Can anyone share the diet for body strength. I am working in corporate office sitting job. I am feeling weakness in my body and mind. Can you give me the diet?

Dear Ankur
As per your description I understand that you are referring to general weakness.
In that case you need to understand that this kind of weakness for you can be either due to:

  1. Mental exhaustion
  2. Reduced hydration
  3. Reduced intake of vitamins and minerals
  4. Reduced physical activity


So I would encourage you to follow these changes:

  1. Reduce mental stress if any  by practices like meditation, music, relaxation techniques etc.
  2. Increase water intake
  3. Increase intake of fruits and vegetables
  4. Increase your physical activity in any form like yoga, running, cycling, swimming, dancing etc as per your interest to enhance generalized circulation in the body.

Hi Ankur, first and foremost reason for fatigue is lack of nutrition, stress and dehydration. Since all the offices are nowadays centrally airconditioned due to which people forget to drink sufficient water. Increase your water intake . Take vegetable juice -carrot, beet root, celery, lemon and a pinch of salt. Add fruits and greasy vegetables to your diet minimum two servings of each. I If canned food and juices are part of your diet please switch to freshly made servings. It is going to help you and along with that practice Anuloma viloma pranayama and om changing for 5min daily. Take care.

Dear Ankur,

You mentioned you have an office sitting job?I was wondering how many hours do you work, and if you depend on office canteen food or are you able to carry your lunch from home. 

I would really encourage you to start your day with wholesome breakfast which includes whole fruits, Rava Dosa, or Oatmeal Dosa, Rava Vegetable Idli, or Oatmeal vegetable idli,  or Almond milkshake with dry fruits or even cooked vegetables along with fruit, Poha with vegetables or Upma with vegetables are some of the options. 

For afternoon and dinner meal include plant based yogurt and more greens which increases strength and vitality. 

For your snacks you can have Melon seeds, sunflower seeds, Flax seeds which also help in endurance level. 

More than anything, if you get 15-20 minutes of sunlight exposure early morning, and 20 minutes of physical exercise this will help you to feel fresh throughout the day.

Your solution to the problems is very simple. 

  • You will need to remove all kinds of animal products from your life containing dairy eggs meat fish packaged foods, Foods deep-fried sugary sweets et cetera. 
  • Focus on eating more fruit vegetables and leafy greens in all forms such as juices salads and whole throughout the day.
  • Consume cooked food only for dinner. 
  • Avoid bakery foods and maida-based products.
  • cook without oil. You can google oil free cooking which is also available on Wellcure . 
  • As a young man you will have to focus on moving your body. If you can’t join a yoga class thrn spend time to do warm up exercises which takes 10 mins. Your focus on fruits and leafy greens will ensure that will also be able to build muscles yourself if you work a little on that
  •  Do not medicate at any cost when body eliminates naturally through its orifices via cold cough fevers as this toxifies your body even more making you feel more tired demotivated and lifeless 
  • Excess consumption of animal products will continue to keep people sick. Google on the cruelty in the dairy industry to understand the ethical aspects of dairy industry and how many cows suffer on a daily basis to give you a cup of coffee , understanding the ethical aspects of consumption of animal products will not only save the animals, the planet and also give you a great healthy life.
  • Replace tea coffee with herbal teas
  • Learn to live in gratitude, serve the community, live a life of compassion and spread unconditional love to people around you, learn to seek happiness from within and do not expect happiness from outside.
  • Do not worry your problems are very small and will go away in no time. 

Basically if you don’t spend energy on wrong foods that’s not designed for human consumption you will feel much better .

Hello sir,
 Since you are working in coporate which consists lots of sitting hours .please start your day with some loosening exercise and perform same yoga asanas or suryanamaskar .to strengthen your back muscles yoga asanas like ardhachakrasana, bhujangasana .and during the break of your office hours kindly do some stretching or loosening exercise .eat freshly available vegetables and add variety of fruits to your diet .and hydrate yourself properly drink atleast 8 glasses of water.

अंकुर जी,

कारण - - शरीर में आकाश तत्व की कमी के वजह से ऐसा होता है। आकाश तत्व की कमी से होता क्या है की शरीर ने पोषक तत्व जो पाया आपके भोजन से उसको पुरे शरीर में  प्रसार (circulate) नहीं कर पाता है। जैसे की आपके पास पैसे हैं पर आपके लिए जो काम करने वाले लोग हैं उन तक उनकी फ़ीस पहुँच नहीं रही है तो वो काम कैसे करेंगे। ठीक ऐसे ही पोषक तत्व आया मगर शरीर के रक्त, मांसपेशी, कोशिकाओं तक पहुँचा नहीं। क्योंकि उसको पहुँचने के लिए जो (gap) की ज़रूरत है, वो हम नहीं दे रहे है।

समधान - शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाएँ। फल के बाद 3 घंटे का gap रखें। सलाद बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। पका हुआ खाना के बाद 12 घंटा का अंतराल रखें। 

जीवन शैली - शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

दौड़ लगाएँ। सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

पेट पर खीरा का पेस्ट 20 मिनट लगाएँ। फिर साफ़ कर लें। पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

5. पृथ्वी तत्व- कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है।  सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

More than the weakness of body the main thing you should concentrate on is mind. As this is a cycle what yu eat your mind thinks and this affects on your body. The key thing here is to understand what is holding you back from not allowing your body to give 100%.

For the diet start modulating your lifestyle slowly as per your body's requirement.

A plant-based diet is what recommended here which is important to give your body nourishment.

Plenty of water is needed for your body.

नमस्ते,
 कारपोरेट ऑफिस का काम बहुत जिम्मेदारी भरा व तनावपूर्ण होता है, लंबे समय तक काम करना पड़ता है।

  •  रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे के लिए अवश्य लें इससे शरीर से अशुद्धियां निकलती है ,कोशिकाओं का निर्माण होता है, शरीर तरोताजा महसूस करता है।
  • प्रतिदिन सूर्योदय के पश्चात 45 मिनट में लेटे इससे शरीर कोरात मात्रा में आग विटामिन डी की पूर्ति होती है शरीर ऊर्जावान बना रहता है।
  •  प्रतिदिन गुनगुने पानी, नींबू और शहद का सेवन करें दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकल जाते हैं।
  • प्रतिदिन मौसमी फल व या हरी पत्तीदार सब्जी के जूस का सेवन करें।
  •  प्रतिदिन भोजन में 80% मौसमी फल व हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों का सेवन खूब चबा चबाकर करें ,इससे भोजन का पाचन आसानी से होता है ।
  • जब प्यास लगे बैठकर धीरे-धीरे मिट्टी के बर्तन या तांबे के बर्तन में रखे हुए पानी का सेवन करें शरीर को पर्याप्त मात्रा में जल की आपूर्ति होती है।
  • रात्रि का भोजन- सायं 5:00 से 7:00 के बीच हल्के ,सुपाच्य मौसमी फल व हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों व सलाद का करें।
  • प्राणायाम- अनुलोम-विलोम, भ्रामरी ,भस्त्रिका;शरीर को पर्याप्त मात्रा में ऑक्सीजन की आपूर्ति करते हैं, मन शांत रहता है!
  •  ध्यान -मन को शांत व  एकाग्रचित्त करता है
  • प्रतिदिन सुगंधित पुष्पों से युक्त बगीचे में टहलें ,मन प्रसन्न रहता है ,तनाव कम होता है।
