Any diary milk causes more harm than you realise.
Consume turmeric in warm coconut milk instead of diary. Warm is just soothing unlike cold.
You can avoid nuts and stick to just coconut milk, some jaggery and turmeric

Dear health seeker, why do you want to avail turmeric cold or hot doesn't matter, in pure nature cure there is no place for specifics,only universals are employed for any health issues, Thousands of patients world over have resolved their health issues simply following immutable inviolable eternal laws of Nature
Fragmented approach for solving health issues will be of no avail. A total approach based on nature cure is warranted for a radical and true cure To be more specific turmeric is a spice which forms a layer over liver making it sluggish, hence not to be used

हल्दी एक प्राकृतिक एंटीबायोटिक व शोथरोधी है,शरीर में स्थित कोशिकाओं की टूट-फूट की मरम्मत करता है ,दूध में इसका सेवन श्रेयस्कर नहीं होगा इससे होगा अच्छा होगा कि इसे पानी में मिलाकर या सीधे सूखे हुए चुर्ण की अवस्था में ही ले ले ,भोजन में प्रतिदिन के तो इसे लेना ठीक है ,लेकिन अलग से हल्दी का सेवन बिना रोग की अवस्था में उचित नहीं है।

प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली में जानवरों से मिलने वाले सभी तरीक़े के आहार वर्जित है। शरीर के वास्तविक तापमान से अधिक गर्म या ठंडा आहार या पेय लेना भी वर्जित है। हल्दी एक औषधि है। जिसका प्रयोग केवल किसी प्रकार के संक्रमण के अवस्था में होना चाहिए।
सादे पानी में डाल कर या किसी कच्चे सब्ज़ी के जूस में कच्चे हल्दी का सेवन किया जाना उत्तम है।
रोज़ के खाने में एक स्वस्थ व्यक्ति के लिए हल्दी की कोई आवश्यकता ही नहीं होती है।
