I'm suffering from GERD endoscopy shows the area where oesophagus and stomach joins was opened all the time ,is there any cure or I've to rely completely on medicine.

Read moreGerd is definitely curable. Due to an incorrect lifestyle, accumulation of toxins would have become the breeding ground for a lot of bacteria and viruses in the body. This weakens your gut and weakens the liver which becomes a storeroom for the pile of toxins. Anything that does not belong to the category of fruits veggies and greens goes to the list of toxins - bad smells, chemicals medicines anything. Overtime bile becomes less potent and this taxes the stomach and strength of HCL in the stomach become less. As that becomes less, this can increase the acidity of the stomach due to other bad acids and bacteria that are thriving. So the acid reflux happens. It’s not the HCL of the body which actually is protecting you. Its other things that are not supposed to be there comes out burning your oesophageal lining.
Do the following sincerely to see changes. I have seen this working in people.
1) quit dairy eggs meat fish
2) quit sugar processed foods and ready to eat foods. Refined oils and anything that is polished. You should also create all kinds of fried food and oil in your cooked food.
3) drink 500ml of pure cucumber juice on empty stomach daily morning
4) next hunger 500 ml of ashgourd juice
5) tender coconut for whole day
5) repeat this 4,5 for 3 days and stay on only juices.
If u feel like vomiting, it’s fine. Don’t worry. That’s expected. Continue juicing.
Continue to keep a wet cloth all day 3 days . Rinse every 1 hr and continue to drink and rest all 3 days. Expose your bare torso to the morning sun for 1 hr .
If u can continue juicing for next 3 days adding juices of veg greens and fruits, it’s the best to continue for 10 days. U will see things falling in place already by then.
If not, After 3 days, do the same juices till 12 and then next hunger fruits that are juicy like watermelon. Continue only such fruits and juices for next 3 days.
Keep your stomach as less busy as possible without any solids but flooding with liquids as this helps your bad acids clear up. Solids will delay and rot and create a mess . Try and get back to us if u have further questions. After 10 days stay on same juices all morning, fruits greens next, vegetables next. Juice in the night again. Stay on this routine for a month and then add cooked for night - gluten free oil free spice free. Continue wet cloth daily for 30mins, sun bath for 30 mins

- Avoid spicy and fried food items, avoid canned food, and avoid carbonated drinks and aerated, packaged drinks.
- Avoid pickles, maida and white sugar.
- Don’t Lie Down After Eating: It’s best to eat three to four hours before your bed time for your food to fully digest. Lying slightly elevated in your bed with a pillow is beneficial.
- Eat Fruit: Bananas and apples have natural antacid properties that counteract acid reflux. Eat a fully ripened banana each day to reduce the discomfort of GERD. Watermelon also more b beneficial.
- Ginger Tea: Ginger tea is great for many stomach ailments, Take slices of ginger root in water, boil for 10-15 minutes, drink before or after a meal.
- Mustard: Take 1 teaspoon of mustard when you have feel of heartburn coming, its alkaline property helps to reduce GERD.
- Take neutral hip bath regularly.
- Colon irrigation/colon hydrotherapy can help you more (visit a nearest naturopathy hospital with colon hydrotherapy facility).
- Apply abdominal mud pack, it helps to normalize the gastric secretion
- Avoid stress by practicing regular Yogasana pranayama and medication.
- Avoid large meals; take small meals in regular interval.
- If you are overweight or obese reduce your weight in natural way.

According to your problem,
1- you take a thick towel & dip it in very cold water and keep it over the abdomen,duration of 20 mintutes.
2- Take cold hip bath duration of 10 minutes.
3-take a cotton cloth having a width, the entire abdomen covered, the length must be rolled over the abdomen, deep it in cold water, wrap over the abdomen, a woollen flannel same dimensions wrapped over the abdomen duration -20 minutes.
4- Take 2 water rubber bag, fill one bag with hot water and kept over abdomen duration of 3 minutes & second in cold water, kept one minute, follow 3 times alternate.
5- Pranayama- kapalbhati, Agnisar kriya, Bhramari under the guidance
6- Asana- Bhujangasana,salabhasana,
7- Naturally occuring Antacids- fruits like- pomegranate,chikoo.
Vegetable- Bottel gourd, Ash gourd,
8- Avoid - Dairy products, citrus fruits, tomatoes, chocolate, caffeine, fatty foods, alcohol.
Oiled and fried foods.

The best way to treat GERD is to zero in on the underlying cause of the acid reflux and correct the immediately. Which means to cut down or avoid all triggering possible triggering factors responsible for GERD in your body.
Modifications in your diet and lifestyle habits can help improve one's condition.
• Always go for bland and binding diet such as Banana, rice and toast (brown bread).These foods are bland and binding which will prevent further reflux and vomiting. Bananas also contain potassium and other minerals which can help replace nutrients lost from vomiting. They are easy for digestion and absorption as well.
• Follow regular eating time. Maintaining a long gap between each meal can stimulate excess gastric acid secretion triggering acidity that can lead to reflux .
• Eat meals in smaller quantity and properly chewed. This will help relieve burden on your guts and improves digestion and absorption at a better pace. Eat only when you're hungry so as to avoid unnecessary triggers.
• Chewing a slice of ginger or drinking a ginger juice or tea for several times a day can help neutralise the acidity, ease nausea and vomiting.
• Vomiting can be dehydrating. Make sure you take in plenty of water or other clear liquids. Take small sips. Try Ice chips if to substitute normal water drinking. Caffeine free tea such as peppermint, ginger and lemon can be equally helpful as well .
• Do not eat anything right after vomiting but drink a clear liquid such as water, soup or herbal tea.
• Avoid midnight snacks or eating before sleep
• Bend your knees while bending forward so as to avoid pressure in your stomach.
• Ay food, diary products, oily foods, fibres, caffeine, soda, alcohol, artificial preservatives added food and any processed foods should be avoided completely.
• Go for early morning walk or jog daily. Utilise 45 minutes to an hour daily for any physical activity which will help boost your mind and body.

I understand that practically it's hard to believe that naturopathy or nature can heal you. However, in this case while you are still on physicians guidance you can still practice few things which can help you feel better. Positive mindfulness that is programming subconscious mind for what you want helps you to fasten your process of healing. If you can practice positive mindfulness and visualization along with a practitioner that would help you to do it effectively.
Apart from this please eat home cooked food. If you can eat more of greens, fruits, dry fruits and avoid dairy products that can fasten your healing process.

भोजन-नलिका में विषाणुओं के पनपने का कारण दीर्घ काल का निष्कासन अवरोध के वजह से हुए प्रदाह (inflammation) और ग़लत आदत जैसे की धूम्रपान, या तम्बाकू हो सकता है।
अगले 21 दिन तक केवल पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।
एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।
3 अग्नितत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें। खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
5 पृथ्वी- कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले 21 दिन तक केवल पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।नारियल पानी, पेठे का जूस लें। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। सभी जूस को छान कर ही लें।
एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। इस प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा के सिद्धांत के अनुसार बताए गए खान पान में किसी भी प्रकार की कोताही न बरतें। यह भी ध्यान दें कि उपरोक्त बतायी अधिकांश बातों को प्रचलित चिकित्सा पद्धतियां पूरी तरह नहीं मानती। इसलिए ऐसा करने का निर्णय अपने विश्वास, श्रद्धा और विवेक से ही लें।
