My wife is suffering from food allergy. Can't find out which food to avoid. She gets itchy skin and burning sensation please help/advice any remedy. What should she do?

A food allergy or hypersensitivity can be easily recognised as the symptoms or the allergic reactions are very identical right after the consumption which triggers the allergens. Some common symptoms include rashes and itchiness with the formation of hives or wheals on the skin whereas you will experience nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and discomfort etc..;  in severe cases, one might experience difficulty in breathing and swallowing, palpitations, dizziness, slurred speeches and unconscious. At times this allergens can trigger an anaphylactic reaction which is life-threatening conditions.

 

Following are the advice you can follow ;

• Make of note on food that you last had /ate atleast and try to identify each of the ingredients and analyse if those ingredients had caused the reaction before. 

• Most of the common food allergies in the world are caused by eggs, milk, peanuts, fish and soy make sure that this foods are not the triggers.

• If you're still not able to make out the possible food allergies please go and visit a doctor. In complex cases, skin test and blood test will be required which will help identify the cause. 

• Consume more seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables which are rich in antioxidant that'll help keep your immune system intact. Chew or make garlic and ginger juice/tea and consume in smaller quantity as they are rich in anti-inflammatory properties. You can also apply it as a paste over the skin.

• Avoiding exposure to the allergen is the best measure one can take .

Hello sir, skin take the brunt of eliminating acidic toxins when the kidneys and the lymphatic system are already overloaded and sluggish to handle all the extra toxins. Some of the major reasons for the body to get overloaded with toxins or animal products such as dairy meat eggs,fish. Once these are eliminated, she will continue to see the skin still pouring out and over time once everything comes out the frequency will continue to drop. However It is very important that she flushes her body with lots of juices to clean the toxins.

Such autoimmune issues that she is dealing with where she feels that anything that she eats is working against her is because her intestinal permeability has become very weak and all the food particles are reaching the bloodstream. The blood is hence trying to fight the foreign invaders in the blood and trying to eliminate it via the skin because her other excretory organs are not functioning properly.

 If she has had food that’s consistently poor in nutrition and life, how will the skin breathe ?

 Dominance of negative cooked foods, dairy , meat eggs fish etc will tax the skin. So when body is overloaded with toxins , skin as an excretory organ will be asked to do more work than it can handle. Other channels might either be blocked or sluggish. Hence the skin.

Take bath only with cold water the head alone in all weathers.  And Luke warm for body in cold weathers. 

3)Sun bath for 1 hr in the early morning first rays of the sun 

4) Avoid all forms of plastic usage in foods , microwave , Teflon aluminium and such things , avoid all forms of cosmetics. 

5)coming to diet - You need to flood your body with tender coconut water / fruit juices / veg juices for all your day if itching is severe. Fast on liquids for one full day every week . Switch to juices for breakfast , raw fruits for lunch ,  salads for dinner. Avoid all forms of cooked salt oil for 6-8 weeks for complete cleansing of the system. If full raw is not possible, only dinner can be cooked with millets and vegetables without oils . I took almost a year to heal. I was on juice fasts when my issue was severe. You will continue to get patches when ur on this diet, it’s a sign of junk coming out form the skin. So don’t panic and think it’s increasing. Avoid itching. Switch to liquids when its unbearable. That’s ur mantra on skin issues. 

6)You must say goodbye to all forms of animal products - dairy, meat eggs fish , sugar wheat maida , oil , outside packed foods , fried food etc So remember you can’t have food in functions when ur healing. Once completely healed , u still cannot have animal products wheat maida fried and sugar.  

6) You can use some coconut oil and apply a wet thick cloth in places where you think u can’t bear. 

7) get off all forms of medication. You have to learn to heal with the above only and trust the body. Meds are enemies of the body. 

8)you have to develop a positive attitude for veryone around you. You cannot have hatred in your heart. It literally burns u. You have to listen to people like bk Shivani / Sadguru / Louise hay and such people and remove all negativity and burden ur carrying. Learn to live like flowing water. Forgive everyone around you

9)yoga and majorly pranayama is a must to make ur cells breathe 

10)Water enema can be done to assist the colon to get cleaned. Consult a professional for more guidance on this. This is an optional step.

Dear,
Its all due to inflammation n acid reflux.
She must avoid all inflammatory food like spices hravy grains ,milk.
include green veggies fresh fruits n juices.
avoid milk coffee tea soda pickle vinegar chilli,garlic.
eat papaya ashgourd,cucumber,bottke guard ,spinach,all fresh seasonal fruits.

नमस्ते

 

कारण - शरीर में अम्ल (acid) इतना बढ़ गया है की शरीर acidic food के प्रति नकारात्मक प्रतिक्रिया दे रहा है। एलर्जी डाक्टर की बनायी हुई भ्रांति है। शरीर में हुए प्रतिक्रिया का कारण समझ नहीं आया तो एलर्जी का नाम दे दिया गया। शरीर में आकाश तत्व की कमी के वजह से ऐसा होता है। फल के बाद 3 घंटे का gap रखें। सलाद बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। पका हुआ खाना के बाद 12 घंटा का अंतराल रखें। आकाश तत्व की कमी से होता क्या है की शरीर ने पोषक तत्व जो पाया आपके भोजन से उसको पुरे शरीर में  प्रसार (circulate) नहीं कर पाता है। जैसे की आपके पास पैसे हैं पर आपके लिए जो काम करने वाले लोग हैं उन तक उनकी फ़ीस पहुँच नहीं रही है तो वो काम कैसे करेंगे। ठीक ऐसे ही पोषक तत्व आया मगर शरीर के रक्त, मांसपेशी, कोशिकाओं तक पहुँचा नहीं। क्योंकि उसको पहुँचने के लिए जो (gap) की ज़रूरत है, वो हम नहीं दे रहे है।

समधान - उपवास करें आधे दिन का। उपवास के बाद नारियल पानी, हरे पत्तों का जूस लें। 2 घंटे बाद कोई एक तरीक़े का फल पेट भर खाएँ। हफ़्ते में कोई भी एक दिन उपवास के लिए चुने। रोज़ाना 13 से 14 घंटे उपवास करें।

जीवन शैली - पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। 

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ। पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

5. पृथ्वी तत्व- कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
