Hi there,

 

Kidney stones occur when minerals and salts, most commonly calcium oxalate, crystallize in the kidneys and create hard deposits .They are also called renal calculi or urolithiasis.

 

Note ; Once you get a kidney stone, studies suggest you are up to 50% more likely to form another stone within 5–10 year. So it is very important to maintain a good kidney health and it's function by eating healthy and living a proper lifestyle .

 

Following are the advice you can follow ;

•Reduce or minimise the amount of daily sodium intake. A high-sodium diet can trigger kidney stones formation.

•Getting too little calcium in your diet can cause oxalate levels to rise and cause kidney stones. To prevent this, make sure to take in an amount of calcium appropriate to your age.( obtain calcium from food source only).

• Increase your daily fluid intake. Dehydration can worsen the kidney problems further.

•Drink lemon juice daily. Lemons contain citrate, a compound that helps break down calcium deposits and slow their growth. Two 5-oz glasses, the first on an empty stomach first thing in the morning and another a few hours before dinner, may help break down smaller stones.

 •Wheatgrass juice can help to expel minerals and salts from the urinary tract, preventing them from crystalizing into kidney stones.

• Eating too much animal protein, such as red meat, poultry, eggs, and seafood, boosts the level of uric acid and could lead to kidney stones. A high-protein diet also reduces levels of citrate, the chemical in urine that helps prevent stones from forming. Avoid these foods for better kidney health and it's functions.

•Avoid other stone-forming foods such as chocolate, spinach, tea, and most nuts are rich in oxalate, colas are rich in phosphate, both of which can contribute to kidney stones. 

• Poor lifestyle habits plays a crucial role in altering the metabolic activities of the body. The changes or alteration in the body's metabolic and hormonal proportion can lead to stones formation in your kidneys. Alcohol, smoking and lack of physical activities or exercises can greatly affect your body physical.

नमस्ते ,
किडनी की पथरी सामान्यता भोजन का सही से पाचन ना होने, गलत खानपान, अनियमित दिनचर्या ,अधिक मात्रा में अम्लीय भोज्य पदार्थ ,चीनी   व चीनी से बने हुए उत्पाद ,मांस ,चाय ,काफी, मसाले ,अधिक मात्रा में भोजन, अधिक विटामिन डी युक्त भोजन का सेवन, कम मात्रा में पानी पीने, पेशाब रोकने या वीर्य रोकने की वजह से हो जाते हैं।
 

  • सप्ताह मेंं 1 दिन उपवास रहे ,पाचन संस्थान को आराम मिलता है अशुद्धियां बाहर निकलती है।
  • प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी में नींबू व सेधा नमक मिलाकर सेवन करें, इससे यूरिक एसिड की मात्रा कम होती है, पथरी टूट टूट कर निकल जाती है।
  • प्रतिदिन चुकंदर का रस 30 मिली0 दिन में 4 बार पीने से किडनी की सूजन दूर होती है पथरीगढ़ कर निकल जाती है पेशाब खुलकर आता है।
  • प्रतिदिन दिन में तीन बार 250मिली0 खीरे के रस का सेवन करें, इससे पेशाब में जलन ,रुकावट व पथरी टूट टूट कर बाहर निकलती है।
  • रात को एक मुट्ठी चने की दाल भिगो दें प्रातः इस दाल में शहद मिलाकर सेवन करें इससे किडनी की पथरी वह आराम मिलता है।
  • आलू में मैग्नीशियम पाया जाता है जो पथरी को निकालता है व बनने नहीं देता प्रतिदिन केवल आलू खाकर पर्याप्त मात्रा में पानी पीने से पथरी टूट टूट कर निकल जाती है!

निषेध -चाय, चावल ,चीनी से बनी वस्तुएं, दूध व दूध सेे बने पदार्थ!

