When a obsessed person either Male or Female starts weightloss program , how family members can cooperate and should support for continuity and satisfactory success?

First understand that if a person is on diet already them being on less food could trigger the craving so

- Don’t ask them repeatedly to eat.

-provide them a balanced healthy food on time.

-Don’t force them to have cheat meal in parties,instead help them in picking healthy ones.

-Motivate them to follow the diet plan strictly,if they are hungry in between ask them to have fresh fruits , fruit juices,salads,nuts.

Hello,

Firstly, self-motivation is of great importance when we are on any weight loss program because it is a gradual process. 

Secondly, the family plays a big roll in helping and encouraging the person to make a shift from illness to wellness. They can participate in healthy eating, should not ask the concerned person about how much he/ she is losing every now and then.

 The body always holds the weight for a reason but since we are unaware of our body's engineering we tend to look at it as FAT or THIN. But while we work on this aspect even  ( in a Natural way) we will get rid of many other ailments too.

yes  Zaranaji, this is required.

My wife was slim before pregnancy,  Then she delivered a baby girl.  She had put on weight 10 to 15 kg. She increased weight around the abdomen and stomach. 

 I supported her fully for weight loss program and we both are happy to get the desired results from the program. 

I used to bring vegetable and fruits and kept motivating her for completing the weight loss program. Above that, I stopped eating and asking to make some fast food at home.  Where we got a healthy menu in a restaurant there only we used to go for fooding.

Here it would be good about what kind of obsession it is whether the obsession is about losing weight or there is food obsession.

The family can always encourage by helping them lose weight by motivating them to exercise, tell them how the weight in future can cause many issues. Make them an early riser.

Make sure the environment at home is playful and encouraging, no mockery about weight issues.

1- Every family members must know what diet chart provided by the Dietitian/Naturopathy physician.
2- Family members must not take tasty,spicy foods in the presence of weight loser's.
3-There must not be cooking flavoured food nearby the weight loser's.
4- family members should talk positive,that he/she looking healthy, smart, energetic etc,
5- Family members should helpful to provide diet according to diet chart.
6- Family members should make happy, peaceful environment into the house.

नमस्ते

 

मोटापा कोई बीमारी नहीं है बल्कि ख़राब हाज़मा की प्रतिक्रिया मात्र है। ये एक जीवन शैली है ये समझ कर इसे अपनायें। घर के बाँकि सदस्य भी इस जीवन को अपना लें क्योंकि ये जीवन शैली सबके लिए बेहतर होगा।

ये कोई कार्यक्रम नहीं है कि मक़सद पुरा हो जाए तो बंद कर दिया जाए। ये ग़लती अधिकतर लोग करते हैं। नतीजा मोटापा कुछ दिनों बाद फिर से वापस आ जाता है। घर के सदस्य तब प्रेरणा लेंगे जब की इस जीवन शैली को कोई पुरे विश्वास के साथ जीने लगे। क्योंकि जैसे ही ये जीवन शैली अपनायी जाएगी शरीर को रोगों से मुक्ति मिल जाएगी। कुछ जो इस वक़्त शरीर में है। कुछ जो की आने वाली थी वो सब ठीक हो जाएगी। घर के सभी लोग एक ही जीवन शैली अपनायें तो किसी को ये नहीं लगेगा की हमें किसी मजबूरी के वजह से करना पड़ रहा है। एकता बल है। 

सच (universal) है। purity इसमें शामिल है फिर क्या ही मुश्किल है।

प्राकृतिक जुड़ाव आपको सकारात्मक सोंच प्रदान करेंगी क्योंकि प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली अपने आप में पूर्ण भी है और जीवंत भी है। पाँच तत्व से प्रकृति चल रही है और उसी पाँच तत्व से हमारा शरीर चल रहा है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। वाद्य यंत्र शास्त्री संगीत (instrumental classical music)सुनें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

अपने कमरे में ख़ुशबू दार फूलों को रखें।

3 अग्Iनि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। 

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें

 शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

 

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

Don’t expect family to understand when your belief system thinks you need to go through a healthy routine. It’s unfair to expect people to understand that we quit daily meat eggs fish sugar wheat etc . If they comment against it, they are speaking from their beliefs and u have tojust think they are concerned and feel happy. Smile and say, nothing worked for me in the past and I want to try this for a while and nothing bafcan happen on raw foods. I am not smoking drinking or doing drugs. Thanks so much for worrying about me and feel grateful for all the love coming your way. Things will fall in place if u handle them politely with gratitude and love.
