Hi my daughter is 7 months old and she is only 7kgs. Pls suggest something for her weight gain. What do I do?

Is she an active baby? Does she sleep well?
Give her banana smoothie as breakfast and as an evening snack, add soaked raisins and dates into it. Also, try and make fruits her first choice.
There are many smoothie recipes on wellcure you can try one at a time and see her bend and give it to her daily.
In lunch give her rice/ daal, rice/veggie etc.
You can also make mix vegetable parantha in Rajgiri flour or rice flour.
Evening give her nuts or but milk, or roasted makhana. You can also make tasty ladoos for her with chana/ jaggery, makhana/jaggery for this check the recipe section.
Do not give her the diary pls if possible.
No packaged stuff.
No sweets.
If you will make her eat healthy even if her body weight is low she will be a healthy and a happy child.

7 माह की बच्ची का वज़न 7 किलो सामान्य है। वज़न से स्वास्थ को कुछ लेना देना नहीं है। अगर शरीर की प्राण ऊर्जा ठीक प्रकार से काम कर रहा है, तो चिंता की कोई बात नहीं है।
बच्चे को फल, सभी तरीक़े के सूखे फल, मेवे भिगो कर पीस कर दें, खीरे का जूस, नारियल पानी, गाजर का जूस से उसकी पहचान करवाएँ ताकि उसकी अभी से सभी तरीक़े के मौसमी सब्ज़ी और फल के प्रति ग्रह्यता बनी रहे।
सूर्य रोशनी बहुत ही फ़ायदेमंद होती है।सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

Kindly take her off dairy and animal foods like meat eggs fish. Dairy is going to only make a calf healthy not human babies. She can develop multiple health complications later in life too. Feed her more fruits, vegetables and greens raw or steamed as necessary. Fruits have to be raw. Her appetite and her absorption capacity will improve. Her GUT will become efficient.
She must also not be exposed to sugar of all kinds, bakery foods, chaats, fried foods, namkeens, biscuits, chocolates.
