Some of the symptoms of mental stress could be worn out, increased blood pressure, increased pulse rate, increased breathing, other physiological parameters that could increase.
These physiological parameters would return to its normal state in an normal individual. If the same symptoms dont retrun to normal, these symptoms would persist and turn into a pathological state and could manifest into a chronic ailment if it is not treated at right time

It is a lifestyle disorder we should first change ourselves to adopt the society as it is. Nobody can be 100 per cent satisfy with the surroundings but being a social animal he or she has to adjust. Stress is purely the condition when you did not agree with most of the things you are surrounded by. So, first of all, try to adopt the conditions as they are and have a sense of love to life. Try to be loved by others not to be hated. Never expect the same from others but try to give your best and ultimately you will be rewarded back the best.
Detox your body by taking regular enema and digestive juices or diet.
Make a plan of simple living high thinking and most adjustable dwelling
Cold head and foot bath twice a day.

In the times like today, it is easy for all of us to be consumed or overwhelmed with situations that can drive us to the edge and therefore make life difficult for us.
Mental Stress can be overcome or healed when you follow a purposeful lifestyle. Purposeful life is all about setting small goals and objectives to achieve the dreams we desire. Most of the times our days are quiet monotonous and in the hustle and bustle of life, when there is no goal or objective, a person or an individual tends to get confused.
Secondly, regular mindfulness therapy and physical exercise in combination works to release some of the important chemicals in the brain that are responsible in regulating our moods such as Serotonin, Dopamine, Endorphins and Oxytocin.
Our Diet plays a maximum role in the way we feel and do things. It is important to understand certain signals that body gives us, and to go organic without any refined and processed foods whatsoever. Natural Plant based diet and fruits is the best one can advise as it contains many minerals and vitamins that are essential nutrients for the body.
Various types of nuts and seeds such as Sunflower seeds, Flax seeds, Brazil nuts, Almonds, Walnuts are some of the very important food for the brain, one should not deprive of them.
Make a decision to stop eating junk food or outside food unless it is once in 3 weeks or even 2 weeks. The more you take time to cook your food the more satisfaction and gratification one can have about life.

mental stress is very common today. When people are surrounded by negative people energy or vibes, they feel stressed. So the main cause of stress is controversial energy which downgrades your energy level.
To heal yourself from stress you should make balance with the outer and inner environment. For that, you should connect with your higher self which gives you the strength to face all things.
You should use your own company when you feel alone. Take the benefit of that time. You can choose to practise meditation at that time.
Love your self n do something which you love to do - dance or cooking or singing, anything you like.
Write your thoughts in a diary.
Make a goal for your life.
Indulge your self to learn something new or groom your self instead of thinking about unnecessary things.
Choose a healthy diet option which will help you stay n feel healthy.

प्रतिदिन आप ख़ुद को प्यार दें अपने बारे में 10 अच्छी बातें कोरे काग़ज़ पर लिख कर और प्रकृति को अपने होने का धन्यवाद दें।
मानसिक समस्या भी इसी शरीर की समस्या है सब कुछ इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि हम किसी भी परिस्थिति में सकारात्मक सोंच रखते हैं या नकारात्मक।
प्राकृतिक जुड़ाव आपको सकारात्मक सोंच प्रदान करेंगी क्योंकि प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली अपने आप में पूर्ण भी है और जीवंत भी है। पाँच तत्व से प्रकृति चल रही है और उसी पाँच तत्व से हमारा शरीर चल रहा है।
1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। वाद्य यंत्र शास्त्री संगीत (instrumental classical music)सुनें।
2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।
अपने कमरे में ख़ुशबू दार फूलों को रखें।
3 अग्Iनि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
4 जल तत्व- नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।सूर्य उदय से पहले, दोपहर को खाना खाने पहले, सूर्य अस्त के पहले और रात को सोने से पहले। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।
ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid) की कमी हो जाती।
सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।
रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।
एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

1) if you can slowly remove all kinds of animal products from your life which would be feeding the virus / adding more toxins to the system. It is very important to remove dairy meat eggs fish.
2) Remove sugar, maida, bakery goods, wheat, any gluten-based products made from wheat, greasy foods, store bought products that are ready to eat etc
3) Do not cook with any oil. Learn to cook oil free. There are many YouTube videos on the same or you can refer to the Wellcure recipe section.
4) Increase consumption of juices from fruits greens and vegetables to at least 1 to 2 L per day.
5) Feed on least one 1 KG of fruits per day.
6) Increased exposure to sunlight to 1 hour per day
7) yoga and pranayama will improve the blood oxygen levels.
This will help clean your body and thinking.
