Read moreFor humanity Hairs are sign of good personality, strong kidney and good metablism and circulation as well. If there is proper supply to mind hair growth and cell development is proper. Interestingly, your hair grows around 0.5 inches (1.25 cm) per month, and 6 inches (15 cm) per year. How fast it grows depends on factors like age, health, genetics and diet.
On the other hand, eating a balanced diet with the right nutrients can help promote hair growth, especially if you’re experiencing hair loss due to poor nutrition. A healthy diet can help your hair stay strong and shiny. What you eat can also keep you from losing your locks. If you’re not getting certain nutrients from food, you might see the effects in your hair.
Vitamins B6, B12, and folic acid are also important to your hair. Vegetarians and vegans often don't get enough of them. Foods with B6 include bananas, potatoes (both white and sweet), and spinach.
You can get folic acid with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, especially citrus fruits and tomatoes. Whole-grain and fortified-grain products, beans, and lentils also have it.
Protein is also critical for keeping your hair healthy, but many people don't get enough. Lean meats like fish and chicken, eggs, and soy products are good sources. Eat one serving every day.
Because trace minerals like iron, magnesium, zinc, and biotin also affect hair, it's a good idea to take a daily multivitamin.
The right foods can be really good for your 'do, but hair loss has many causes. Sometimes, genetic factors like male or female pattern baldness can play a role. Thyroid disease, anemia, autoimmune diseases, and hormone issues may also cause changes or loss of hair.
Berries are loaded with compounds like antioxidants and vitamins that may promote hair growth. For example, strawberries are rich in vitamin C, which aids collagen production and iron absorption, two factors that may promote hair growth. This includes vitamin C, which has strong antioxidant properties.
Antioxidants can help protect hair follicles against damage from harmful molecules called free radicals. These molecules exist naturally in the body and the environment
Spinach is loaded with foliate, iron, and vitamins A and C, which may promote hair growth. A deficiency in these nutrients may result in hair loss.
Sweet potatoes are loaded with vitamin A, which helps aid sebum production. Additionally, it has other factors that may help speed up the rate of hair growth.
Avocados are rich in vitamin E, an antioxidant that may promote hair growth. Additionally, they are a great source of essential fatty acids, which appear to be crucial for hair growth.
Nuts are packed with nutrients like vitamin E, B vitamins, zinc and essential fatty acids, all of which may promote hair growth and are linked to many other health benefits.
Like nuts, seeds are rich in vitamin E and other nutrients that may promote hair growth. Some seeds also contain omega-3s, which have been linked to hair growth.
Sweet peppers are a rich source of vitamins A and C, two nutrients that help ensure hair stays healthy and that may aid hair growth.

Hello Tarrnnum,
Among all the answers I would like to add a few things so that you can benefit to add more volume to your hair. If you are able to cook your food using organic cold-pressed coconut oil then the benefit of it is not only for your hair but also for your overall skin and health care.
Coconut due to its multiple benefits serves as a healing agent and it works wonders to nourish and nurture our skin and hair.
Secondly, I would advise or recommend to apply cold-pressed coconut oil with a mix of kasuri methi leaves to your scalp at night. If you can do this alternate night will also work and you will see a noticeable difference in three weeks.
This actually has been my experience, where living in a city with high fluoride content I had lost a lot of hair, but when I started using cold pressed organic coconut oil remedy, that has changed the volume of my hair.
Secondly, eating a lot of dry fruits and fresh fruits is very important for your hair growth. I would say that you can add these to your routine diet to see a noticeable difference as well.
I hope this helps you in adding volume to your hair.
Regards
