I am having lower leg itching from past 3 years because of dry skin. Can you suggest something?

Coconut oil will help you to deal with dry skin. It will be used in humid weather also and is very beneficial. You can try it.

Hello Shodhan. 3 years is a lot of time!! I'm sure you would have tried many external means to soothe your skin. But you should focus on hydrating your body from within - by avoiding dehydrating denatured un-natural foods, eating more of water-rich foods. Our body is 70% water, so our diet should also be high in water-rich foods. Once you are well hydrated from within, your skin will be moist. Do explore Wellcure's Buddy Program to execute this.

हेलो जी,

त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है अम्ल (acid) को प्रतिबिम्बित करने का। शरीर (elimination) निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें।

समाधान - खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प + नीम के पत्तों का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है।  20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।

त्वचा को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें। साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें

कपुर मिश्रित नारियल तेल लगाएँ।

जीवन शैली - बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें।

रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। त्वचा या शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को स्वस्थ प्रदान करने के लिए ज़रूरी है।

सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।

जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। 

दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100ml पानी मिला कर लें।

नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। 

सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

 

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

 

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अपने मेरुदंड को उस पर रखें।

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं। नीम का रस भी बहुत फ़ायदा करेगा।

I had similar issues for long plus much more. Meds will only suppress the histamines that tell the body that we have something foreign in the blood. If they are suppressed, the itch will go but those foreign particles can get into any organ. Body has to eliminate the foreign particles and this is trying via skin because other excretory organs are sluggish and weak in your body due to many years of wrong lifestyle filled with possible dairy eggs meat fish sugar refined oils fried food , three times cooked foods, festivals sweets and fried, outside packaged foods, coffee tea or alcohol , negativities such as hate anger ego jealousy etc which are common in daily lives.  If you have had food that’s consistently poor in nutrition and life, how will the skin breathe ?

 

1) wear clothes of loose cotton where skin can breathe and light can enter.

Take bath only with cold water the head alone in all weathers.  And Luke warm for body in cold weathers. 

3)Sun bath for 1 hr in the early morning first rays of the sun 

4) Avoid all forms of plastic usage in foods , microwave , Teflon aluminium and such things , avoid all forms of cosmetics. Just plain water wash and my body wash will do which is what I do too. I have healed from urticaria a similar skin

5)coming to diet - You need to flood your body with tender coconut water / veg juices for all your day if itching is severe . Don’t take medicine at any cost. Fast on liquids for one full day every week . Switch to juices for breakfast , raw fruits for lunch , veg salads for dinner. Avoid all forms of cooked salt oil for 6-8 weeks for complete cleansing of the system. I took almost a year to heal. I was on juice fasts when my issue was severe. You will continue to get itches when ur on this diet, it’s a sign of junk coming out form the skin. So don’t panic and think it’s increasing. Avoid itching. Switch to liquids when its unbearable. That’s ur mantra on skin issues. 

 

You must say goodbye to all forms of animal products - dairy, meat eggs fish , sugar wheat maida oil outside packed foods , fried food etc forever in your life.  So remember you can’t have food in functions when ur healing. Once completely healed , u still cannot have animal products wheat maida fried and sugar. White poisons are dairy sugar and maida 

6) water enema is a must daily till you heal. Buy a kit and look for videos and do it daily after your morning potty. Consult an expert when u start 

7)You can use some coconut oil and apply a wet thick cloth in places where you think u can’t bear. 

8) get off all forms of medication. You have to learn to heal with the above only and trust the body. Meds are enemies of the body. 

9) you have to develop a positive attitude for veryone around you. You cannot have hatred in your heart. It literally burns u. You have to listen to people like bk Shivani / Sadguru / Louise hay and such people and remove all negativity and burden ur carrying. Learn to live like flowing water. Forgive everyone around you

10) yoga and majorly pranayama is a must to make ur cells breathe 

You will continue to get itches on and off .  By that time you will know how to manage if it happens. The tank has to become empty to be free forever.

The reason for lower leg itching due to Allergies.

Allergies are an overreaction of the body's immune system to specific substances that it misidentifies as harmful.

or some times due to lack of blood circulation in that area will leads to itching.

I suggest you to have natural and organic food and lead healhty lifestyle to overcome this problem permanently.

Take 200 ml carrot juice, or a combination of carrot juice with beet and cucumber juices. In the case of mixed juices, 50 ml each of beet and cucumber juices should be mixed with 100 ml of carrot juice to prepare 200 ml of mixed juice. Drink for relief in allergies if formed in blood.

Yoga and breathing exercises (Pranayama) can be helpful.

Eat at least 2 hours before going to bed.

Massage itching area with warm neem oil or sesame oil before going to bed.

Avoid eating junk foods if any and walk bare foot in garden this helps good blood circulation.

Explore yourself in the morning sun light.

  • प्रतिदिन प्रातः खीरा या नारियल के जूस का सेवन करें!
  • नारियल के तेल में कपूर मिलाकर लगाएं, आराम मिलेगा।
  • पैर की लपेट -4 इंच चौड़ा व 3 मीटर लंबा सूती कपड़ा ले लीजिए उसको गुनगुने पानी में डूबा निचोड़ कर पैर में चारों तरफ लपेट दीजिए उसके ऊपर समान चौड़ाई लंबाई का उन्हें कपड़ा लपेटकर बांध दीजिए (अवधि 30 मिनट) रक्त संचार बढ़ता है ,अशुद्धियां बाहर निकलती है!
  • निषेध- दूध व दूध से बने उत्पाद चीनी व चीनी से बने उत्पाद चाय काफी मांस नशीली वस्तुएं।
  • नोट-नेचुरोपैथी उपचार अनुभवी योग व नेचुरोपैथी फिजीशियन के निर्देशन में ही ले।
