I am suffering from severe lower back pain. How to get rid of it?

Back pain may be a result of your tight schedule or improper rest or improper digestive and cleansing habits.

So have proper rest and clean your gut properly. Try to have rest regularly atleast for three hours at a stretch.
Ask someone to have soft coconut oil massage preferably immediately after a bath or you may apply oil after bath yourself so that muscle is relaxed.
Have a soft and healthy diet for input ratification. As is the input so is the outer space. We start within not from out.
Long term hot then cold bath will bring flexibility.
Also, be careful about your gut. If you are able to smooth your abdomen you can smooth back also. As is the front so is the back- Polar theory.
For me back is represented in the root level of thumbs and the front side of your calf muscle is your second back so apply lot of massage with coconut oil in this area to have instant results.
Again change your hard attitude towards society and be a soft and polite person then see the change in whole life.

Lower back pain is a very common problem especially in adults because of excessive sitting working pattern and faulty lifestyle 
The main reason for pain is inflammation of internal tissues in that affected areas so you can cure your pain via using some simple tips they are 

  • Add anti-inflammatory food in your diet like carrots, sweet potatoes, broccoli 
  • Magnesium is good for back pain use green vegetables, avocados, banana, coconut 
  • Omega 3 fat is good to reduce inflammation of tissue and manage back pain for that  flaxseed you can use 
  • Do some simple stretching exercises daily

Hello,
Most low back pain goes away on its own in two to four weeks. Physiotherapy can help. Maintaining good posture can help reduce stress and ease discomfort in your back. 

  • Place a small cushion behind your lower back to help maintain the natural curve of the back.

  • Keep your knees slightly higher than your hips. Use a footstool or book under your feet if necessary.

  • Don’t sit for long periods of time. Stand up and move around periodically to stretch tight muscles and give them a chance to relax.

  • Massage is also a great way to reduce pain, use mustard oil heat it and add camphor in it and Massage with the oil will give you great relief from pain.

  • Ice massage will help reduction in pain and rebuild muscle and relief strain as well.

Please follow a wholefood plant-based diet. With animal products in your meals, acidity in the body increases and the body will suck all the alkaline enzymes to maintain homeostasis.  

If high acidic foods ( not coming under category of fruits veg veggies greens majorly) are injested, their ph is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this ph level and bile from liver and gallbladder is called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, liver becomes tired. If liver and gallbladder are not in a good working condition, enough Bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. . As liver weakens, the body cleaning  is also compromised and blood continues to carry acidic  toxins that have the liver could not manage and have reached the intestines where nutrients get absorbed. I went to acidity in the blood goes up, the blood first uses of the alkaline buffers present in its blood plasma to bring the blood closer to an alkaline pH. Unfortunately because of continuous supply of acidic foods to the body, the level of alkaline buffers is often very low. If the blood pH value falls below this range, then all the bodily fluids such as urine, lymphatic fluid, semen, Cerebrospinal fluids, saliva everything starts becoming acidic. This disrupts all the cellular function in the body and disturbs the balance. To prevent such a state of decline, the blood starts reducing its acidity by neutralising it with one of the most alkaline substance in the body that is calcium from the bones. So blood starts dissolving the calcium from the bones in its self to reach an ideal pH level. This is also called leaching  of calcium. Blood is a supplier and also a retriever . It will choose parts of the bone where it can leach  very quickly such as the ends of the bones . As it continues to do so, that part of the joint weakens that’s producing a pain and inflammation. There will also be severe obstruction of blood flow, the viscosity of blood will be thicker. All these factors lead to the accumulation of toxins across the body.

Start juicing in the morning till 12 PM. Start your day with half a litre of cucumber juice followed by fruits for next hunger. Start juicing in the morning at 12:12 PM. In the afternoon have vegetable Salads with greens.  Only for dinner add to wholefood plant-based cooked dinner with 30% millets and 70% vegetables cooked without any oil ( very important). Add yoga pranayama as much as possible and improve as health gets better. Remove dairy eggs meat fish absolutely from ur life on all forms. Remove sugar , fried foods , ready to eat foods from packets etc. 

Exposure to sunlight for 40 mins

You should maintain correct posture 
 Cleanse your gut
Practice stretching and asanas such as

  • Bhujangasana
  • Salabhasana
  • Parvatasana
  • Marchariasana
  • Sethubandhasana 

Avoid sleeping on matress, try to sleep on flat surface until your back pain is relieved

नमस्ते,

        कमर दर्द बहुत देर तक बैठकर कार्य करने, गलत तरीके से बैठने से, मोटरसाइकिल से प्रतिदिन लंबी यात्रा, अधिक सिगरेट के सेवन की वजह से हो जाते हैं !

 निम्नलिखित योग व प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा इसमें सहायक है -

क्रिया- वमन धौति !

आसन-भुजंगासन, हलासन ,उत्तानपादासन ,मकरासन ,शलभासन !

*प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी का सेवन करें !

*पेट व माथे पर मिट्टी की पट्टी (अवधि 20 मिनट)

*प्रतिदिन सूर्योदय के समय व सूर्यास्त से 1 घंटे पहले धूप में बैठे (अवधि 45 मिनट)

*तिल के तेल से कमर की मालिश !

*पोटली मालिश -सेंधा नमक , बालू, सरसों एक सूती कपड़े में  लेकर पोटली बना लें ,तवे पर सरसों का तेल डालकर गर्म करें  व कमर की सिकाई करें (अवधि 15 मिनट)

कमर का स्थानीय वाष्प स्नान

*गर्म पानी का कमर स्नान (अवधि 12 मिनट)

*रीढ़ फुहार स्नान अवधि (10 से 15 मिनट)

*जूस- गाजर/ खीरा/ टमाटर !

*सलाद -टमाटर ,गाजर, पात गोभी, मूली ,पालक ,खीरा ! (400 ग्राम)

*प्रतिदिन 3 से 4 लीटर पानी पीना आवश्यक है

*बैठते समय रीढ़ की हड्डी हमेशा सीधी होनी चाहिए !

#निषेध -चाय, चावल, चीनी ,मिठाईयां ,तली भुनी, मांस,नमक ,नमकीन ,अचार ,वसायुक्त चीजें, ठंडे पेय पदार्थ,सिगरेट ,आगे झुकना, रात्रि जागरण !

नमस्ते

 

शरीर में अम्ल (acid) के बढ़ने के वजह से (inflammation) होती है जो कि एक वजह है।अत्यधिक वजन बढ़ना या मोटापा बढ़ना

ज्यादा लंबे समय तक बैठकर काम करना

जरूरत से ज्यादा सामान्य वजन उठाने पर पर दर्द हो सकता है।

आपकी मुद्रा (Your posture) ठीक रखें

 

आपने एक बात तो सुना ही होगा कि जब भी बैठे हैं सीधा बैठे। इसका सबसे बड़ा कारण यही है कि अगर आपके बैठने की मुद्रा ठीक नहीं है तो इसका सीधा असर आपक रीड की हड्डी पर पड़ता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

 

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। दर्द वाले जगह पर धनिया + खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ 20 मिनट के लिए। दिन में दो बार तिल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में

और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

आइए प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली में हम 5 प्रकार के आहार से अवगत हों।टे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

दर्द वाले भाग पर गीली मिट्टी लगाएँ या खीरा + धनिया + तिल पीस कर पेस्ट बना लें। लगाएँ 20 मिनट के लिए और फिर साफ़ कर लें। इससे दर्द में तुरन्त आराम मिलेगा।

कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
