to ensure to eat foods that don’t consume a lot of digestion ( raw food ) and lead a holistic life that does not have stress / negativity emotionally. Balanced exercises, exposure to natural elements like sun / ground / good breathing etc. This is a lifestyle and it tAkes time to see the effect on hair. It takes few yrs. Hair unlike other organs are not so Essential for survival .. so body tends to focus on healing the most important ones and come to the less imp ones later . Meanwhile we can try to avoid all forms of chemicals from Touching the hair and skin like soaps shampoos of all forms and stick to home made products.

Check this hair wash / body wash / handwash recipe that I use. I don’t have a lot of grey hair when compared to my peers. People have given a good feedback after using it

Emotional stress also affects the quality of hair. Do the right things and over time the results also will be seen.

Massage your scalp with warm castor oil every week.

Take bath with cold water on the head and not hot

Practice inverted headstand yogasana that helps in blood flow to the brain

Practice pranayama regularly

Be blessed
