I usually get cold esp in may (twice in a month). What I have to do to get rid of of it?

कारण - शरीर में अधिक टॉक्सिन जमा होने से शरीर उसको निकाल देता है। शरीर को यह ज्ञान है कि ख़ुद को स्वस्थ कैसे रखना है। हम इस बात से अनभिज्ञ हैं। जब हमारी प्राणशक्ति हमें ऊर्जा दे रही होती है तो वह स्वास्थ्य की स्तिथि है। जब हमारी प्राण शक्ति हमारे शरीर के अंदर विषाणुओं (toxic) को साफ़ करने में लग जाती है तो वह अस्वस्थ होने की स्तिथि होती है। प्राण शक्ति ने सिर्फ़ अपना काम बदल लिया क्योंकि हमने अपनी ग़लत आदतों के वजह से उसे ऐसा करने पर मजबूर किया है।
समाधान - अनुलोम विलोम करें। 21 दिन तक केवल पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।दुध से बना हुआ कोई भी चीज़ ना लें।
जीवन शैली - आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।
फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।
वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।
अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।
जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से
घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।
पृथ्वी - फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में और दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स बिना नमक के और एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।
सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।
एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

Cold is caused by mucous, which in turn is formed due to accumulation of toxins. It can be triggered by various reasons like consumption of chilled water, ice creams or chilled juices during the summers. What ever the reason was for triggering the cold but the reason for the cold is accumulated toxins.
You can just try following these simple instructuons
1 Stop consuming dairy, and other animal products
2 Consume more of fresh, locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables more and consume very less cooked food.
3 Remove all refined flours and oils from your diet.
4 Eat only when really hungry and never over eat.
5 Have your first meal as late in the morning as possible and let that be any single kind of fresh seasonal fruit.
6 Try not to eat anything after sunset.
7 Keep an eye on your bowel movements. See it it that you are excreting more than the quantity of food you had consumed.

Hi Deepak,
When you begin to see issues as isolated and separate from one another, you get diverted from the larger picture.
Here the isolated isuues are your getting cold, twice in the month of May, and the larger picture is that the health of your whole body is connected to that cold, and once you join the dots, the journey towards self-awareness and better health management becomes easier.
In the case of common cold, it is based in the area of the mouth and the nose.
If we connect the dots, let us see how do the mouth and nose related to the rest of the body.
We use our mouth and nose, to either take something inside, or throw something outside.
Even more specifically, when we open our mouth to eat , or open our nose to breathe in, that is only one side of the functioning of these organs. The second most important function that our mouth and nose perform, is to spit out stake food, or vomit unwanted matter, and the nose exhales out carbon dioxide, which is again a waste matter.
If the body employs the mouth and nose for such important tasks, the very fact that in common cold, same organs are being employed, guides us to look deeper at the Common Cold, and what function it serves in the body.
Mouth and Nose, are exits and entry pathways for the body. If something is not required, or old undigested food has now fermented, body throws this waste matter out, from these two openings.
In cold, mucous or running nose is often experienced by folks. Once you can see that waste matter, is being removed, you will feel mentally much more relaxed , and allow the body to work.
Secondly, when you have a cold, you need to allow body ample physical rest , so that the removal of old waste matter, is quick and efficent. During the initial stage of cold, decide to sleep longer by 4 to 6 hours daily. This will quicken the removal process ,until you reach a stage where colds become uncommon! I mean to say, once you practice Natural Health lifestyle, within a year or two, you will find colds a thing of the past.
Thirdly, We need to connect to Natural Rhythyms of healing, by spending time in early morning fresh air, sun bathing anddeep mindful breathing.
Last , but not the least, when you have a cold, taste buds become silent, there is no smell or taste experienced by you. This is again the larger picture of the body guiding you towards the path of least resistance. Skip all meals, and take liquids like coconut water or fresh fruit juice, until the taste buds return to normalcy.

stop eating spicy n oily food.
stop drinking milk. don't drink or eat hot n cold things at the same time.
stop eating inflammatory n starchy food.
drink ginger tea.

We have adapted ourselves we eat dead cooked food thrice a day, fried afoods, animal foods like dairy ( milk curd cheese paneer ghee milk powder etc) meant for its baby , dead eggs and toxic meat filled with antibiotics harmones pesticides etc which creates havoc inside us. Overtime body cannot contain the toxins and sends it out.
Do these bare min steps to get rid of cold
1) Avoid dairy meat eggs fish. If this is added, eat fruits for that meal.
2) purchase fruits and have for breakfast
3) lunch and dinner cooked food without dairy eggs meat fish
4) drink 2 tender coconut daily
5) expose or sit / stand in morning sun for 30 mins
6) avoid any sweets with white sugar ghee fried in oil
7) avoid fried food, packed foods available on shelves like Kurkure chips chaats from roadside etc. u can have bhelpuri without fried items.
U will get cold for awhile till ur internal toxins clear out. After that it won’t come again frequently. It will come rarely . If u eat the above, it will come frequently. When u get severe cold, first one day stay on only juices without sugar and tender coconut, 2nd day only fruits and gargle with salt turmeric daily for 3-4 times in water.

The reason for this should be due to Allergies in blood or dust pollution.
Allergies are an overreaction of the body's immune system to specific substances that it misidentifies as harmful.
I suggest you to have natural and organic food and lead healhty lifestyle to overcome this problem permanently.
Take 200 ml carrot juice, or a combination of carrot juice with beet and cucumber juices. In the case of mixed juices, 50 ml each of beet and cucumber juices should be mixed with 100 ml of carrot juice to prepare 200 ml of mixed juice. Drink for relief in allergies if formed in blood.
Yoga and breathing exercises (Pranayama) can be helpful.
Eat at least 2 hours before going to bed.
Avoid eating junk foods if any.
Explore yourself in the morning sun light.
