My kid use to play cricket... In noon.. His body is tanned v badly... Can you plz suggest me some tan removing tips..

Hello Deepti,

The best detan for kids is Gram flour (Besan), almond milk, squeezed lemon..will work wonders in removing the tan...

This remedy is safe for kids as well..

If your child is playing nicely and actively in noon without getting dehydrated there are no issues with the sun at all. Let him go outside and play it will be good.

If your reason to remove tan is because of cosmetic which is very much fine. You can use orange as a tan remover. Dry orange peels in the sun and make a powder of them. This powder mix with gram flour will help you to deal with a tan.

Apply the powder twice a week to help you with tanning.

You can use following remedies for skin tan in kids. 

  • Use besan flour like a bodywash.
  • Apply lemon juice on the tanned area, keep it for 5-6 mins then rinse.
  • Honey lemon juice mixture also more beneficial to remove skin tan. 
  • Apply fresh aloe Vera if kid feels burning sensation. 
  • Apply extract of potato and cucumber on the tanned area regularly.

I suggest you to make a pack to rice flour and termric mix and make a paste of mixture and then apply on the tanned area keep it for 15-20 min and later scrub it off and wash with water. After that apply any moisturizer or Aloe Vera gel this should be done twice in a week for better results.

नमस्ते

 त्वचा का स्वास्थ हमारे पाचन क्रिया प्रणाली के स्वास्थ्य पर निर्भर है। इसलिए पहले पाचन तंत्र को ठीक करें। त्वचा की अंदरूनी परेशानी उसी से ठीक होगी फिर बाहरी हिस्से पर काम करें।

त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है अम्ल (acid) को प्रतिबिम्बित करने का। शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें।

बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें।

रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। त्वचा या शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को स्वस्थ प्रदान करने के लिए ज़रूरी है।

सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।

जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। 

दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100ml पानी मिला कर लें।

नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। 

सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

दिन में दो बार कपुर मिश्रित नारियल तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है। 20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।

कच्चे आलु के रस में गुलाब जल और शहद मिला कर लगाएँ। 20 मिनट के बाद साफ़ करें।

त्वचा को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें। साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अपने मेरुदंड को उस पर रखें।

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं। नीम का रस भी बहुत फ़ायदा करेगा।

If you see darkened skin but not burnt and peeled, you must ignore this as a part of child’s growth. If you see burnt and peeled, then apply some cold wet cloth on it and let him rest for few hrs. Repeat. That will help.

 Sun has not and will not harm anyone. It’s a primary source of energy to earth. Through sun the plants make food and plants are the primary food providers on the planet. While many are suffering with D vitamin issues, and we advice ppl to expose themselves to the sun, you are asking for sun protection in India. It’s good that the child gets to play andget the essence of suns energy. If you still think it’s necessary, here is a recipe

Hlo..dr.
Vit d range is 35..Vit b12 range is 160 around
Calcirol nd some calcium supliments I use to gave him by the time he was born after 9 months..because he diagnosed by reckitts...
Was tensed abt him he is 5 feet in height..his weight 56kgs
I m much worried abt him..
Activities are very much compulsory for him...
Dark complexion over weight...🙃so..

Bones heal with raw fruits greens and veggies and some sun exposure, don’t worry if you are feeding him enough raw. They will heal better. Bones become very strong on raw.
