I am having pigmentation after menopause since last 4 years. Taken all treatment but of no use. My colour is getting darker day by day and skin is getting dull. I am a working woman,feel inferiority. Can you suggest me the treatment which is 100% effective?

Pigmentation of the skin is a reflection of two things

1 Hormonal disturbances

2 Toxins in your system

The hormonal disturbance also is a result of toxins in the system.

For a long term solution it is always to work from the inside out. Flushing out toxins will need your 100% dedication. Start with a healthy and hydrating diet. You could have fruits upto 50% of your daily diet. 35% of vegetables, 10 % grains and 5% nuts. Let most of this food be Raw, fresh, locally grown, seasonal and ripe. Remove all unhealthy food like foods. Like processed and packaged foods. Remove white sugar, white salt, refines flour and refined oils from your diet. Remove all animal products including dairy from your diet. Next check your bowel movements. See to it that your bowel movements are regular. Sweat well too by getting into some sport or practice yoga. Get out in the nature. Get enough sun, fresh air and grounding.

What else can you do to support the process?

1 Stop using all chemical based soaps, shampoos, moisturisers, creams or cosmetics.

2 Use Shikakai powder for your hair and moong dal flour mixed with powdered orange peel or lemon juice to wash your skin.

3 Immediately after the shower before you dry the skin apply cold pressed coconut oil or sweet almond oil for moistutisation.

4 Pat your skin with a towel for the excess water.

5 keep yourself well hydrated by consuming lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables.

It might feel a bit uncomfortable in the beginning to go off cosmetics, but in time you will strt seeing the difference and enjoting the freedom.

The best cosmetic one can wear is a smile on the lips and self confidence in your heart. Enrich your self esteem by taking care of yourself. Keep adding more value to your self and do contribute to the worlds well being in some form or the other by doing aomething that you are very passionate about. What matters the most is inside you and not what you look like from the outside. Just keep yourself happy and soon you will start seeing the changes on the outside too.

Menopause is a natural thing it can cause some changes in the body but not much to hamper ou lifestyle, the changes can be very well taken care of. And you being an independent experienced woman should not allow these things to cause low self-esteem.

You can try these face packs which will give you effective results lie:

Coconut oil and aloe vera gel daily at night time.

Having beetroot, tomato spinach juice will help you for getting clearer skin.

The next vital thing to do is including papaya and gram flour pack which is good to enhance the skin glow.

I understand the issues with pigmentation as I have faced them most of my life due to wrong choices of food, lack of rest etc. 

In your case as you are going through menopause definitely there are hormonal changes which affect the melanin in our body. In order to overcome this you can include citrus fruits in your diet, additionally papaya, apple, pomegranate provide protection to your skin. Eat raw veggies or eat them half cooked. Include dry fruits too in your diet they are very nutritious and provide healthy skin.

There are many packs one can make at home, however, the one that has worked with me has been Mulethi Pack..Which is 1 teaspoon of liquorice powder, 1 spoon of plant based yogurt, pinch of turmeric powder, 2 spoons ofalmond milk, 1-2 strands of Saffron. Mix all of these and apply it twice a week to your face. 

For home based Gel you can use organic coconut milk mix with glycerine at night..With one strand of saffron. 

More than anything be positive about who you are, love yourself and believe that you are a beautiful creation. Appreciation to self and affirmation always help in boosting our Morale and Confidence.

हेलो रशमी जी,


कारण - त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है अम्ल (acid) को प्रतिबिम्बित करने का। शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें।

समाधान - खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है।  20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।

त्वचा को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें। साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।

केले के तने का जूस लें। 20g टुकड़े को पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर छान लें। ख़ाली पेट सुबह में पियें। दुध या दुध से बनी कोई भी चीज़ ना लें।

जीवन शैली - बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें।

रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। त्वचा या शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को स्वस्थ प्रदान करने के लिए ज़रूरी है।

सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।

जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। 

दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100ml पानी मिला कर लें।

नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अपने मेरुदंड को उस पर रखें।

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं। नीम का रस भी बहुत फ़ायदा करेगा।
