I had several bouts of blood dysentry.. Colitis and external piles is dected.. How to go about to cure myself naturally

Colitis and piles are indications that your lower part of the gut - intestines and your colon is severely inflammed and has also reached the ulceration stages. If you perform a colonoscopy, you might find many ruptures on its walls. Why did a normal colon of your yesteryear’s becomes like this you must ask. 

 

Mental poise- 

First, imo food alone does not contribute to severe physical damages. If you have any emotional issues that you are not able to discuss in this platform, you must think over about letting it go. Lack of security in some form, hate , anger , jealousy and some of these neg emotions would have first started its journey in your life to result in this conditions and such neg emotions will cascade the effects of a bad lifestyle. Everyone has some problem that they face in their day to day life . You must chose to let it go. If you carry the negative garbage against someone, they will still be happy but you will be face the damage on your body. You must forgive and forget daily. The emotional issues will overtime manifest into physical issues. That’s why people think it’s ok to go into a vicious cycle of thinking and enjoy self pity because they cannot see the damages immediately. 

 

Make a practice of saying this before you rest for the day

 

Before you sleep from today make this habit 

 

Forget all the differences you have with your family members / anyone you are carrying that emotional stress and repeat this 5 times each with a genuine feeling. Even if you make it a 5 min genuine feeling.. do it.

Physical changes 

 

Eat when hungry only and not by the clock. If you can afford organic fruits greens and veg please start 

 

Have a big glass of celery juice / juice made with greens of all kinds including mint coriander Palak Brahmi , barley grass or wheat grass and anything available in your area - 250ml on empty stomach filtered 

 

Fruits ONLY for breakfast till 12 even if you feel hungry multiple times. Avoid imported fruits. 

 

Lunch - to start with have a 250ml of vegetable juice including carrots and any watery vegetable cold pressed and not much water 

Raw salads with very little spices like pink salt , jeera powder because we don’t want anything spicy for your condition. Chew this thoroughly. Avoid the peels of cucumber for somedays till you heal bcoz if you don’t chew, this can cut your colon. So take soft vegetables like tomato, squash or grated mooli etc. don’t eat hard vegetables unless you chew it to a paste in your mouth . 

 

Dinner very little millets or if you can have a glass of fruit smoothie .. that’s the best 

 

Banana , spinach, dates , ginger , lime 

 

 

Things to avoid 

 

Diary of all forms - cow and cow products , any animal products 

Eggs , meat , sea foods

Any packaged ready to eat foods

Any biscuits , chocolates 

Coffee teas even green tea matcha tea 

White sugar

Maida

Bakery products , foods with colours 

Refined oils

Polished grains

 

 

allowed

 

Only raw foods

Home cooked 

Pink salt in moderation 

Cold pressed coconut oil

Plenty of tender coconut 

Lime 

 

Wrap a cold wet cloth on the abdomen and also on your excretory organs ( t shape wet cloth thick ) and change every one hr

Hi there. You may be very upset and scared with what is happening. However pls be rest assured that the body is working in its supreme intelligence. Body has only one goal, to remove unwanted toxins and keep you in absolute health, When it fails to eliminate the toxins in regular course it creates mechanisms / illnesses to fast track this process. All you need to do is provide the right inputs to the body to help it work best. This inputs is in form of:

1. Natural foods (more plant based foods comprising of raw element, such as fruits, veggies, nuts and sprouts). Reducing overload of grains, dairy and non veg (which taxes the digestive system)

2. Rest & sleep: Only time the body repairs well is when it is rested enough. During a phase of illness it is all the more important you allow your body some time off. so reduce gadgets, sleep early at night in rythm of nature, sleep in afternoon if your schedule allows it

3. Natural sunshine & breathing: Increase your connect with nature, sun. Breathe and be active - this you will be doing once you feel some immediate relief

For immediate relief, pls move to more fruits and raw veggies and rest amply. Drop off grains and dairy completely for atleast a 2-3 weeks.  You could reach out to The Health Awareness Centre, Mumbai (they have an FB page) - google them for contact details.

Hi. I was myself suffering from colitis few years ago, so I completely understand your agony. Hang in there, be positive and all will be fine.

 

Piles - is bound to happen when u pass so many motions in a day. The anus muscles come under pressure and hence piles happens. Don’t worry about it. It will become ok once motions normalise. For external relief you can put coconut oil, rose water, aloe vera for cooling.

 

Our body has a state of internal balance called homeostasis. Any disease is just body’s way of telling us that the balance has been disturbed. Once we take actions to align ourselves with nature, the balance is restored and illnesses go away.

For long term relief, you have to make long term changes, which u will know from this video.

 

For short term relief, I used to take powder of kathal/jackfruit leaves. Clean the leaves thoroughly in water, dry them properly in shade (not in sun), drying will take few days, once totally dry make powder in mixie, have empty stomach with water every morning and evening 1 tbsp.

Your present condition indicates very high level of toxins which body is trying to eliminate.

Acidic levels in your body is also high due to toxicity.

You need to support your body through food which will not put digestive stress so that body can devote more energy to heal itself.

Three steps you need to take

First Increase intake of raw fruits and vegetables (salads) in your diet. 

Approximately you should take 600-800 gms of fruits and 200-300 gms of salads each day

Second Reduce intake of grains 

Third Rest a lot and apply wet pack on your stomach ( dip hand towel in normal water and squeeze extra water , put this towel on stomach for 10-15 minutes or longer). You can do this 2-3 times.

Everyone has given great comments. Please incorporate them with patience and love and it is sure to heal. Avoid medications or taper them down as you go on this journey. Sleep on time and try to remain positive.

I have been in this position long time back and for surgery as well. Meds and surgery is not a solution. Get off diary and grains and be on a fruit only diet for 1-10 days and you will magically heal. Then slowly get back to cooked once in the night only.
