I had dengue fever now it's clear but there is lot of weakness in my body give some advice pls?

Namaste

How did you clear your fever? Did you let it run its course? If not then you may have suppressed the fever with medications and in turn supressed the toxins which was being eliminated by the body with the help of the fever. Thats the reason that you feel drained and tired. You feel enervated as the vitality has been suppressed.

What could you do to help your body complete the process of eliminating the toxins? Remove all those things or habits that tax or drain your vitality and change to a more supportive lifestyle and food habit which could help your body remove the toxins and free up your vitality to flow freely without any obstructions.

   

Where do you start? Start with rest. Rest at all three levels.Physical, Mental and physiological. Physiological rest will mean giving rest to your internal organs by eating only species specific food. Start eating clean. Remove all refined flour ,oil, processed sugar, white salt etc from your daily diet. Stop eating outside food. Stop consumption of processed and packaged food like stuffs. What can you eat? Lots of fresh ,locally grown, seasonal fruits. You can start your day everyday with it. Have more fruits for lunch. And let your dinner be a large bowl of salad with lots of greens, sprouted grains or soaked nuts. Finish eating before sunset, so that your body gets enough time to digest, assimilate the nutrients and send the waste towards the exit for elimination. If you continue eating late at night the body doesn't get enough time to do its functions properly.
Become active. But without tiring your self. Go for walks, do yoga or participate in some active sport daily. This will also improve your metabolism.
Connect with nature. Go out in the sun. Get enough exposure to the suns rays, breath fresh air and do some gardening too. Sleep well. rest well.
Look into your life for energy vampires. Do you have a stressful life? Do you have a stressful job? Do you drink alcohol? Do you smoke? If yes for all then stop and change.
Wrap a towel dipped in cold water around your stomach every morning, after your morning ablutions.
You can try a hip bath every evening just before bed.
you can take a spinal bath also every morning.

नमस्ते ,

अनियमित दिनचर्या ,गलत खानपान की वजह से शरीर में अम्ल -क्षार का संतुलन गड़बड़ हो जाता है ,परिणाम स्वरूप शरीर की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता कमजोर हो जाती है ;जब एंडीज एजिप्टी मच्छर काटता है तो डेंगू के लक्षण प्रदर्शित होने लगती हैं ,इसमें प्लेटलेट की संख्या घटने लगती है।

  • प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी, नींबू व शहद का सेवन करें इससे आंतों में स्थित दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं ।
  • मौसमी फल या हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों के जूस का सेवन करे, शरीर में  क्षार का संतुलन बनाए रखते हैं!
  •  भोजन -भोजन में 80% मौसमी फल व हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों का प्रयोग करें इससे भोजन का सही से पाचन होता है शरीर की रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता मजबूत होती है ।
  • जल का सेवन -जब प्यास लगे बैठकर धीरे-धीरे तांबे या मिट्टी के बर्तन में रखे हुए जल का सेवन करें, इससे शरीर को आवश्यक जल की आपूर्ति होती है ।
  • प्राणायाम -कपालभाति ,अनुलोम- विलोम, शरीर सेे अशुद्धियां बाहर निकलती हैं ,पर्याप्त मात्रा में ऑक्सीजन की आपूर्ति होती है।

निषेध -चाय ,चावल ,चीनी, अचार, मिठाइयां, नमक -नमकीन ,ठंडे पेय पदार्थ ,मांस ,अंडे ,रात्रि जागरण ,सोने से 2 घंटे पहले मोबाइल, टेलीविजन ,कंप्यूटर का प्रयोग।

Switch to an all fruit diet and juices from fruits and veg (3 lts per day ) for 10 days.

Follow this :-

Morning on empty stomach 

  • Celery juice 250 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice 
  • Followed by Green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered  
  • More hunger - tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice 

Afternoon from 12 :-  

  • A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone 
  • Followed by a bowl of salad which includes coconut / flax or sesame in any form 
  • If hungry - tender coconut water or coconut pieces with some dates or balls made from seeds with 2 dates
  • Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Gluten free, oilfree unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies
  • Please take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the freq. this is not a substitute for daily nature call . Consult an expert as needed 
  • Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) .
  • See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. 
  • Ensure that you are asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep. 
  • Place a wet cloth on your tummy for 30 mins daily

What to Avoid :- 

  • Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils . 
  • Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself . हेलो जी,

कारण - बुखार को जब प्राकृतिक तरीक़े से ठीक ना होने दिया जाए और रासायनिक प्रक्रिया से उसका रोक थाम किया जाए तो कमज़ोरी आती क्योंकि विषाणु अंदर रह जाते है।

समाधान - कच्चे हरे पत्ते और सब्ज़ी का रस लें।बिना नमक और निम्बू के और नारियल पानी लें। दौड लगाएँ। रक्त का संचार ठीक होगा। बाह्य कुंभक और आंतरिक कुंभक की प्रक्रिया को हर चार घंटे में करें। जीवन शैली में विस्तृत जानकारी दे रही हुँ।

जीवन शैली - शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाएँ। फल के बाद 3 घंटे का gap रखें। सलाद बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। पका हुआ खाना के बाद 12 घंटा का अंतराल रखें। 

जीवन शैली - शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

दौड़ लगाएँ। सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

पेट पर खीरा का पेस्ट 20 मिनट लगाएँ। फिर साफ़ कर लें। पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

5. पृथ्वी तत्व- कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है।  सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
