I'm 21, over weight and addicted to coffee. Can you help me losing my weight?

Hii,
you should avoid instant pleasure which occurs due to  dopamine harmones,you should focus on happiness.
overweight n addiction is result of stress n unawareness.
When seek pleasure you eat for taste n eat unhealthy food or drink coffee to stimultate dopamine which gives instant pleasure but its only for short time.

So the first thing you should choose healthy food instead of seeking pleasure.
 second thing you should be conscious at the time of eating ,chew more times so the food can easily digest and feel the taste n aroma of food.
Connect with mother earth for that you can do grounding or you can eat while sitting on the floor.

eat fruits n salads instead of cooked spicy n undigestive it will give more energy so that next time you will not face more craving like before.

Thank you for your query!

Firstly Sashank you need to really program your mind so that you can make a decision of substituting coffee with something else. This is quiet challenging, but only you can talk yourself out of the habit you have created over a period of time. You can substitute coffee with something healthy like fresh coconut water or even almond milk with dry fruits, or just whole fruits, turmeric tea (made with water and turmeric), ginger tea (made with ginger, lemon and boiled water) or green tea.

Losing weight again requires you to be dedicated with written goals. You can start with refraining from sugar, direct carbohydrates, processed, refined and junk food. This can be a start, and slowly once you go into a discipline, then add on like 30-45 minutes exercise, eating plant based foods, avoiding dairy etc. Go slow with your milestones. So for now, you can start off with what you can do, and then slowly you can add on and alter.

नमस्ते


आहार तलब (food crav) शरीर की सांकेतिक भाषा है । शरीर में ऊर्जा कमी हो तो मीठे का तलब होता है ऐसे में फल और सुखा फल लें। शरीर में प्राकृतिक वसा की कमी हो तो तले भूने हुए चीज़ों को खाने का मन करता है ऐसे में काजु, बादाम, अखरोट, नारियल, तिल, अलसी, मूँगफली तरबूज़, ख़रबूज़ के बीज कद्दू के बीज लें। अधिक प्यास लग रहा या गर्म ठंडा पेय का तलब हो तो मिनरल की कमी है। हरे पत्ते या हरे पत्ते की सब्ज़ी का जूस लें। बार बार भुख लगना यानी शरीर को वो पोषक तत्व नहीं मिल रहा है जिसकी ज़रूरत है।

ख़राब हाज़मा के वजह से शरीर में वसा अधिक बन रहा है। 70% कच्चा और 30% पका हुआ खाना सम्पूर्ण स्वास्थ का बनाए रखेगा।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। 

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

मोटापा -दिन में कई बार भोजन करने ,अधिकतर चाय ,चावल ,चीनी ,अचार ,मिठाईयां ,नमक- नमकीन, ठंडे पेय पदार्थ, मांस, तली - भुनी, वसायुक्त चीजें ,क्रोध ,चिंता, आलस्य की वजह भोजन का सही से पाचन नहीं हो पाता जिससे शरीर का वजन बढ़ने लगता है !

 

मिट्टी के घड़े का पानी पिए -पानी उबाल लें जब ठंडा हो जाए तो उसे मिट्टी की घड़े में रख लें ,प्रतिदिन प्रातः खाली पेट व हर घंटे 1-2 गिलास पानी पीते रहे ,इससे भोजन का पाचन आसानी से होता है ,भूख कम होती है !

 

प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी, नींबू  व शहद का सेवन करें -यह आंत को फैलाता है ,उसमें स्थित अशुद्धियों को बाहर निकालने में सहायता करता है !

 

सप्ताह में 1 दिन पूरे शरीर की मालिश व वाष्प स्नान -रोम कूपों को खोलकर शरीर के अंदर स्थित अशुद्धियों को बाहर निकालता है !

 

उपवास- पाचन संस्थान स्थित अशुद्ध पदार्थों को बाहर निकालता है, कार्य करने की क्षमता बढ़ाता है !

 

भोजन में 80% मौसमी फलो व सब्जियों का प्रयोग करें -हल्का सुपाच्य भोजन आसानी से पच जाता है उनके और अवशोषण और निष्कासन में भी आसानी होती है साथ ही साथ रक्त में स्थित क्षार के संतुलन को बनाए रखता है जिससे सभी अंग सुचारू रूप से कार्य करते रहते हैं  !

An acquaintance of mine was a coffee addict, a chronic diabetic from the age of 30. Started insulin at the age of 50+. Enjoyed fried for every meal assuming the diabetes meds will take care of him. Once he went on insulin and his legs developed peripheral neuropathy with severe leg pains, his world totally crashed. When I told him his coffee he drank sometime ago was his last. He took it seriously and since the last 7 months his replacement has been tender coconut. He drank 8 coffees and he drinks atleast 4 TC per day now. He changed his lifestyle to a wholefood plant based and is reversing his diabetes. 

It all depends on how desperate you are to quit. Secondly imo, understanding the cruelty behind that tasty drink with cows blood pus antibiotics Harmones chemicals fed to increase the supply, it’s own cortisols generated from the stressful life is worth knowing so that you can avoid contributing to that cruelty and also realize that you are not a calf.

 All dairy products -- raw or pasteurized -- contain IGF-1 which is a growth hormone. And this IGF-1 is exactly the same in construction as the IGF-1 that is in human mother's milk, but cow's milk is a more concentrated version (cow babies double their weight a lot faster than human babies). Coffee as such is a nerve stimulant. It’s best not to pour toxins when we are not mindful of maintaining it yet. 

Initially when you quit dairy, replace that with coconut milk and switch to herbal teas that does not include green tea. 

Initially u will have a withdrawal symptom because the viruses and bacteria in your body will send the wrong signal to your brain asking for the foods it needs for its survival. That behaviour is quite natural for any living being. 

The only way to handle cravings is by leading a holistic lifestyle with high raw for a prolonged period of time. The first step is to quit all animal products. But this doesn’t stop the craving. It will only help the body to start detoxing. As you start including a lot of juices from vegetables and fruits, have fruits in abundance, have salads in abundance, your gut will start cleaning itself. Cravings are nothing but wrong messages from the gut to the brain sent by bad bacteria and viruses To get food for their survival. Once you start cleaning the gut, The current cravings automatically vanish. It also takes some willpower and determination to handle these initially. Please remember that once you start detoxing, you will have a lot of cravings which are hidden emotions/suppressed emotions for food which were not handled properly in the past. At that time it is best to make a choice to pick fruits in place of those foods otherwise the vicious cycle will continue to haunt you. Remember that every single living beings including viruses and bacteria will fight for their survival. When you stop giving the foods that they feed on, they will send wrong messages to the brain for wanting the wrong foods. If you give in to their demands they will continue to thrive in your body causing harm. Hence you must be aware that hunger is a sign for the body asking for glucose and cravings are wrong messages going to the brain because of the toxic accumulation in your body.

Rest assured people have handled their cravings successfully for a long time even from extreme food addictions by surrendering to the power of fruits vegetables and leafy greens in the form of juicing and whole produce.

 

In summary, more raw will help you lose weight and you must also sweat a lot under a professional trainer or a yoga practitioner sincerely. There are no shortcuts. The best healthy body is always in burning fats and building the muscles to strengthen oneself.
