What I can use to wash my oily Hair to make smooth , soft and Silky... Other than Chemical based Shampoo and Conditioner in busy schedule?

hii,
you can use reetha n shikakai shampoo in your hair.
oil  in your hour is result of diet.
you should avoid caffeinated product,sugar n excessive salt.
Do scalp massage twice a week n give steam which will make smooth n shiny good for scalp n hair.

Try applying Reetha powder which is easily available in market and you can use it between your schedule.

The next thing you can do is on a holiday apply methi or henna pack to make your hair shiny and increase in quality.

Hi to cleanse your oily hair naturally, 

Shikakhai: Use powdered shikakhai to cleanse hair. Take required amount of powder mix it in warm water and make a paste. Apply the paste on your scalp and hair, massage for minutes. And rinse. Repeat if you feel oily in hair.

Reetha: Make paste of reetha by adding 2-3 tsp of reetha powder with enough water. Apply it on your hair and scalp. Massage for few minutes and rinse. To get more benefits add amla, dried hibiscus flower, orange or lemon peel neem leaves during preparation of reetha powder.

Besan Flour: take 3-4 tsp of besan flour and 1-2 tsp of orange peel powder , mix it well using warm water. apply it on your scalp and hair. Massage for few minutes and rinse.

Aloe Vera with Lemon: Take required amount of fresh aloe Vera add 1 tsp of lemon juice. Mix well and apply it on your scalp and hair. Massage for few minutes, leave it for 5 minutes and rinse.

Hibiscus Cleanser: Grind 5-8 leaves of hibiscus and 2 flowers. Apply and massage into your scalp keep it for 5-10 mins then rinse well.

नमस्ते

 शरीर में मिनरल पर्याप्त मात्रा में होगा तो मुलायम और चमकदार होंगे ही तो खुराक शुद्धि करें।

अपने भोजन में संतुलित आहार के साथ हरी सब्जियों को भी शामिल करें, इसके कारण आपकी बॉडी में रक्त की मात्रा में बढ़ाने में मदद मिलती है, जिसके कारण आपके बालों को भी पोषण मिलता है।

बालों के लिए ज्यादा केमिकल का इस्तेमाल न करें, और न ही बार बार अपने बालों में शैम्पू का इस्तेमाल करें।

गीले बालों के लिए कंघी का इस्तेमाल न करें, ऐसा करने से भी आपके बाल कमजोर होते है।

बालों के लिए कितना हो सकें हेयर ड्रायर का इस्तेमाल न करें।

अपने बालों को कस कर न बांधे।

बाल भी हमारे शरीर का ही हिस्सा है। सिर में ऑक्सिजन की कमी और मिनरल की कमी से ये समस्या होती है। आपके खाने में उन पोषक तत्व को लें जो की पाचन तंत्र को स्वस्थ रखें। अधिकांश समय यह समस्या हमारे पाचन तंत्र के स्वस्थ नहीं रहने पर भी होता है। रासायनिक शेम्पू एवं साबुन से भी ऐसा होता है।

शरीर के हर हिस्से में जो पोषक तत्व पहुँचना चाहिए,

वो नहीं पहुँच रहा है। 

आपके आहार में सब्ज़ी का जूस शामिल करने की ज़रूरत है।

फल, सब्ज़ी और सलाद को अपने खाने में शामिल करें।

सुबह की शुरुआत 1/2 खीरा + करी पत्ता पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, फल एक घंटे बाद लें। 12 बजे दोपहर में पालक 10पत्ते + पुदीना10पत्ते पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे तक में कर लें। रात का भोजन में सलाद ही लें तो बहुत अच्छा होगा।

मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा, एलोवीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।बालों को नींबू या रीठा से साफ़ करें।कपूर और नारियल तेल से मालिश करें।
