I am 22 years old and am suffering from grey hairs. What can I do for the cure?

Hi,
    Grey hairs indicate your liver is not functioning well, your digestive system is not working properly 
 
*Drink Luke warm water with lemon,early in the morning.

*Take sprouts - gram,mung & soyabean seeds germinated.
 

* Juice - Lemon,papaya, cucumber, tomato,Beet.

 

*Alternate hot and cold hip bath.

 

*Gastro hepatic pack. 30 minutes.

 

* Take dinner 5:00pm-7:00pm.

 

*Chew your meal well.

 

Avoid- fried,spicy, packaged foods,cold drinks, stress.

नमस्ते

 

बाल भी हमारे शरीर का ही हिस्सा है। सिर में ऑक्सिजन की कमी और मिनरल की कमी से ये समस्या होती है। आपके खाने में उन पोषक तत्व को लें जो की पाचन तंत्र को स्वस्थ रखें। अधिकांश समय यह समस्या हमारे पाचन तंत्र के स्वस्थ नहीं रहने पर भी होता है। रासायनिक शेम्पू एवं साबुन से भी ऐसा होता है।

शरीर के हर हिस्से में जो पोषक तत्व पहुँचना चाहिए,

वो नहीं पहुँच रहा है। 

आपके आहार में सब्ज़ी का जूस शामिल करने की ज़रूरत है।

फल, सब्ज़ी और सलाद को अपने खाने में शामिल करें।

सुबह की शुरुआत 1/2 खीरा + करी पत्ता पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, फल एक घंटे बाद लें। 12 बजे दोपहर में पालक 10पत्ते + पुदीना10पत्ते पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे तक में कर लें। रात का भोजन में सलाद ही लें तो बहुत अच्छा होगा।

मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।बालों को नींबू या रीठा से साफ़ करें।कपूर और नारियल तेल से मालिश करें।

The Fact is that Grey Hair is related to age but if it is under the age of 20s or 25s is called premature grey hair.
Grey Hair is caused due to Vitamin B12 Deficiency, Genetics, Lack of Nutrition, Hydrogen Peroxide.
The Direct answer is you cannot prevent or reverse greying hair but we can follow simple steps below to avoid premature greying.
a. Boil 1 cup of coconut oil with Handful of curry leaves for 8 minutes.
b. Allow it to cool and settle then massage your scalp with the mixture regularly.

Premature greying is also related to premature aging. When cells in the body see a need to grow faster, they need more oxygen than usual for their growth, they grow faster. 

The main reason for such things can sometimes be the abnormal increases in harmones in the body. Harmones come from animal products majorly. Stop that and for sometime you will see a hairfall of all the bad hair and new growth will start over time. What has become grey may not be reversed, but the further greying can be controlled by a good lifestyle majorly with fruits. Fruits ensure longevity and health both. Raw vegetables also do it, but fruits do that job of cleanup very much. Another reason is to keep off the body from all forms of chemicals - may it be soaps, shampoos or adulterated oils. Body also can not tolerate hot water as it spends energy in cooling it. It’s best to take head bath with body temp body. Don’t expose the hair to breeze that will disturb the roots when we go out in an open vehicle like a scooter. 

Hygiene factors like this help the hair.
