I am feeling tired all the time. Feeling lack of oxygen in my body. I am doing exercises in morning but can't find any change. What should I do?

Namaste

Feeling tired all the time even after excercising in the morning shows that there are layers of toxic matter in the body that is not letting your vitality to flow freely all through the body.

Our vitality or life force is like a diamond, always shining and lusturous as long as it lasts. It is covered by unwanted matter and so the light is dimmed. Usually what people believe is that energy or vitality is something that we get from outside, but no, it is something that we are born with.

So how do we get the vitality to flow freely without any obstructions? Just as you need to clean the house, remove clutter, cobwebs and old useless matter to let light and fresh air to circulate and brighten up the house freely, same way we need to do the house cleaning from our inside too.

What ever we put into our bodies, should come out after performing the task it is supposed to perform. What ever food we eat has to be digested, assimilated and all the waste matter left behind needs to be excreted from the body at the earliest. These days the number of times we eat are more than three and the number of times we remove the waste matter is not more than once or for some people even that once is very difficult. What ever quantity we have eaten has to come out larger than the consumed quantity. So start to make a note of that. Check how many times you have eaten and how much you have eaten. Compare with the number of bowel movements and the quantity removed. What ever is left behind is rotting in our intestines and creating more toxins. And that uses up our vitality and keeps you feeling tired always. This situation is called enervation.

What kind of foods are easier to digest, assimilate and expel easily by our bodies?

It is our species specific food : Fresh, locally grown seasonal fruits, vegetables, very little grains, nuts and seeds. Ans as long as they are in their raw form they are easily processed by our body. Only the grains nuts and seeds need soaking, sprouting or a bit of cooking to make it easier on our stomach.

What proportions are good for us?

1 Fruits 50% of our daily intake of food

2 Vegetables 35% of our daily intake of foods.

3 Grains 10 % of our daily intake, and

4 Nuts and seeds 5%of our daily intake.

What should you strictly abstain from?

1 Highly Processed and packaged food like stuffs.

2 All types of stimulants like taea, coffee or alcohol.

3 Refined flour or oil

4 Dairy, meat or any animal product.

The rule of the thumb for eating is... eat only when you are genuinely hungry and never over eat.

The other things that you need to add into your life style are good sleep from the earlier part of the night. Go out in the nature, get some sun, fresh air and grounding. Remove all that you can from your life that is stressful, and accept things with equanimity that which you can not change.

For boosting your energy you should start going with your body rhythmic cycle get up early and sleep early for your body to get adequate rest.

Take care of the digestive tract by having more raw vegetables and fruits.

Meditate daily just a few minutes but make it a habit.

its a sign of nutritional deficiency & high availability of toxins in your body which weakens your immune system.
you avoid acidic food to balance ph level in your body.
you should avoid pulses, heavy cereals, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, refined oils.
eat more fruits like banana, pomegranate, avocado n apple.
eat more salads n veggies.
stop eating spicy n oily food.

You should take fasting therapy. it will help you to eliminate all toxins from your body.
eat only when you feel hungry.
chew your food more times times.
start your day with good music and in the end of the day you should do meditation .
avoid all unnecessary things .

Ankur, all your three questions clearly say that you lead a sedentary lifestyle. Diseases will catch up when body does not move much and does not eat healthy, no exposure to sun , AC etc. 

Make time for yourself

हेलो अंकुर जी,

 

कारण - आँत में अधिक अम्ल (acid) से प्रदाह (inflammation) उत्पन्न होता है। शरीर में गैस अधिक बनने लगता है। दूषित गैस के कारण शरीर में ऑक्सिजन की कमी हो जाती है।

समाधान - कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस लें ख़ाली पेट लें।

पेट पर गिली पट्टी रखें। खीरे का पेस्ट रखें। 20मिनट तक रख साफ़ कर लें। अनुलोम विलोम, भ्रामरी प्राणायाम करें। ताड़ासन, कटिचक्रआसन, तिर्यकताड़ासन, पवनमुक्तासन करें।

जीवन शैली - पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

दौड़ लगाएँ। सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

पेट पर खीरा का पेस्ट 20 मिनट लगाएँ। फिर साफ़ कर लें। पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

5. पृथ्वी तत्व- कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है।  सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

नमस्ते,

 भोजन का सही से पाचन ,अवशोषण व मल का निष्कासन ना होने की वजह से शरीर को पर्याप्त मात्रा में पोषक तत्व नहीं मिल पाते ,जिससे शरीर में अम्ल व क्षार का संतुलन गड़बड़ हो जाता है जिससे शरीर में कमजोरी या रक्त दूषित होने के कारण पर्याप्त मात्रा में ऑक्सीजन की आपूर्ति शरीर को नहीं कर पाता है ।

  • रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे के लिए हवादार कमरे में अवश्य सोएं, इससे शरीर  में स्थित दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं, कोशिकाओं की मरम्मत होती है।
  • प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी में नींबू और शहद का सेवन करें ,इससे आंत की दीवारें फैलती  हैं दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं ।
  • प्रतिदिन सूर्योदय के पश्चात 45 मिनट धूप में रहे, इससे शरीर को आवश्यक विटामिन डी की पूर्ति होती है, शरीर में रक्त संचार बढ़ता है ,शरीर ऊर्जावान बना रहता है।
  •  प्रतिदिन मौसमी फल या हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों के जूस का सेवन करें ।
  • भोजन में 80% मौसमी फल व हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों का प्रयोग करें और इन्हे खूब चबा चबाकर खाएं ,इससे शरीर को पर्याप्त मात्रा में पोषक तत्व मिलते हैं ,भोजन का पाचन आसानी से होता है व शरीर की क्षारीयता संतुलित रहती है।
  •  प्राणायाम -कपालभाति, अनुलोम विलोम, भ्रामरी, शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं, पर्याप्त मात्रा में ऑक्सीजन की आपूर्ति करते हैं।
  • प्रतिदिन सुगंधित पुष्पों से युक्त बगीचे में टहलें, मन प्रसन्न रहता है, शरीर में सकारात्मक ऊर्जा का संचार होता है।

निषेध- चाय ,काफी, चीनी से बने हुए उत्पाद ,दूध व दूध से बने हुए, मांस ,तली भुनी चीजें, गेहूं की रोटी, क्रोध, चिंता, आलस्य ,तनाव।
