To get rid of acne please do follow good diet first for internal cleansing ,include fresh fruits,salads avoid fried and preserved foods,carbonated drinks,junk foods and take facial steam once in a week and for 1 week do neem leaves poultice and dab it on the affected area this reduces the bacterial growth and helps in clearing your skin.Have atleast 3 liters of water in a day :-)
The best way to prevent pimples is avoiding them by washing face regularly atleast thrice a day, do not let oil stay on face for a long time.
A diet rich in proteins and vitamin C like sprouts, lentils, lemon,oranges can help you fight with acne and imporve your skin quality.

Pimples are a reflection of an unclean bowel or intestines having lot of old matter deposits. As you get pimples remember that you should not pick on the pimples. - Pimples occurs mainly because clogging of pores on the skin due to pollution and chemicals present in make up creams.
- Due to clogging of pores the sebum, an oily material get accumulated and cause pimples.
The remedies are:
- Wash the face frequently to remove dirt, dead skin cells, and extra oil.
- Avoid using moisturizers contains chemical and synthetic fragrances.
- Avoid fast food, oily food items, maida, sugar and carbonated drinks.
- Drink plenty of water, keep hydrated.
- Include more fruits and vegetables in the diet.
- Add green leafy vegetables regularly in diet.
- Avoid milk and milk products.
- Apply besan turmeric pack to reduce/ prevent pimples.
- Apply honey and cinnamon mask, which helps to get clear skin. Mix 2 tsps of honey with 1tsp of cinnamon powder mix well and apply a thin layer on your face. Keep it for 15-20 mins they rinse and pat it dry with soft cotton towel/cloth.
- Use natural moisturizers.
- Use aloe Vera for moisturize your skin.

The best way to treat your pimples is to avoid oily food. You may want to opt for roasted food which includes a lot of green vegetables. Also please have lot of Citrus fruits which help in healing you from within when it comes to skin issues.
Drink atleast 2-3 litres of water everyday...
Wash your face atleast 3 times with Besan flour and rose water ( just boil rose petals in the water, let the water cool, and it can be drained to be used).
Start off with this regime and hopefully you will see your desired results.

If you apply makeup then make sure to remove it completely before sleeping.
Drink good amount of water throughout the day.
Have fibrous foods in your diet.have salads,green fresh vegetables, fruits in your diet.

First of all You must follow, acid - alkaline balance through your diet, that is you must take 80% alkaline diet - Banana,apple,Lemon, pine apple,cucumber,etc.
According to circadian rhythm take juices 7:00am - 9:00 am ,
Avoid- Tea, coffee, spicy food,
Application-1- take multani mud paste it with water apply on the face . duration 30-40 minute / day.
2- Raw potato juice application on face is also helpful.

त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है अम्ल (acid) को प्रतिबिम्बित करने का। शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें।
बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें।
रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। त्वचा या शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को स्वस्थ प्रदान करने के लिए ज़रूरी है।
सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।
सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।
जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।
2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें।
दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100ml पानी मिला कर लें।
नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती।
सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है।
सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।
लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।
एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है। 20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।
त्वचा को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें। साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।
नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अपने मेरुदंड को उस पर रखें।
नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं। नीम का रस भी बहुत फ़ायदा करेगा।

Pimples are a reflection of your body internal health. So if you feed the body the food it's designed to eat, such as fruits vegetables and greens in abundance it will reflect back on your face. It is also extremely important that you switch to whole food plant-based lifestyle which does not include dairy eggs meat fish or any products that contain ingredients coming from animals, sugar coffee tea oils( extremely important)
I have seen children who are on a plant-based diet and consuming junk like chips also have issues like pimples.
