Hello,gas formation occurs when their is untimely food,so first concentrate and correct your diet timings in a healthy way,make a decoction of jeera -50ml and sip it after your meals include keera salad in your diet for 3days this will give you best results.

Hi there,

Acidity, gastritis and bloating of stomach are common problems which can be rectified with minor lifestyle modification and food habits changes. 

- chew your food properly, eat in smaller quantity and follow regular eating time.

- add dietary fibers in your plate , consume more fruits and veggies

- Pepper mint , fennel seeds, Coriander , turmeric helps in relieving 

- Avoid spicy , oily junk foods , carbonated drinks or sodas , smoking 

- minimise gas forming foods such as beans , cabbages onions etc

Changing your routine is the best thing to do. Have food on time.

Keep a gap of three hours between food and sleeping time.

Early morning exercises help a lot.

Actually your main problem is blotting just because of this  you are suffering from all these other problems like gastritis and main cause of this type of disorders are the unhealthy diet I must recommend you must follow 

  1. Healthy lifestyle wake up early and sleep on time
  2. Avoid fast food vata pacifying diet like milk products 
  3. Use anti-inflammatory diet like green vegetables and legumes 
  4. Ginger ,marich and pipali has good effect 
  5. Basti karma will help you

Hi dear lifestyle is the primary factor which decides the health of your body. Let's look at how you spend your day, what you eat, how you rest and what sort of attitude you have. 

 

Our body cells work better in an alkaline environment. Whatever you eat it leaves either acidic ash or alkaline ash in your body. Highly protein-rich foods like milk, meat and fried products leave an acidic residue in the body. 

 

Our body is very intelligent and it heals itself. When the body gets the acidic ash from the foods as I have mentioned above, as it is not suitable for body so it eliminates by showing you the symptoms of bloating.

 

Now it is your responsibility to take care of your body as our body is the temple of your soul. 

 

How to take care, by making changes in the lifestyle. 

 

By creating an environment which helps the body to release all these toxins. 

 

1. Start your day with being grateful. 

2. Eat only fruits in your breakfast. Preferably mono fruits. Means one type of fruit on one day. 

3. Have vegetables juices like beetroot, carrot, spinach etc around 11 am. 

4. Eat Salads before cooked food. There are many interesting recipes in the Recipe section of Wellcure. 

5. Drink water made from adding lemon and mint. It will help you to increase the alkalinity of the body. 

6. Eat dinner very light and eat it before 8 PM 

7. Do little exercise like yoga, Pranayam or go for walks. 

8. Enjoy each moment of life as it comes. 

9. Write your thoughts. 

10. See positive in every situation. 

11. Avoid eating out and stop milk and milk products.

  1. As a primary treatment anti-inflammatory diet has to be followed. 
  2. Avoid packaged, processed, fried food items, tea, coffee, hot and spicy foods. 
  3. Diet should consistently softly more fruits and vegetables. 
  4. Avoid dairy products.
  5. Take small meals regularly.
  6. Add garlic and onion which helps to reduce inflammation.
  7. Regularly consume alkaline foods like carrot juice,  coconut water, green leafy vegetables, apples, berries kale, celery etc. 
  8. Stress also the main cause for gastritis, reduce stress by doing Yogasanana, meditation, massage and breathing exercise. 
  9. To prevent bloating take regular ajwain with lukewarm water. 
  10. Regularly sipping lukewarm water. 
  11. Prevent constipation by proper diet
  12. Take a regular cold hip bath, cold abdomen pack.

Clean the gut.  Stop meds, eat fruits majorly and drink veg juices. Flush the stomach with raw juices slowly and then start solids in the form of fruits first , greens and then veggies. Have juicy vegetables for most of the day  for juicing . Quit all kinds of animal products like dairy eggs meat fish and anything that contains them in any form. Avoid and quit sugar, maida wheat oils outside foods or ready to eat meals, 

ur gut will heal in 1-2 months and get better n better as days progress . Apply a cold wet cloth for 1 hr daily twice or thrice a day on ur stomach . Do not eat outside. Constant outside eating habits have deteriorated the stomach causing the status inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract. As much as possible have one quick meal per day for dinner that does not have Putin early rest of the Day start with juices have fruits and stay on raw food to improve the condition of your stomach 

Reduce emotional and physical stress in your life. Join a yoga and pranayama class and spend time doing physical exercises. Connect with nature expose yourself to sunlight 30 minutes per day. Take a fresh breath of air in the morning by going for walks or Jogging. 

Lastly remember that yoga alone without any food changes will not bring improvement to the body. A holistic approach to healing always has both food and exercises working together. Holistic healing always has healing of mind body and spirit.

नमस्ते

शरीर को यह ज्ञान है कि ख़ुद को स्वस्थ कैसे रखना है। हम इस बात से अनभिज्ञ हैं। जब हमारी प्राणशक्ति हमें ऊर्जा दे रही होती है तो वह स्वास्थ्य की स्तिथि है। जब हमारी प्राण शक्ति हमारे शरीर के अंदर विषाणुओं (toxic) को साफ़ करने में लग जाती है तो वह अस्वस्थ होने की स्तिथि होती है।

प्राण शक्ति ने सिर्फ़ अपना काम बदल लिया क्योंकि हमने अपनी ग़लत आदतों के वजह से उसे ऐसा करने पर मजबूर किया है।

शरीर में अम्लीयता (inflammation) अधिक होने से यह समस्या होती है।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। 5 बजे शाम को केवल नारियल पानी लें। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।
