My palm is always hot as compared to other people. What to do? Is this a problem?

Palms are the reflector of stomach conditions. When there is accumulated heat in the intestinal area it is reflected in palms and one feels burning or heating sensation.
First of all clean your guts by taking natural cleanser like trifla while sleeping with normal or work water. 
Hot palms are due to indigestion so be particular about your food avoide oily, spicy and stale food.
Coconut water twice a day
Morning water before evacuation
Coconut oil massage of the palms
Green grass Walking ten minutes twice daily 
Pad snan and head snan with cold towel on stomach is instan help morning and evening.
Heena paste on sole will solve the problem

Namaste,
              * Drink at least 3-4 litre water daily.
         
* Drink pomegranate juice daily, 7:00am - 9:00 am.

*Apply cow ghee on your bilateral palm.     

*Take 80% fruits and vegetables and 20% cereals in your diet.

*Take alternate hot (3 minute) and cold(1minute)arm bath,
 
* clap laudly
 
   Live long, healthy and happy.

Hi 
Before giving you any suggestion or remedy I wish to know some details, because hot palms occur many reasons, so i need details about any other signs or symptoms you are having.  Only hot palms or any itching or pain or redness or burning sensation etc. Pain occurs only in the palms or it spread to finger also.

Give details please.

पैर गर्म, पेट नरम, और सर ठंडा उत्तम स्वास्थ का परिचायक है। हाथ के पंजे और पैर के तलवे से हमारे शरीर के 72000 नाड़ी का जुड़ाव होता है।

हाथ के पंजे और पैर के तलवे का गर्म रहना स्वास्थ की पहचान है। इनमें जलन हो तो समस्या होती है। रात को सोने से पहले और सुबह उठ कर स्नान ज़रूर करें।

The toxic body condition can accumulate toxins in any part of the body and eliminate likewise. Since you also have a skin condition, it’s quite possible that accumulation is also happening in your palms. Wherever the toxins are more, there is also a localised fever . As we have described to you in other posts, You can follow the same healthy routine and see a change even in your palm condition. Alternatively, u can dip both hands in cold water And that will distribute the fever and body will handle that better.

Hello Sneha,

Well that is a sign of where your body temperature is heated but it is not a concern or worry unless you feel lethargic, tired, clumsy, or your emotions are welled up. I personally, think you shouldn't worry about it, if its not causing other problems. If it is causing other problems, then for few days refrain from solid diet and eat a lot of plant based yogurt and lemon juice (shikanzee) and have banana/apple/ and other fruits in your diet.
