All foods which are high in water eaten in their natural form bring about a glow and even soothe wrinkles. That means all seasonal, local fruits and vegetables

Its not only what you add but what you need to subtract too. Oily foods, dairy and non veg cause patchy skin and are acidic to the body. Cooked foods are also dehydrating and cause poor skin tone.

Skin glow can be achieved by taking care of your skin well. To make your natural skin glow naturally it is always best to avoid facials given with chemical substances which could cause some adverse effects to your skin in long run.

Some of the diet that could help your skin glow are

  1. Avocados are rich source of fats, vitamins E and C that are essential for healthy skin. These could also protect your skin from damages caused by the sun
  2. Walnuts are rich source of essential fats, zinc, vitamin E, vitamin C, selenium and protein which could help your skin stay healthy
  3. Sunflower seeds are rich in antioxidants and Vit E which helps in protection of the skin
  4. Sweet potatoes are rich source of beta carotene and serve as natural sun blockers
  5. Red or yellow bell peppers could be good as they contain beta carotene and vit C which are useful in skin health
  6. Broccoli are rich source of carotenoids,vitamins, minerals and other nutrients required for skin health
  7. Tomatoes which are rich sources of lycopene and carotenoids could help in prevention of wrinkles on the skin
  8. Soyabeans that contain isoflavenes have proven in prevention of wrinkles,improves skin tone and elasticity and prevents in damage from UV rays

Skin willl automatically glow if the darkness in terms of toxins are addressed.  You will have to clean your body to get rid of the toxins. You may have had a soft and clean skin  as a child but then due to bad lifestyle , accumulation of a lot of toxins in the liver, The body has eventually chosen to eliminate via are the skin. Don’t worry about the lack of glow,  all these issues stem from toxaemia. Cleaning your body is the only solution.

Skin issues majorly can be addressed if animal products such as dairy meat eggs fish are absolutely avoided. 

Avoid gluten such as Maida and wheat products

Avoid sugar and other unnatural sweetners

Avoid all forms of steroids and other medications.

Include plenty of vegetable juices  in ur daily consumption. Have plenty of fruits And leafy greens. Reduce the consumption of the cooked food to limit to only dinners. Expose yourself to sun as much as possible. When you have  flareups , fast on your juices. This will help you flush the toxins as much as possible. Then again go back to resuming your fruit salads and other things till dinner. Then your flareups might come back again and at this time again go juicing whole day. Repeat the cycle as long as it takes for complete healing 

Avoid all forms of chemicals touching your skin in the form of soaps and shampoos.

Diet is important for health, unhealthy diet leads to improper metabolism and causes weight gain, affect vital organs, toxins accumulation, leads to health disorders and ageing of skin.

Taking proper healthy diet helps to reduce the aging of skin and stimulate cell regeneration.

Ways to get healthy and glowing Skin:

Always consume healthy food that helps to rejuvenate and repair the skin.

Water: Drink more water to get hydrated always; helps to maintain body temperature and helps to eliminate toxins and helps in normal functions of excretory organs.

Green Veg.  and Leafy Vegetables: Green leafy vegetables like spinach, mint, coriander leaves, parsley, broccoli and lettuce are rich in anti oxidants, vitamins, amino acids and essential minerals. Adding this in daily diet helps to retain skin health and its brightness and youthfulness. Vegetables like carrot, beetroot, sweet potato, tomato, bitter guard and bottle guard etc. rich in vitamins minerals and fibers helps to get clear skin

Aloevera: Drinking aloevera juice in empty stomach, due to its anti inflammatory property helps to reduces the acne and sun rays’ damage of skin.

Fruits: Fruits are rich source of Vitamins and minerals. Helps to maintain healthy and glowing skin.

  1. Banana, Papaya and Mangoes rich in vitamin A, B and E help in premature wrinkles in skin by maintaining skin elasticity and facilitates production of new skin cells. In addition papaya helps to clear dead skin cells and clear impurities.
  2. Lemon, Oranges, Grape fruit, Guava and kiwis rich in vitamin C also helps in delaying the onset of wrinkles in the skin and stimulates collagen synthesis. Vitamin C rich fruits help in skin damage due to sun rays and preserves skin texture.
  3. Taking apple and avocado daily in your diet helps to main skin tone and its suppleness, leads to glowing face.

Nuts and Dry fruits: Nuts like sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnut, almonds, rich in omega 3 fatty acids helps to get healthy glowing skin.  Include the overnight soaked nuts in your diet. Overnight soaked raisins, figs and days also help to get nutrients to maintain healthy skin and body.

Green tea:  Rich in natural antioxidant and a phytonutrient named epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) which helps in protecting skin from free radicals, which is a major cause for premature ageing and dark spot in skin.

Physical Activity: Regular physical activity like exercises, jogging, walking, and swimming helps to eliminate toxins and reduce stress. Practice regular Yoga and meditation to reduce stress.

नमस्ते

त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है अम्ल (acid) को प्रतिबिम्बित करने का। शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें।

बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें।

रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। त्वचा या शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को स्वस्थ प्रदान करने के लिए ज़रूरी है।

सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।

जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। 

दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100ml पानी मिला कर लें।

नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। 

सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें। खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ चेहरे पर लगाएँ। 20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।

त्वचा को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें। साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अपने मेरुदंड को उस पर रखें।

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं। नीम का रस भी बहुत फ़ायदा करेगा।
