I have hypothyroid problem, can you please let me know how can i cure it permanently and how can i reduce my weight?

Weight loss is very easy and it completely depends on how you are ready to fight it.

For thyroid important thing is to avoid goitrogenic food like broccoli, lettuce, cauliflower, cabbage, walnut etc.

Hypothyroidism is majorly a gut issue. Due to constant exposure from wrong food habits and emotions roller coasters it causes this issue.

To eat clean is the only way to heal this. Dairy eggs fish meat grains cooked coffee tea alcohol outside ready foods pickles soda oils in cooking etc are all acid forming and mucous generating foods that impacts the gut and causes a lot of other symptoms including Hashimoto’s. This is major reason for hypothyroidism.

 

I would suggest that you go completely raw to heal from this condition because the slower you detox, you will see a variety of symptoms that are more neurological in nature that might make you goto a doctor and run around for answers. They are all going to possibly happen during your healing.

There are many other factors that are related that can cause hypothyroidism. 

 

Follow this :-

Morning on empty stomach 

  • Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice/ Green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice 

 

Afternoon from 12 :-  

  • A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone 
  • Followed by a bowl of veg salad
  • Dinner is also a fruit or veg salad / smoothies. If u cannot switch to full raw right away, optionally, only dinner must be cooked . Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Gluten free, oilfree unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies. 
  • Please take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the freq. this is not a substitute for daily nature call . Consult an expert as needed 
  • Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) along with the 1 hr of workout when possible 
  • See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. 
  • Ensure that you are asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep. 

What to Avoid :- 

  • Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils meat eggs fish coffee tea alcohol , oils in any form
  • Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself . हेलो

 कारण - Thyroid गले में स्थित एक ग्रंथि (gland) का नाम है। यह ग्लैंड गले के आगे के हिस्से में मौजूद होता है और इसका आकार एक तितली के समान होता है। यह बॉडी के कई तरह के metabolic processes* को control करने के काम आता है।

Hyperthyroidism (हाइपरथायरायडिज्म / अतिगलग्रंथिता ): ज़रुरत से अधिक hormones का पैदा होना

Hypothyroidism (हाइपोथायरायडिज्म / अवटु-अल्पक्रियता): ज़रूअत से कम हॉर्मोन्स का प्रोडक्शन होना।

ये एक तरह की autoimmune condition होती है जिसमे हमारे शरीर का इम्यून सिस्टम एक antibody create करता है जिसे कारण थायराइड ग्लैंड अधिक मात्र में थायराइड hormone release करने लगता है।

अधिक मात्र में आयोडीन का सेवन करते हैं तो भी hyperthyroidism  की समस्या पैदा हो सकती है। ये एक तरह की autoimmune condition होती है जिसमे हमारे शरीर का इम्यून सिस्टम एक antibody create करता है जिसके कारण थायराइड ग्लैंड अधिक मात्र में थायराइड hormone release करने लगता है।

समाधान - समाधान - नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट और खीरा अपने गले पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। नमक की मात्रा बहुत कम लें। हरे कच्चे पत्तों और कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के जूस को नाश्ते के पहले, दोपहर के खाने से पहले, रात के खाने से पहले लें। 

जीवन शैली - आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

उज्जायी प्राणायाम करें, भुजंग आसन, सर्वांगआसन, सूर्य नमस्कार 5बार करें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। इसी प्रकार हरा गोभी, बंद गोभी, गाजर, चुकन्दर भी कद्दूकस करके डालें। हर दिन मुख्य सब्ज़ी किसी एक की मात्रा अधिक बाँकि सब थोड़ा थोड़ा डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती है। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ का सेवन करें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें और 2 घंटे बाद सलाद लें।

I had been suffering from Hypothyroid for many years, however, changing diet and lifestyle helped me to not only lose weight but also cured me from hypothyroidism. 

I started going plant based so more of green vegetables and started raw vegetables diet as well. I stopped dairy products and direct carbohydrates. 

I found my body to be lighter and I became a lot more energetic as I substituted carbs for dry fruits and plant based yogurt. 

Exercise is very important. Therefore giving 30 minutes for yourself exercising helps you to shed some calories. 

Last but not the least I practiced Mindfulness, therefore visualizing normal thyroid reading..I did this repetitive which motivated me to eat more healthy and exercise. 

I hope this provides inspiration for you to heal from hypothyroidism.

Boiled diet
High fiber food like spinach, beans, peas, and fruit like orange, banana, and apple

Avoid
Goitrogenic foods broccoli, soy, cauliflower, cabbage, radish, turnip, and Bakery products

Yogasanas like Sarvangasana, matsyasna, sirshasana help in regulating the thyroid hormone in our body always practice these asanas under the guidance of qualified practitioners.

नमस्ते,

हाइपो थायरॉइडिज्म में थायराइड ग्रंथि कम मात्रा में थायरोक्सिन हार्मोन का स्राव करती है, परिणाम स्वरूप वजन बढ़ने लगता है, त्वचा में रूखापन आ जाता है, ठंड लगती है ,शरीर का तापमान कम रहता है ,हृदय गति धीमी होती है ।

हाइपो थायराइडिज्म के रोगियों का वजन अत्यंत धीमी गति से कम होता है अतः धैर्य रखने की आवश्यकता है।

  •   नींद-   रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे की नींद अवश्य लें ,इससे शरीर की कोशिकाओं का निर्माण होता है ,शरीर के सभी अंग सुचारू रूप से अपना कार्य करते हैं।
  • प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी, नींबू और शहद का सेवन करें इससे शरीर से अशुद्धियां बाहर निकलती हैं ।

Hypothyroidism, also known as an underactive thyroid is a condition where your thyroid glands aren't producing enough thyroid for your body. 

An ideal diet for hypothyroidism should contain a good amount of iodine, selenium and zinc.

• Iodine rich diet includes iodised table salt, whole grains etc.; Selenium rich diet includes oatmeal, whole grains, whole wheat bread, seeds and nuts. Zinc-rich diet includes cereals, pumpkin seeds, legumes etc .; 

• Consume plenty of fibre-rich foods such as seasonal fruits and vegetables. Increasing fibre intake will help prevent constipation, one of the major symptom of interactive thyroid.

• Enrich yourself with plenty of fluids which will keep you hydrated. Staying hydrated will help you prevent constipation, weakness and fatigue.

Foods to avoid? 

Goitrogenic foods. Yes avoid goitrogenic food or minimise their intake.

Goitrogenic food is mostly cruciferous vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli, Brussel sprouts and cauliflower which contain a high level of sulfur-containing compounds. They may interfere with the production of thyroid hormone, disrupting your thyroid’s use of iodine. 

• Minimise the intake of gluten diet, soy and it's products.

Exercise ;

 Any physical activity and exercises ranging from moderate to high intensity are essential. Start your day with a morning walk, jog or brisk walk, any other dynamic exercises, Surya namaskar will help increase body metabolism, blood circulation and reduce body weight automatically. 

• Get a sufficient amount of rest and sleep. This will help you from weakness and fatigue.