Kidneys are one of the 5 major excretory organs with a vital function in the body. They clean the blood atleast 300 times per hr. They excrete the metabolic waste from the blood including medicines and bad food wastes. People who consume meds stimulants like tea coffee tax their kidneys considerably. Wastes like urea Uric acid creatinin and byproduct’s of metabolic waste from excess proteins , excess salts, excess sugar ( due to sugar or carb metabolism that did not get used by the cells in cases of diabetes and glycosuria( expelling glucose from urine), excess acids from the blood that was generated to keep the blood alkaline, bad habits like excess water everything is expelled by the kidneys. 

Due to wrong living habits over a long period of time, kidneys filters gets clogged and inflamed and develop congestion. If you don’t wash your tea filter, then imagine what happens to your tea? It remains outside the filter and can’t be filtered to the mug. To remove that plaque, you need to take extra steps isn’t it? So you may have had a lot of waste in the blood that was constantly getting collected and poor filters continue to still work. If this living habits of food medicines or various aspects are continued like this, it can lead to CKD or chronic kidney disease and in such cases dialysis will be the only way bcoz a machine will need to filter the blood and be sent back to the body bcoz the kidney have lost their ability to filter. God has been very graceful and gave us 2, but we have been misusing his generosity. It’s very important that we realise that lifestyle has to change drastically - 180degree ulta direction to recover from this condition and it’s definitely possible. 

So like I said kidneys gets inflamed ( swollen ) and bleeding can also happen. Stones and other injuries are common.

This is an occurrence where the inhibitors of the formation of crystals are not present or have been less because of living conditions. So this pebble-like concentration is usually composed of mineral salts. Such people in the initial stages if their urine was collected as a sample would have found pus and blood also. Gravels can also be seen. It’s not an overnight symptom when she experienced this even for the first time. Stones have continued to become larger and larger. In many cases, these are passed via the bladder. Until it reaches the bladder there is a pain and once it’s in the bladder pain reduces. Sometimes if lifestyle is not changed the stone can become bigger and bigger to even come to the badder. These damage the mucosa lining in the kidneys .

Getting to remove the stones via lithotripsy or dissolving it or via surgery are violent ways of addressing the problem because the body condition is still capable of producing stones because the blood is still toxic and thick. Many such methods of removing the stones Can leave behind some residue that can poke and damage the walls of the ureter pipe too. Since it has already been done, it’s better to focus on avoiding further complications 

 

Long term lifestyle changes:-

Avoid meat diary ( milk tea coffee curd ghee paneer cheese butter ) sugar jaggery salt ( use moderately in cooked only) , outside packaged foods, sweets , oily foods , maida, refined oils , white rice , unpolished foods, wheat , maida 

Start with a green leafy juice mixed with a watery vegetable like cucumber or ashgourd in the morning with ginger and lime- one big glass say 500ml .. you can continue to drink more juices from fruits till 12

Fruits for lunch as your first solid meal. Foodhas to be eaten in response to hunger, not clock

Vegetable salads with lots of greens and no nuts for next hunger 

Mildly spiced cooked gluten free oil free meal 30% grains and 70% veggies for dinner. Avoid any oil in any form in any meal in future. Avoid fats from nuts and seeds .. moderation is the key. Coconut to a little extent is ok. 

Apply a wet cloth on the tummy for 30 mins daily. 5 mins hot and 25 mins cold. 

Things will be better and stones if undetected will melt overtime. Please see a nature cure practitioner is symptoms are severe.. 

Key is to eat majorly fruits and liquids from fruits vegetables and eat cooked only for dinner which is not polished or refined. It has to be whole with husk and peels.

हेलो,

 

कारण - शरीर में जमी बरसों की (toxin) स्टोन रूप में सामने आते हैं जो की शरीर से किसी कारणवश निकल नहीं पाए। अब इसको हटाने के बाद हमें आहार शुद्धि पर ध्यान देना होगा।

समाधान - फल, सब्ज़ी के जूस और सलाद से लाभ होगा। शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन रखें।

जीवन शैली - पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

दौड़ लगाएँ। सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

पेट पर खीरा का पेस्ट 20 मिनट लगाएँ। फिर साफ़ कर लें। पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

5. पृथ्वी तत्व- कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है।  सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
