I was wondering how did you develop the eye sight difficulty. Would love to know the background, cause eye sight going weak can be caused due to many reasons, one being when the patient is insulin dependent, secondly when kidneys are in a non-functional state, and then there are other reasons too.

आँखों की समस्या मिनरल की कमी को दर्शाता है।आँखों का व्यायाम करें।
आँखों को दाएँ से बाएँ और बाएँ से दाएँ करें गर्दन हिलाएँ नहीं। 5 बार करें फिर आँख बंद करें। अब आँखों को ऊपर से नीचे और नीचे से ऊपर करें गर्दन को हिलाना नहीं है। 5 बार करें फिर आँख बंद करें।घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में
और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में घुमाएँ फिर आँखों को बंद कर के आराम दें। 5 बार करें फिर आँख बंद करें। जल्दी जल्दी आँखों को खोलें बंद करें 5 बार फिर आँख को बंद कर के खोले अब त्राटक क्रिया करें।अपने नाक के सीधी दिशा में एक मोमबत्ती जलाएँ। एक हाथ की दूरी रखें अब उस लो को देखें 5 मिनट तक फिर देखें फिर आँख बंद करके आराम करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करें। उसके आँख पर गुलाब जल की गीली पट्टी रखें।
आँखो पे सूती कपड़े को गुलाब जल में डुबो कर रखें और उसके ऊपर खीरा और धनिया का पेस्ट रखें २० मिनट के लिए रखना है रोज़ दो बार ये करें।
